Great place to find treasures for restoring a home. Everything from furniture to appliances, cabinets, paint supplies and more. I was looking for something very specific today, did not find it here, but should be on your list first for discounted home items. read more

I just went here to see what it was about. I was greeted as soon as I walked in! They have tools at the entrance They have paint as well if you are looking for the basic, no frills. I love they variety of new and dated appliances and furniture. Specially if you are looking for something for your women cave, and you don't want to spend a lot for like a refrigerator for that extra space. They have small basic frig's and new and dated washers and dryers, microwaves and furniture! I love all the flooring they had as well. I'm sure it's priced significantly less that your big box stores. They also have floor rugs, bath rugs and pictures. Everything was good, until I ran into the grumpy guy that should have been some help in the cabinet department, he saw me looking around, didn't offer any assistance. I asked him if they installed, he just said no! But his aura! Like he really didn't want to be at that place at that time! So, I just kept it moving! I wanted more info, but not from him! And then, I ran into another associate, that had a great attitude! lol I really would like to get some new cabinets, but it might not be from here! . read more

This is a great place to get deals on repair items for your home while also helping Habitat for Humanity. Just know that this is not a Home Depot, so they won't have every item, but it is definitely worth checking out before heading to a home improvement store. read more

They have a lot of good items for the house holds, from couches to tables and chairs kitchen appliances. But it can be hit or miss on the condition. read more

Great service found exactly what I was looking for! They have so many options and great style.

My boss donated some household items the other day and recommended I go by the store and checkout what they have. I'm in a brand new home and still have a renovation bucket list and my funds are meh after everything we have already done to the house. She explained that they have new and used items and plenty of remodeling items. I drove straight there after work with a general idea of what I am still needing for the house. They had plenty of furniture that made me stop and look first- but I had to laugh that anything I liked was already SOLD- of course. I even looked through their bathroom vanities section and again- the ones I liked were already taken- but that's good, they could be a potential place for me to get upgrades for less! Next up on the agenda is taking accurate measurements for items and start going to Restore more often for treasure hunting! Wishlist items are a nightstand, 2 chests, a bathroom vanity and possible bathroom light fixtures. They also had plenty of doors, table tops, miscellaneous pieces of wood or other surface tops. I would love shelving and I was seriously looking at what wood they had & thinking what can I build. They also have tons of the metal shelving for closets- for dirt cheap. Good to know if I need any additional. Things they had: Used furniture display kitchen cabinets new in box cabinets tile carpets (new and used) bathroom vanities doors windows light fixtures- used office furniture appliances bathroom fixtures- toilets, tubs, sinks random odds and ends (gallon hand sanitizer $9.99) read more

ReStore - Building Supplies Near Me - Jacksonville, Florida

This is a great store. All of the employees were so helpful. Jordan, assistant manager, was amazing. Highly recommend.

By far, hands down, the nicest people you will ever meet! Their customer service is unmatched. Love to just drop in and see what I can find. I see a lot of reviews stating that things are overpriced but you have to watch. Some things they sell brand new and many items get priced a little higher and drop in price eventually. I have always been super satisfied with all my purchases. I have saved TONS of money purchasing through them vs big box store. And I cannot state enough how incredibly kind all the employees are. read more

This place is huge and has many selections. I went to get a book shelf and found one for $25 pretty much brand new. I couldn't be any happier! read more

If you are a DIY or doing basic remodel or fixes this place is a good place to start. It's a thrift store for houses. They have huge gallons of paint if you just want basic colors. read more

The fridges are priced at almost brand new. Please do your research before purchasing any appliances from here. We ended up finding a much nicer used fridge for $250 just by asking an appliance repair man. read more

Who set the prices in this store? FIRE THEM!!!! The prices are laughable, almost insulting. If you are buying at this store, RESEARCH before paying for anything. Couches? Dirty, stained, old $600!!!! Are they charging for the amount of dirt in these items?????? Everything is garbage and everything is priced above retail prices at local stores. ABOVE RETAIL PRICE!!! Waste of time, close this store and never open again. read more

This place really seems to be "Spot On"! If you need anything to upgrade your house, this is the place to come-if you like a great deal or to recycle. They have furniture, appliances, like refrigerators, stoves, etc. they have most of what you need here. I loved all of the chandeliers and lamps they had available. I noticed they even had carpet in the back also. I will come here often, to hunt for good deals. When people refurbish their homes and don't certain things anymore, please consider taking your stuff here for the next person. I hate when I see perfectly good items being trashed when people upgrade. It is wastefulness. I love the whole concept of what this place is accomplishing for the Earth and the people. Upcycles, recycle is the key! read more

The person setting the prices in the store is clueless and unrealistic. The items in the store have been donated why would they be priced so high? people can get a new item at a cheaper price somewhere else. Is the price setter really trying to help the cause? read more

