This is so my favorite dollar tree. I love to travel around all of them and check for the viral items and beauty/makeup. This store is always so clean and nicely sorted and together. The assistant manager in the store is always so helpful too. Anytime I ask her about a product I'm looking for or wanting she lets me know if they've been sold out or if the stock is on shelves or if she's even seen it yet. Every employee I ask there is always kind and there are a few other locations I avoid like town center. I usually drive a little out of the way to come here since the store is always kept so nicely. If I knew the managers names id say so but I don't. I'm only leaving a review since they were so kind about returning a broken item that was faulty and I felt that the employees should be thanked. Store has a different vibe. Very chill and clean. read more

I waited for a good 10 minutes plus before someone was able to assist me with getting the balloons I needed. Then the balloons deflated as soon as I was driving away, but I had a birthday party to get to; so, I wasn't able to go back to show them how fast my balloons deflated. There were 2 workers present but only one was working and the other one was walking around and joking, leaving the customers waited in line for awhile. Sadly disappointed. read more

I was really impressed with this Dollar Tree! Great staff and great selections of items! I came here to look for baby shower items and found the majority of things I needed: pens, plates, tiny spoons, thank you cards, streamers, balloons, gift bags, etc. There's a small aisle that have Bonus items that provide more than the normal amount. For example, the little taperware sauce/snack cups usually comes in a 10pk, but had a 12pk instead. More for your money! Love how the majority of the store was organized and well-stocked. The store can be messy, but it wasn't really that bad. I saw 1 spill and that was because a little kid accidentally dropped the shampoo and it busted open. The store itself is a bit more spacious than the other dollar trees I visited. I find a lot of things that usually would cost more at other places. I went ahead and just grabbed what I needed (and wanted). The card selections are a good deal as well. The thank you 8 pack cards are awesome as you can see the original pricing which is about $3 is being sold for $1. Of course, it's worth it for me! The cool thing about this Store is that it has a refrigerated/frozen section. From waffles, hash browns, fries, pizzas, burritos, to hot dogs. That is great! A great plus. The staff is nice and also caring. There was crying toddler and the employee went up and tried to cheer her up. She tells the little toddler to give her a nice smile. The little toddler for a few minutes but once the employee left, she continued to cry out. The same employee also was nice enough to put the lighter items on top of heavier items as she didn't want them to get damaged. So you know this employee was careful and smart to arrange them properly. She didn't have to do that but it makes total sense what she did and I like how she thinks. Inappropriate and VERY unprofessional. I normally shop at this location but today the store had no music playing which isn't a big deal to me. But the female employees yelling across the store about personal matters was a bit much. The manager was being called mom by the girls.. The two woman it took to ring me up were in their own worlds conversing as if no one was around. I will not be shopping here for as long possible. Hopefully better management will happen soon. awesome selection, normally pretty clean, customer service is hit and miss..its dollar store, I get it.

Place is empty and disgusting I had to use the bathroom SO bad I couldn't hold it I go in the bathroom that was opened there was POOP under the toilet lid. Also they had no toilet paper this is why I'm afraid of public bathrooms, not to mention I had to pull my pants up, go to the basket of items I had selected and had to grab one of the rolls of toilet paper I had put in the basket to purchase bring it in the bathroom to be able to wipe and even worse take it to the cashier and purchase an open pack of toilet paper that I had to use because their nasty unclean poop ridden bathroom didn't have any!!! This place is Poorly maintained & a nightmare. How do they stay open??? There was only 1 person working the shelves look like they're going out of business nothing to choose from PLEASE management y'all have such a large establishment TAKE BETTER CARE OF IT! Not to mention y'all are not $1 tree anymore y'all are $1.25 tree quit playin!!!! read more

I am absolutely shocked today! There was one register open and eventually another opened and the clerk came and handpicked the two African American people out of the line to help, the gentleman was 3rd in line and the lady was last out if about 10 people deep. That is just wrong, It doesn't matter black white yellow green her job was customer service not to handpick who she wanted to help. I will never go to this location again! read more

So I went in to buy items to donate to the Tiffany project and to take to the nursing home. The employee offered to do a drive to raise items to donate to charity. How sweet was that. I love that there are items for every need and they are not all cheap items. The place is clean, the employees are kind and it's a very good place to shop for some things everyone needs. This location isn't bad. It's not the best one in town (Beach Blvd just west of Beach Bowl), and it's not the worst (a few I've been to.) The floor in this location is kinda rough, and not carpeted like most others, but the store by and large is pretty well maintained as far as Dollar Trees tend to be. If you are looking for affordable stuff, that is the same as what you find at other stores then you already likely know of this place. Aside for candy I stay away from food here. But for cleaning products and for basic household stuff you can save a good bit over Walmart or Target. The staff is friendly and the location is good as well. Let's be honest, it's not special in any way but it's a good place to get a deal. read more

Dollar Tree is the only dollar store I actually frequent as it's a real dollar store. This one is about average sized based on my experience. It's still on the new side and well kept. You can get everything from gift wrap to glasses (like, real glass ones) to cleaning supplies here. The employees are friendly but every time I've been there there is only one line open, no matter how many customers and/or staff are there (for example, there was a woman stocking right next to the register where the line grew to 6 people while I was in it). read more

We frequent this location regularly, and it's a dollar store, so no getting my hopes up. This location has just about everything you would expect from a Dollar Tree. It's large and has a full frozen food section. The store is generally in a state of disarray. On my most recent visit, I spotted a water-damaged ceiling tile that appeared to have mold on it. Employee interactions are either pleasant or lackluster. With any Dollar Tree, there's merchandise that needs to be unpacked sitting in the aisles. I came from California, where the Dollar Tree's are nothing like I've seen in Jax. CA stores are very large, and very, very clean and organized. I sure miss them after visiting Dollar Trees on Beach Blvd., and near the Walmart off Phillips Hwy. The Beach Blvd store had a carpet on the floor in the back that had large stains all over it..gross! Tiny store jam packed with stuff, which was unorganized and messy. I got a couple things and fled. I eventually went into the store near the Walmart. Just as bad - dirty. I was the only one in the store. I got a few things, and asked the cashier why their stores are so dumpy. She was really nice, said it doesn't matter to the owners because they make a lot of money from their stores. Well, not from me ever again. Buyer beware, gross alert on these stores. read more

This Dollar Tree is huge!! It is well organized and has many decorations for whatever season it may be. Everything is $1 so you can't go wrong. I always go here to get soap, toothpaste, kitchen utensils, cleaning supplies, and festive house decorations. You can't beat the deal! If you go anywhere else and try to get Christmas hand towels ( just an example) you will easily pay $3-4 per towel. come check out this dollar tree!! read more
