Awful customer service. They have so many "real" checkout lanes, but none of them were open. You had to use self-checkout. One female employee offered to help me at self-checkout, but she was obviously not happy about having to do so. This store spend a lot of money on remodeling. The store is always clean and things are easy to find. The staff is hit or miss lately. I'm a big proponent of great customer service and there are only a couple of people that stand out to me, the rest (especially this one older lady) are either "meh" or just don't greet you or say anything to you. The reason I use this Target alot is because it's a very convenient location to my home. There aren't too many grocery stores and I would definitely rather go to Target vs. Walmart, even if I do have to pay a little more. read more

Typical Target location. Clean, quick checkout. Handled a return with no issues. My only problem was that an item I purchased in center for $11.99 was listed on their own website for $7.39. Had to sit on hold for customer service for 20 minutes just to be told that I need to go in to get the difference. read more

I live within 3 miles of Target Brandywine (New Castle County, DE). It's not just a Target; it's a Target Greatland. I see all kinds of negative comments about other Targets, like not enough cashiers open, out of stock on lots of items, pharmacy not filling prescriptions timely, poor customer service, etc. I guess we're lucky to have this Target because in 10 years of going to it, I've encountered only one minor thing: Out of stock, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. But even then, it's temporary; a week later, they have it. And actually, being out of stock for this store is not surprising. It sits only ~1 mile below the PA border. PA has a 6% sales tax on everything but unprepared food, clothes, medicine and books. DE has NO SALES TAX. So the store is swamped with buyers from PA, MD and NJ, in addition to the local DE residents. Bottom line: This store is a great place to shop! read more

My husband and i were becconed by the guest services counter to speed up checkout!! Very unprofessional staff, went as far as arguing and jumping down my husband's throat because he didn't want a RED card. (Because I already have one) I was extremely disgusted when they went as far as bribery to persuade him to get the red card. AFTER he already, said no thank you at least 6 times. Up until now Target was the only place I would go for my weekly grocery needs, very sad I may have to take my business elsewhere to avoid relentless harassment and bribery. read more

Can't find much in that store. Employees are busy laughing and having a great time while you search on your own! I was approaching to ask an employee but then heard "She's weird. Let's get out of here." I was in search of something and kind of in a hurry but couldn't find it! If that looks "weird" to them maybe they shouldn't work there ??? Had a single checkout line open with about 10 people in it so I went the self checkout machines only to find out on last item ( beer) could not buy alcohol thru self checkouts. So had to get transaction canceled and gather all items and stand in long checkout lane. Maybe my last trip to target ever. read more

If I could give a lower rating for this store I would. I am disabled and need to use a motorized cart when shopping with my family. This store has no carts and only one wheelchair. I have been here three times and never have been able to shop with my grandbabies. When my family shops here. I am left to sit in the vehicle till they come to check on me. When I bring my own cart and try to get through the store. The aisles are jammed with carts and shelf stocking materials. The shelves are stocked with the wrong items in the wrong spots. Making shopping tough because the prices don't match the products. My daughter found peanut butter marked at 50 cents. When she took a picture of the product and the closeout price. The employee called her a thief and accused her of changing the tags and product. If I need to shop at a Target and know ahead of time. I will drive to the Super Target across town. They have a clean store with nice employees. read more

I like the convenience of where this Target is located, but there are never enough cashiers open. Usually it is 5 people deep in line. If they had more cashiers it would make my shopping trips more enjoyable. read more

This Starbucks is always meets one or more of the following. A. Closed during reasonable open hours (morning time or in the afternoons) B. No employees behind the counter to take order or employees sitting down in sitting area and not helpful. C. Out of something to make your drink. How is a coffee shop out of coffee or creamer or a syrup? I don't get it. read more

This is probably one of the poorest Targets I've visited. A few examples: *There are hardly ever carts available when you walk in the store so you have to take your kids back outside and through the parking lot to find one. *My husband and I were shopping for Christmas groceries a week before Christmas, one of the milk jugs in the refrigerator section had busted all over the inside of the glass. There wasn't a target employee to be found so all of the shoppers kept that door shut and used the other doors to get the milk we needed, specifically to make sure the milk didn't make a mess on the floor outside of the case. Fast forward two weeks, I'm thereto buy milk and the door is still completely covered in splashed milk along with the floor. Not one employee has taken the time to wipe it down in over a week. *if you're there during peak hours expect no more than three cashiers. It's the final straw to make you never want to visit this particular target again. *The aisles and merchandise is in shambles throughout the toy dept. I know kids come through and make messes, but this is a constant issue. They don't come through every few hours to make sure it looks decent and most items are in the correct area so you can figure out prices. I've always hated WalMart, but would gladly go there over this Target any day. I've given them plenty of chances and they are consistently getting worse. read more