I love HabiJax! A quick explanation: Habitat for Humanity is a Christian organization that builds houses for low income families in exchange for the family's help in building their house. They volunteer to build, paint, etc... and then pay back Habitat for a fair price. HabiJax is their ReStore, where you can drop off your used/new/unwanted items, and they will resell them, with the sales benefitting needy families. This is what I love about them. Depending on what you're looking for and what day it is, you can either strike gold or go bust. Their sales are insane: we bought our wood dining table (that was in perfect conditions, but only had 4 chairs instead of 6) for $250!!! That is pretty dang affordable! Furniture, books, tools, lighting, bathroom and kitchen cabinets, mattresses, doors, and tiles are some of the few items they carry, and there are always random sales throughout the items. Happy Hunting! read more

I found the perfect light fixture for my bathroom remodeling job for only $15, plus floor tiles I really liked. I also picked up a couple of bifold doors for about $10 each that I priced at $89 each new. They had a whole stack of wooden molding (baseboard, door frame, chair rail) that you could root thru priced by the piece instead of by the foot. They even had some new memory foam bath mats in different colors that I picked from, as well as painting supplies. I like this store about as much as Home Depot. read more

Prices here make no sense. Most of the couches and sofas cost more than something comparable that's brand new. And very rude customer service from the ladies at the register. read more

This store have everything you need if you need to replace something in your house. It's have used appliances, doors, bathroom sinks & cabinets, tile, chairs, different kinds of lights, mattresses etc. Good condition. Prices was reasonable but some applicances was too high. I love getting a bargain AND supporting a good cause- Habitat for Humanity. I've been to several of these stores all over Florida, and they each have their own unique flavor. One thing they all have In common is that they sell new and used building materials, including some discontinued items from Lowes and Home Depot that are brand new. I scored a brand new $199.00 window for $45.00 at this store. Sweet. Need tile or carpet, lighting or ceiling fans, Misc electrical? Odd used cabinet doors or furniture? Stove or refrigerator? You need to check this place out if you're doing a renovation or remodel of a home. Just moving into an apartment? Need cheap furniture? Its there. The selection changes every day, so you'll never know what's there until you walk in. Be aware that even though the prices are already pretty low, they are negotiable! Just ask. read more

Still love this place. It's more of a home improvement thrift store. If you're into home improvements, you need to stop here. There is everything from tiles and window, cabinets and toilets, to lamp shades and light bulbs. When I came by today, it looks as if a hotel when through a remodel. There were stacks of banquet chairs for $10 each, restaurant booths (big wooden ones and some vinyl covered), hotel desk chairs, and lamps galore. I bought a new window screen for $5 ... would've paid triple that a retail store. Love ReStore! read more

Pretty amazing actually. I was expecting to just find junk but I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of inventory here. sure, there are some items that I would consider sub-quality but overall there was a ton of unique items I wouldn't mind owning or using. I want so many things for my house I am remodeling and this place is a good fit when you have a big project like I do and are a bit strapped for cash, like most everyone is now. I do recommend this store. read more

Great place to shop! Very organized. Friendly experience. Great furniture selection when I was there.

I love this place. If you;re in the Home Improvement mind set, this will be your dealer. There is everything in here. Tile, cabinets, tables, lamps, doors, etc and it's all discounted. There's just so many interesting items to see. And after you've completed your purchase you can sign up to volunteer. read more

Can be over priced sometimes on the furniture but over all an EXCELLENT place!!! I've found some really unique stuff here.

Great price and large selection. So, if you are have repair project and it does not need to be perfect and absolute beautiful then this place is for you. We paid for a used door $5.99. Awesome right? read more

Well, the Black guy in management, is super sweet. He used to be a cop, but u would never guess that because he is kind, sensible and fair, also intelligent!! I just Luv thrift stores in general. But great people make the experience even better. read more

I love Habitat for Humanity ReStores. You get a great deal on furniture, fixtures, cabinetry, and other home goods, all while supporting a good cause! This one is pretty big, very well organized, clean considering what it is. Employees are very nice, not necessarily the best at helping you load up, but they are there to help. And things are priced well, especially if you catch the sales. We got about 7 large furniture items for $250 or so one day! read more

Way overpriced. I will not return for that reason only. It was ridiculous. Surely there are better thrift stores around jax.

This is a dandy store when you are looking for a deal, but not concerned with what the item is. They most never have what you are looking for, yet most always have something that you can't live without. And that's the beauty of the Habijax ReStore. read more

Great location to find deals on household items. The stuff I have found was quality items for a great price

Went here recently had a lot of good prices on stuff, didn't see anything this time. Old review I made is still valid.

I love, love, love thrift stores! You never know what you'll find. Most of the thrift stores you go to have a bunch of junk that is either very outdated or doesn't work at all, but not this store. I was struck most by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The prices are already great but if you find an item that has a higher price than you are willing to pay, try to negotiate, you never know! They have a ton of appliances. I just bought a newer side by side fridge for about a third of what I would have paid new. But go early, because the good deals go quick. The staff is very friendly and I love knowing that the proceeds of the sale go to Habitat for Humanity. You've got to check it out! read more

Prices went up. This place is a joke. Takes donations and prices it at store price. Dont shop here.

Had the Habijax deconstruction/demolition team of John, Don, and David out to remove our kitchen cabinets today. What a highly professional and courteous crew! HIghly recommend using Habijax to demo your kitchen and donate your old cabinets, appliances, etc when you get ready to remodel and keep it out of the dump! read more
