    I love Target! It's one of my go to stores! Drive-up options have been a game changer when you have a family of 7. This store is usually clean and put together and is pretty quick on getting orders out.

    This store has the best Drive-Up service! I never catch his name, but he is so friendly! The store itself is incredibly busy and seems like they are always putting out product. Compared to the Target Superstores, this one is subpar. But I don't need much for my Target runs. Parking lot is tight and so I advise parking on the Northside to avoid all the car jams. Service is friendly overall. I also pick up prescriptions at this CVS. They are busy but quick

    This has always been my go to target as it is so close to me. They have great clearance sections and there are so many things to buy, you can spend hours here. Some employees can be rude when help is needed. I've had a few employees at the customer service desk snap at me, and so great customer service can be a hit or miss. The shoe aisles are always a hot mess and some clothing racks are so full you can barely shop them. Clothes in the clearance sections are mostly on the floor so be on the lookout for great deals on the floor, hehe. The bathrooms are always gross. Every time I've been in them there is clogged up toilets or there is toilet paper on the floors or on the seats. There is never an employee manning the fitting room so just go on and add to the mountain pile of clothes that people have just thrown on the counter.. The cafe surprisingly has really good chicken tenders, who would think? The fries also taste good and mmmm you can never go wrong with an icee! This will always be my target. Oh well I guess I can live with messy fitting rooms, rude employees, and dirty bathrooms.

    We ordered a coffee table from them that had to be special ordered. We've had it less than two…read moremonths and noticed that the molding on the side of it was peeling away, so we attempted to file a warranty claim. First of all, you can only make claims via a web form, which we did, and included a picture of the issue. They stated they take up to 48 hours to reply, and they pretty much did that to the minute. They basically accused us of physically damaging it, mind you that was off a single picture we sent, and then informed us we would have to pay for the repair. Didn't offer to send anybody to check it out, or even offered to allow us to take her to the store for an assessment, they basically just tried to put the blame on us, when we did nothing to cause the damage. I've used other stores such as Bob's discount furniture, and when we had a warranty issue, they sent someone to our house, to not only verify the issue, but also make the repair. I could've purchased this table elsewhere, and based on this, I will in the future because they refused to stand behind the products they sell.

From the time you enter you're flooded with beautiful decor all around you. Right now there are Fall and Christmas decor around every corner. The slight negative is how damaged decor items were or inoperable decor on the tables for sale. I think those items should have been moved, highly discounted, or flagged somehow. The positives are customer service from the cashiers and one person in particular who I flagged on the floor to help me get an item that was too far to reach on the table.

I tried to order a few things and they kept saying out of stock and also would have charged me another delivery charge. The person on the phone said I had to order on line or go in the store as they could not help. I was upset and they told me that kept telling me I had to stop my attitude.

    I had recently ordered a Svante media stand and it came damaged - with two big cracks in the bottom…read moreboard. To get the media stand exchanged, I have to first work with their 3rd party vendor and based on the vendor's assessment the next steps will be decided. Basically, they are leaving me (the customer) in limbo. Though I had ordered the media stand from their Mesa store, I had to go all the way up to their warehouse in Phoenix (an hour's drive from my home) to pick up the media stand. They surely know how to make things more difficult for their customers! A 'good' store would make things easier and not difficult for the customer. Also, a month ago, I had ordered a Quintin nightstand online, paid for it and everything. A week later, I get a call from them saying that they are out of the nightstands! Overall, I am really disappointed with their customer service. Damaged furniture out-of-the-box is another big concern. No more shopping at Scandinavian Designs for me!! Future customers: Do check your furniture thoroughly for any damage prior to pick up and/or after delivery!!
