Mr. Larry and his team are doing an amazing job running the store. When I first met Mr. Larry, I didn't even know he was the Director of the store because of how down to earth, personable, and genuine he was with me. He has overseen the sales of Pokemon cards and made it more of a delight than the vast majority of stores (including other Targets). Mr. Larry sees to it that the Pokemon card sales are peaceful. In addition, he has stopped people from taking products to hide them under shelves, or buying more than the limit. I appreciate his excellence and diligence at a time where it is almost impossible to find good customer service and experiences. read more

Thin Line Between Love & Hate Despite the love I have for shopping at Target, I despise this particular location. Although it's conveniently five minutes away from where I live, this store has floors and shopping carts that are unpleasant with stains and trash. During my most recent visit, I was unable to find a shopping cart that wasn't full of nasty stains or trash. It was absolutely disgusting and frustrating. My grandson and I continuously pulled out cart after cart in search of a clean shopping cart, but we were unsuccessful. I finally decided on a cart that had a piece of starburst candy stuck inside of it. I'm glad I carry sanitizing wipes in my purse, since I had to clean the cart myself. Moreover, the floors were full of trash near the shopping cart area. There were soda cans, paper cups, candy pieces, and different types of paper wrappings and napkins all over the floor. It was not an inviting and welcoming scene. Instead, it was distasteful and uninviting. I almost turned around and walked out, especially after wrestling with the shopping carts trying to find a clean one. Geez! In addition to the uncleanliness of the store, the boys' clothing department was in a shamble as if a tornado came through and wreaked havoc. There were clothes scattered here and there making it difficult to find my grandson's size. I assume they do not have anyone in charge of the upkeep and organization of the clothing department. In conclusion, the overall upkeep of the store needs serious attention badly. I'm talking some serious TLC! I rated this establishment two stars based on sheer convenience. I cannot comment on their customer service skills because I have never had a sales representative to approach me to check and see if I needed any assistance and luckily, I've never had to ask for any. read more

A pretty average Target that could use a little *something* to make it a bit better. While it's easy for a quick stop and always has the things I need, it's not particularly note worthy and frequently a bit messy. Parking: There's plenty of parking but the lot is always full! There's also a big pickup/online order parking section Bathrooms: Their bathrooms are clean and have about 3-4 stalls with one being handicap. There's also a baby changing spot in the women's restroom. They have no paper towels, only air hand dryers which is a negative for me. They do have water fountains by the restrooms. Overall store: There's always small messes and packaging that was ripped open in this store. More so than in other Tarvets in my experience. That being said, the staff does seem to try to stay on top of those issues and they're always friendly. They have a lot of self-checkout lines which is much appreciated ! It's selection is pretty standard as far as targets go and prices are comprable. Overall a fine enough target. It doesn't really stand out but has everything you need. read more

I've been shopping at this target for years. I don't know where this store fell off, but if i had to guess it was after this "remodel". The staff are extremely unhelpful and not approachable. There's absolutely nothing in this store. The shelves are always empty in just about every department. Dairy never has any milk. Electronics has phone cases placed in incorrect spots There's no TVs on display. The cashiers always seem to have an attitude. I truly have no idea how their still opened. 5.13.22 They are remodeling this location. It needed it too. Since they are remodeling some areas are a little tight. They have moved extra clothes racks and other merchandise to fit everywhere. BUT, there is some serious amount of clearance items everywhere! I only came in for one item, a travel charger cord organizer. I did not feel like around so I bought it and left. 6 self check outs and nobody knows how to use them. Reminds me why I do not frequent this target in addition to all the posts on nextdoor of people's cars getting broken into here. They have one cashier lane open and 6 self check outs open and everyone seems like this is the first time they ever used them. Target really is pushing the boundaries to save what, a tiny fraction of money by making people who don't know what they are doing self check out. Really I spent more time in the check out lane than I did shopping today and I'll just park this review here to say thanks Target. read more

