I just went here to see what it was about. I was greeted as soon as I walked in! They have tools at the entrance They have paint as well if you are looking for the basic, no frills. I love they variety of new and dated appliances and furniture. Specially if you are looking for something for your women cave, and you don't want to spend a lot for like a refrigerator for that extra space. They have small basic frig's and new and dated washers and dryers, microwaves and furniture! I love all the flooring they had as well. I'm sure it's priced significantly less that your big box stores. They also have floor rugs, bath rugs and pictures. Everything was good, until I ran into the grumpy guy that should have been some help in the cabinet department, he saw me looking around, didn't offer any assistance. My boss donated some household items the other day and recommended I go by the store and checkout what they have. I'm in a brand new home and still have a renovation bucket list and my funds are meh after everything we have already done to the house. She explained that they have new and used items and plenty of remodeling items. I drove straight there after work with a general idea of what I am still needing for the house. They had plenty of furniture that made me stop and look first- but I had to laugh that anything I liked was already SOLD- of course. I even looked through their bathroom vanities section and again- the ones I liked were already taken- but that's good, they could be a potential place for me to get upgrades for less! Next up on the agenda is taking accurate measurements for items and start going to Restore more often for treasure hunting! Wishlist items are a nightstand, 2 chests, a bathroom vanity and possible bathroom light fixtures. They also had plenty of doors, table tops, miscellaneous pieces of wood or other surface tops. I would love shelving and I was seriously looking at what wood they had & thinking what can I build. They also have tons of the metal shelving for closets- for dirt cheap. By far, hands down, the nicest people you will ever meet! Their customer service is unmatched. Love to just drop in and see what I can find. I see a lot of reviews stating that things are overpriced but you have to watch. Some things they sell brand new and many items get priced a little higher and drop in price eventually. This place really seems to be "Spot On"! If you need anything to upgrade your house, this is the place to come-if you like a great deal or to recycle. They have furniture, appliances, like refrigerators, stoves, etc. they have most of what you need here. I loved all of the chandeliers and lamps they had available. I noticed they even had carpet in the back also. I will come here often, to hunt for good deals. When people refurbish their homes and don't certain things anymore, please consider taking your stuff here for the next person. I love HabiJax! A quick explanation: Habitat for Humanity is a Christian organization that builds houses for low income families in exchange for the family's help in building their house. They volunteer to build, paint, etc... and then pay back Habitat for a fair price. HabiJax is their ReStore, where you can drop off your used/new/unwanted items, and they will resell them, with the sales benefitting needy families. This is what I love about them. Depending on what you're looking for and what day it is, you can either strike gold or go bust. Their sales are insane: we bought our wood dining table (that was in perfect conditions, but only had 4 chairs instead of 6) for $250!!! That is pretty dang affordable! Furniture, books, tools, lighting, bathroom and kitchen cabinets, mattresses, doors, and tiles are some of the few items they carry, and there are always random sales throughout the items. I found the perfect light fixture for my bathroom remodeling job for only $15, plus floor tiles I really liked. I also picked up a couple of bifold doors for about $10 each that I priced at $89 each new. They had a whole stack of wooden molding (baseboard, door frame, chair rail) that you could root thru priced by the piece instead of by the foot. They even had some new memory foam bath mats in different colors that I picked from, as well as painting supplies. I like this store about as much as Home Depot. read more

Still love this place. It's more of a home improvement thrift store. If you're into home improvements, you need to stop here. There is everything from tiles and window, cabinets and toilets, to lamp shades and light bulbs. When I came by today, it looks as if a hotel when through a remodel. There were stacks of banquet chairs for $10 each, restaurant booths (big wooden ones and some vinyl covered), hotel desk chairs, and lamps galore. This one is pretty big, very well organized, clean considering what it is. Employees are very nice, not necessarily the best at helping you load up, but they are there to help. I love, love, love thrift stores! You never know what you'll find. Most of the thrift stores you go to have a bunch of junk that is either very outdated or doesn't work at all, but not this store. I was struck most by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The prices are already great but if you find an item that has a higher price than you are willing to pay, try to negotiate, you never know! They have a ton of appliances. I just bought a newer side by side fridge for about a third of what I would have paid new. But go early, because the good deals go quick.
