Walmart needs to take notes. While I think the store itself is outdated, This place is much much much better experience than Walmart. They have Cartwheel so saving is much easier. They constantly runs promos on their website that matches their stores on the dot. Pick-ups is a breeze and if I do need to shop in-store, I can go in and out real quick as they have more stations open at all times than Walmart. Accepts Samsung Pay but NOT Apple Pay or Android Pay. read more

Needed to buy Liquid Smoke and saw on Target's webpage they sell it. But when I got to their store they didn't have any in stock. So I went to Walmart...same thing..out of stock, just an empty shelf. Seems both companies are in a heated battle race to the bottom. Now I know why Amazon is overtaking them both, as I now have no choice but to order some from them. read more

YES! the staff is wonderful and they always have what I need. Perfect location .. for me because its so close to my house. The popcorn is always hot and fresh. #Targetforlife They have the best clearance section.... im super cheap and always walk the isles looking for clearance. DONT tell me you dont .... I work about 2 minutes from this location so it's become a regular stop for me. This is one of the few Targets around here that still has a Target "cafe" and not a Starbucks. A few other people have mentioned rude employees but I have not found that to be true. read more

I absolutely LOVE Target. They have become ubiquitous and this store is one of my favorite in the area. It's a pretty standard Target. The staff have been really helpful and seem like they enjoy their jobs which is a refreshing change from some other larger superstores.... Everything from clothes to food to kitchen items. I love coming to Target when I have a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it. Sometimes I just don't have the time to go to 2-3 different stores to get all of the things that we are low on at the house and this is where Target really shines. I love that they not only have so many sorts of things, but that everything they have is really nice quality. Sometimes it's worth it to spend a few extra bucks on things that are just a little bit nicer, and Target seems to pay attention to carrying items that are above-average, but that are well-priced. As always the store is super clean and well lit. The layout is pretty much like every other Target store with dozens of checkout lines so it takes just a few minutes to get in line and get out of the store, even on a busy day. Overall, this place is absolutely amazing. Everyone should have the opportunity to check out a Target. read more

Went to this location for quick pizza as the location on 17 next to NAS has Pizza Hut pizzas ready to go. Unfortunately, this location does not. I was very disappointed when the clerk brought out 2 frozen pizzas and popped them in the oven. Needless to say, the pizzas were not all that great, and when I asked for my receipt the clerk seemed puzzled and advised I had to ask for it at the time of sale, even though I stood there patiently waiting for my receipt and pizzas. The worst target I've ever seen. It's lunch time and I walk in target and the cafe is closed? My grandson wanted a hotdog, drink and popcorn. I asked for the manager on duty as the clerk for the cafe was on break and no one else in the building was certified to work in the cafe I was told. The MOD called the clerk from break to help me and 4 other customers. Target, please train others including the manager to assist customers wanting while the deserving clerk takes a break. read more

I had the worst shopping experience in your store today. I was in there for at least 1-2 hours and not once was I greeted. I spent most of me time in the toy dept looking for a specific toy. 5-6 associates past me and not one of them greeted me or even asked if I was finding everything ok. Obviously I never did fine what I was actually looking for. So I just took what I had and went to check out. As I was in line waiting for my turn, I'm watching the cashier. She wrang 3 people ahead of me and not once did she say hello to any of her customers and she never said thank you to any of her customers. She actually never opened her mouth. When it came my turn she did the same. She handed me my receipt and I said to her as loud as I could, Thank You... still nothing, she just started riniging the next customer. I am a Target lover! This locations was set up like my usual Target so everything was easy to find! Even the Clearance Isle was in the same spot. I have never been to target and not found something that I really wanted. This location is right off Southside close to the Avenues Mall and right next to Home Depot. Its in a great shopping center. The Parking lot is big but can get busy when people are grocery shopping at Aldi's next door. I came here at about an hour before closing on a Friday and it was not busy at all. The poor girl at the dressing room looked like she had more clothed than she could handle. My dressing room was filled with clothes from the person before me. Whew It was a lot for her to clean up. But other than that I really liked this store. Everyone was nice and friendly. I even got 10% off a toy I was buying because it was dirty and had something stuck to it. Giving 5 stars for customer service! We were shopping this morning and saw an employee (Angel) breaking down boxes as he stocked shelves. I asked if we could have any boxes for our upcoming move. He happily requested that we return in a few hours and he volunteered to put a bunch aside for us. Angel stayed true to his word and when we returned, there was a cart stuffed with boxes waiting for us at customer service! Several times I've bought bad food here so I don't recommend using their produce/grocery section. I don't use it as a grocery store but I've stopped her multiple times when I needed something from the grocery section plus other non-grocery items. Today I bought a bag of potatoes, came home and went to put them in the crockpot and discovered they're bad. Target doesn't have the best prices -many of their clearance prices are only 30% off as opposed to something higher. They have cute home decor but it's not cheap. read more

Ordered a $750 tv from them. Got home. Didn't have the remote or power chord. Called to see if I could just swing by and get a new one from the other box. Nope. Had to pack it up and lug the 50" tv up to the store to replace it. Oh and when I showed up they didn't have the tv after saying the did on the phone. Manager was nice though. And for the waste of about 3 hours of my time and carrying a 50 pound tv up 3 flights of stairs 4 times they gave me $4 off. Literally two gift certificates for $4. I swear I'm not lying. What is wrong with Target?!?! Try returning things and they fucking suck whether you have a receipt or not....tried returning a shower curtain at the St. John's location without a receipt for a clear manufacturer defect not even a store credit given for a VERY Clear defect.....then try calling their customer service line & that is just worse....the number they give to call is the wrong number only to be passed from one useless employee after another....again supposed to be there for the customer.....such a fucking waste.....then tried exchanging shaving cream they did everything to make it easier on them, the employees, NOT accommodating for the fucking customer.....what the fuck is wrong with people.....these people get a fucking paycheck to WORK with customers and be fucking customer service oriented and they say "I am trying to help you". today i stopped at target and picked up "daisy" sour cream that was plainly shown to be on sale (all sizes). i bought two of the 24 oz, but when checking out it showed up at full price!. i had to alert the clerk that it was actually on sale. when that kind of system error happens at other grocery stores such as "publix", they have a 'scan right' guarantee that gives you the item for free!!. not so at target. while i got the clerk to correct the price, target's policy is not generous enough to say that they will correct their mistake by the same guarantee most others operate under. how many customers are paying the higher price all day, every day because target doesn't charge the right price, but in fact a higher price?? since this was on my red card, target could correct their mistake when they audit their receipts for these errors, but they don't!! that's why i try to stay away from target and shop for my groceries at honest establishments that warrant to their customers that if they get it wrong it's free!! read more
