The Maple Grove remodel ruined the Target run for me. They have half the grocery/produce brands they used to stock, the aisles are smaller, and the layout makes no sense....(beauty products next to produce?!). Not to mention the last two months I've gone, there are at least 3 aisles with abandoned stock carts just standing in the way. It seems they used to have more shelf space, so they always had iceberg lettuce and fresh broccoli available. I feel very disgruntled shopping there now and have gone back to Cub foods for most of my grocery shopping. It's worth paying a bit more to not shop

    Grocery side of target.

Target has great customer service, when there's more than two people waiting at checkout they get one or two more people to help us check out when lines are long. They try to make the lines at checkout short. And have most of everything in stock

This place has so many things for such affordable prices. Some of the items are brand new and even with the tag still on and some are more antique used items. The stock of what is available there is so random and can very depending on what they receive but they generally offer a selection of couches, tables, chairs, rugs, bookshelf's, and appliances. There's a good variety of used and new items, along with various categories of goods.... big and small. Pricing varies as well, but you can bet your paying less than retail price. Some of the basics: sofas, artwork, rugs, paint, bedframes, lightbulbs, patio furniture, Some of the interesting: church pew, chandeliers, fancy stoves, building material (flooring, fixtures, cabinets) Some of the little things: command strips, paper towel holder, bath mat, frames There's so much, and you never know what you'll find during your visit so check it out. I will say, staff didn't seem warm and friendly (ie a smile, or offer to help), but at the same no one was directly rude. I gather if you ask for help, they'd assist. I noticed by the bed frames, a sign that said they have tools to disassemble, but you had to do it yourself, which is still helpful since some places wouldn't even offer that.

All they could do is confirm that the two beds were not fixable. Uh, yes, your delivery assembly team told you that already. I thought they were coming out with new parts to fix the two beds. Nope. Next they promised to send new beds the following week. Following week, the King replacement worked, but the new Queen bed that was delivered was also unable to be assembled. I told the rep on the phone that I wanted all of it returned and my money refunded because I'm concerned about how long this furniture will last if it can't even get delivered without being broken. He offered a small refund of a portion of our bill and promised to assemble the next bed ahead of time to ensure no issues. The following week, the bed was once again not working, and had obvioisly not been assembled before delivery as promised. This time my husband who is an aviation engineer and DIY handyman around the house helped troubleshoot the assembly and managed to get the drawers installed and working (for now). We had guests coming the next day so weren't able to restart the furniture search. I'm just grateful my husband was able to troubleshoot the furniture. We will not ever shop at Bob's again. The 2 stars is because their delivery teams, their repair person, their salesperson at the store and their customer service teams were all extremely nice. Bob's just doesn't make good furniture. That's a problem. Three Queen deliveries and 3 were unrepairable or needing to be repaired. Unacceptable.

There's 0 value here. The company is worse to deal than Xfinity or a used car salesman. I'm disgusted with myself for waisting a penny even here. The material frayed and pulled away from the seam so I called and worked with the warranty company and they said it was not covered. SERIOUSLY. Why do we have warranties and then Furniture Manor said I could bring my couch in and they would repair it for 175.00. I cannot move my couch in my jeep. Why can't you come out and repair it it is your crappy couch you sold me. The person I did pay to come out to repair it said this will probably happen again because it was loosely stitched and he said this is totally manufacturer defect and not sewn correctly. So I would not recommend anyone buying anything from Furniture Manor and their crappy warranty company. I thought I was helping a small store I will only go to the big box stores from now on. Very Disappointed in the customer service and standing behind what you sell.

The floor model looked perfect, and we were told our brand-new pieces would come directly from their warehouse. Delivery was on time, but when the furniture arrived we immediately noticed problems. The couch and loveseat had clear vertical stress marks where the leather was loose and wrinkled, and one piece had a crushed power box cord. The delivery driver bent the metal back into place, but the power box itself remained cracked. I called the same day and asked that the damaged pieces be picked up and replaced with new ones since we purchased brand-new furniture. Instead of replacing them, the store said the extended warranty would handle the issue and sent out a technician. The technician arrived with a large trash bag of pillows, cut one open, and began stuffing my brand-new furniture with pillow filling in an attempt to tighten the leather. The stress marks were still visible when he finished. When I pointed this out, he said that was the best they could do and that the marks "should go away." He did replace the power box. They did not go away. When I contacted Furniture Mart again, I was told there was nothing more they could do. We purchased new furniture and an extended warranty expecting quality and support if there was a problem. Instead, we received damaged pieces and a "repair" that involved stuffing pillow fill into brand-new furniture. Well it's time to buy a split king adjustable bed frame and mattress. Not sure where we will purchase it but it will not be at Furniture Mart or their affiliates. I am happy to update this review if Furniture Mart takes ownership and resolves the issue.