This location was just a short walk away from Cheaper Than Dirt Guns, where my bf was filling out paperwork so I came here to waste some time rather than just stand around following him around the gun store. Anyways, I was navigating myself to the Starbucks area when this lady almost hit me with her car coming from one of the perpendicular aisles from the main walkway where I was and as I said sorry to her (even though it wasn't my fault AT ALL) she gave me this irritated dirty look, wtf?! Whatever. Starbucks took forever, there was a pair of customers in front of me and it took about 10 minutes, granted there was only one employee working, it was just a little disappointing. Too bad they don't have the technology to place your order through an iPad like Specialty's or preorder your drink instead of having to wait in line. By the time it was my turn, there were more than a handful of customers behind me. I got my drink and it wasn't necessarily good but it did the trick, I mean I wasted time and got something kind of satisfying. The music was weird, I heard it from line but it was loud enough to think someone was playing live music in the seating area, although I did hear a classical song that brought me back to high school wind ensemble auditions. Haha. Another pet peeve: the employees must have been changing shifts because as the one girl was leaving, the one working on my drink was yelling at her from across the room to remind her about something and they were almost having a shouting conversation. I know it's just a Target Starbucks but that's pretty unprofessional for a work environment. Well, forget professional, its just rude... Meh. I'll try the cafe in the same plaza instead of coming here. read more

The Pizza Hut inside NEVER has anything ready, even at lunchtime. It takes 10 minutes to wait for them to cook it.

I love Target, but again, just stood in the checkout for at least 10 minutes just to buy mayonnaise! 1 item! Come on! Express lanes Target! And it's not cool that they make you wait in a long line for 10 minutes before getting enough cashiers at the registers. They need to be on this as it's happening. read more

What is up with this Target????? They never have anything in stock. The last three times I've been in there they haven't had my Perdue frozen chicken and I usually have to ask for my son's, which is just their brand Dino chicken. They seem to always have those but never stock the shelfs. Today they didn't have any of the 50% off crackers at all that are offered on the cartwheel app. Why even put them on there if you are always sold out of everything? They haven't had frozen potatoes, such as Hashbrowns, fries, tater tots, etc in months!!! If you look in the frozen section under frozen potatoes you will are a whole empty section. I don't get it! This place should have someone constantly stocking and apparently they need someone better to place their orders. I'm sad this is the closest target to me. I left today not buying anything because they didn't have like 5 items I came in for. They need to get it together!! read more

The quality of this store has gone down over the past two and a half years. I use to work here (so I guess take my review with a grain of salt?) and over the past six months I've gone in, there has big some big reverse in the store. Barely a soul around to assist you. The customer service just is not there anymore. "Guests" use to be a priority. I'm not sure if it's the lack of staffing or just a bleh morale in general thats causing this. And like a previous reviewer stated, it seems like the people that work here watch you without saying much to you at all. I have to hunt down staff all of the time, which is why I'm assuming they are short staffed. I always feel like a bother to people when I do ask for help. The store doesn't feel as clean as others but it's mostly because it has yet to receive an update like other stores have. The morning staff is much friendlier than the night staff. Aside from everything else, I continue to shop here because of the price matching (I don't shop here for food though) and the good clearance prices. read more

This has got to be the worst Target anywhere, and yes, I know I should stop going there, my only excuse is that it's super convenient. I shop during the day on weekdays; you'd think it would be a quick in and out, but noooo, only 2-3 registers (out of 30?) are open and there are lines of at least 3 customers at each. I swear that all the employees are sedated; they walk and speak very slowly, and appear to be too dazed to notice much of what is happening. Today I was behind someone with a problem using a coupon; the cashier put her blinking light on, and we all stood there for five minutes with no response. Then the cashier decided to stroll down to customer service to see if anyone was there to help. Another few minutes and the cashier and manager slo-o-wly came back and then debated what to do. By this time I had gathered up my stuff and gone to another line where I had to wait behind two people with full carts. No one seems to care about checking people out in a timely fashion. I have never seen the express lanes open, and there is no one on the floor to ask about the location of products. Their lack of customers appears to be a result of lack of service. read more

Good selection of products. But the best part about this location is the Pharmacy Staff (a CVS pharmacy inside the target store). The staff are always extremely helpful both in person and over the phone. And this is one of the few locations that will fill medication scripts with special instructions for the pharmacy, correctly (and consistently correctly). Worth going out of your way for just for the consistently good pharmacy service. read more

I run a small preschool in Frisco and needed 280 sugar cookies prepared for our play performance. I was not asking for a discount or anything special, I just need a large order in a reasonable time.This Target is closest to my home so came in and spoke with the bakery. They were so kind and ready to prepare the cookies for me when I realized that I would have to drive all the way back over here to pick them up. So the wonderful bakery lady called the Frisco location closer to my school to ask if they would prepare the cookies for me. I explained my situation to the lady in the FRISCO Target bakery and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. The Frisco location stated that they could not prepare the cookies for my sweet children because it had to be a 24 hour request. I explained this was not a problem, I would just pick them up at 9:00pm the next day at which she replied nope...because it's 24 hours to-the-minute and we will be closed (they close at 9:00). WOW. I was stunned. When I requested to speak to the manager she replied "I'm it". I did not know what I was going to do... I had 100 preschoolers & their families that we going to be so disappointed.Then the MCKINNEY Target came to my rescue! The sweet bakery girl called her supervisor who could not believe how FRISCO had treated me and indicated that they were just being hateful because the cookies only take 13 minutes to bake. The McKinney location offered to make it right and have all 280 cookies prepared for me by 11:00am the next day. WAY TO GO MCKINNEY!! I am so thankful to you! I am not usually a Target shopper but with customer service like this I will be now. SHAME ON YOU SHERRY @ FRISCO LOCATION # 2338. You need to learn some customer service from the ladies in McKinney, thanks to them going above and beyond our preschool performance reception was a success! read more
