They've put in self checkout and reduced people. There was a manned lane, and one person was bouncing between customer service and helping people with self checkout. So the single lane was jammed due to a price check or something. Tried self checkout, but I had age restricted item so needed staff member to help. After 15 minutes I was able to pay. Complained to manager but he couldn't care less. Service was terrible; reminded me of Walmart. read more

This is a great Target. I always feel safe, which says a lot because I won't go near the walmart that is only 1 block west of here because so much crime has happened in that parking lot. The other big thing for me is lines at check-out, there usually are none at this Target but if there is, as soon as lines start forming employees come over and open up registers to get everyone cleared out, I love that. The Starbucks in this target is good too, better than the actual Starbucks that's outside around the corner. read more

I know it's just Target, but my girl and I got THE BEST customer service EVER at this location! . . . We were shopping for a pub table, and the staff helped us pick it, carry it, and when it wouldn't fit in our car, bust it out & fit it in, all the while being the nicest people ever. My favorite one stop shop destination... until today. My buddy and I were examining an outfit that happened to be on a mannequin. We were then approached by a tall lady who rudely stated not to mess with it. We then continued on shopping when we noticed we were being followed by 3 employees at that point. When I exclaimed "wow I don't feel welcomed here" they grouped up and began laughing and ridiculing us even as we were about to purchase an item. The remainder of our time there consisted of being followed, ridiculed and thrown dirty looks. This level of nastiness and immaturity from 2 grown women and a grown man was sad and embarrassing. Other employees noted that they've noticed they're bad attitudes and lack of character. I will never give that place my business again until I see it cleaned out. read more

Went to my neighborhood Target on hi way 6. Once again most shoppers and I are waiting in long checkout lines due to having only one checkout open. And 3 employees helping the self checkout people figure out how to use them. Bad decision to put these self checkout in. I for one don't work for Target. This appears to be a management decision to save Target money. I would only recommend this Target store to people that want to wait in long lines at checkout. read more

This location has comprehension problems. Now I understand people being just ridiculous now, but we are not like that. The products people are over buying, I have used in my house for over ten years! So, we were being mindful of that, while shopping. We grabbed two bottles of Lysol spray, one in lemon and the original. I use that to spray down my kids toys. Also grabbed the Lysol 409, which I use to clean my stove( totally different Lysol product, just the brand Lysol makes it). A four pack of Clorox wipes, I use to wipe down my counters after cooking with raw meat, and to wipe down my seasonings after I get through using them. We also grabbed a bottle of Clorox bleach, I use that for my whites, along with a cap full in my dish soap to wash my dishes. And finally, one thing of hand sanitizer, because they didn't have the refills for our bottles we already have! I am explaining everything, because I have been using this stuff for years! Now when my husband gets to the Checkout, they said he could only get one Lysol product. Which is stupid, because Lysol sells a whole line of multiple products! Ok, my husband puts back the original Lysol spray, but they said we couldn't take the Lysol 409, which is a totally different product! A spray can of Lysol will not clean my stove, like the 409! They just saw Lysol and said it can't be more than one product, of the same brand! We bought the Clorox bleach and Clorox wipes, which we asked because it's still the Clorox brand different uses! The employees really need to educate themselves, on what the restrictions are! Buying multiples of the SAME product is restricted, not the same brand name! These brands make multiple cleaning items, for different purposes. So I guess they believe all Lysol products are for the same purpose. If that was the case, Lysol would only have one product to sell! I am emailing corporate, because this is stupid. read more

Horrible customer service. There were two employees at the customer's service desk and I was the only one waiting to be helped out. I might have stood there for about 5 minutes while they were sorting things that have been returned. I know they saw me waiting because my daughter was crying, she wanted to leave already. When I got there, the lady that helped me do a price match was rude. Also, their shoe section was a complete mess, shoes all over the place and couldn't find the pair of a shoe I wanted for my daughter. read more

Been trying to figure out who to contact about the Starbucks at this location. Didn't wanna give target a bad review. This target is nice and I haven't had any problems it's the Starbucks located inside. First few times I went I bought either coffee and or breakfast. I also asked for a venti water. No problem for the first couple times. All of a sudden one day I came to get my usual, the barista (Amanda) told me I'm not allowed to have a venti water only a tall. And I would have to pay 25 cents per lime wedge if I wanted any. Well ok sudden change but that's fine. Stopped going to this location and went to the one across the street and they are 100 times better. Have never given me problems just because I ask for water. Finally decided okay I'll give the target location one more chance. Same barista (Amanda). I asked for a water along with my breakfast and she replies "you need to grab one from the cooler not like I'm able to scan water from here". So I grabbed a bottle and paid for it. I asked her "does Starbucks not give free water anymore" she replied "you only asked for bottled water". I've been to this location many times and every single time there's always some problem when I ask for water. I don't see the big deal when I'm always buying coffee and or breakfast. Every time I ask for water she always says "you never asked for water" or "you asked for bottled water". I'm 100% sure I've told her a tall water every single time. read more