Got 2 Starbucks fraps one for me and my wife. They were rinsing the glasses out and I asked why, they said this lis just a precaution for safety in case we drop on the floor. Why would you do that? By the time I get about halfway through our drinks, we both had the runs and had to race to the bathroom. Barely made it. Probably the least favorite target for me. I also happen to see an online article about this particular location about a lady being photographed/filmed. How they supposedly handled the whole situation I'm not exactly a fan of, but i can't really judge because I directly wasn't involved. The reason why this location falls below all expectations of what a target should be is because it is just a mess. It lacks products that should always be stocked and what is available is poorly shelved. Their restrooms omg... I can't even begin to describe the red horror I once stumbled upon. It looked like a double homicide in the last stall. Parking and ease of entering/exiting this part of the center especially sucks. read more

Always had a great experience. Except when I brought my dog in because we just left next door from getting her groomed and I was asked to remove my dog. I had three kids with me just running inside for a quick dinner meal. Won't forget that experience. read more

Target on Hwy 6n houston. I used to shop at this location years ago, went there this morning Apr 20. They used to have a decent selection in the mens department, now they have a terrible selection(crap). Wal-Mart has a better selection. It also was a mess, clothes on the floor, very unappealing. I want to share my terrible experience shop in this target on Black Friday, 2018. They some good deal on ad, I were here for a iPhone XS Max, cuz u can get $250 gift card. The deal start at 7am on 11/23/2018. I were here at 7:05, I signed in, there are 4 people in front of me. Then I waited for three and half hours. When they call me is 10:30. I told the sales I want the IPhone X's max with Verizon, after 30 mins, the sales brought the iPhone and open the box, it was the wrong one, he brought the iPhone X's, I returned, then he got me other one that I want. and I paid the tax and activation free $90.76.After I checked out the iPhone XS max 64G, I saw the price is $1149. The price is $50 higher then MSRP. I think the target just cheating the customers. If u think give $250 gift card is too much, u can give $200, $150 or nothing. Just don't cheat. I asked the manager why ur price is higher then MSRP, she just told me she doesn't made the price. I would not go to target anymore, I prefer to buy it in regular price in a honest business. read more

Target definitely has better quality products and an overall better customer experience than Walmart. I migrated from Walmart to target about six to seven years ago. It's apparent that target employees are well informed about their products and "where" to find their products such as which aisle, shelf etc. Also they are usually present and visible for assistance. They've always had the self price check scanners, which have been a tremendous help over the years. This visit to target was to find a postcard to send to my oldest son who was attending a camp in Michigan. I go to their card section, and looked up n down the aisle, and not a single post card in sight. Walked over to the stationery section and still nothing. After fifteen to twenty minutes of searching, I decided to go to the customer service booth and asked them the million dollar question and their response " we do not carry postcards". WTF target? U don't carry postcards? Am I that old school? I was pretty surprised that target doesn't carry them but it's not gonna prevent me from shopping at target. Btw I did find my needed postcards from Walgreens nearby. Peace out! read more

I came to this Target with a friend that I was helping to hang a TV. For some reason the TV he purchased did not pack the screws to attach it to a wall bracket. He called Target and after speaking with the manager , he was told to come over and they would provide him some from a TV they had on hand. After arriving they had the tv upfornt for us to remove the screws but there were none in this box also. The manager came up front, I think her name was Teaera was he name and she apologized to my friend an provided him with a gift card for his trouble. She handled this transaction very professionally. I have worked in retail before and customers and manager can get rowdy but she did not. I must commend her for her professionalism. Target has a winner in her! read more

As far as Target's go, this one isn't half bad. They've got even more stuff (read: everything) than your average Target, which makes sense because it's freaking humongous. I'll admit it: I got lost, and had to call the people I was with because I was alone and frightened. Luckily, there's a Pizza Hut inside the store so I didn't starve to death. The staff is also surprisingly helpful. And diplomatic: I overheard a female employee saying, "I have a daddy already, thanks." Displeased with my shopping experience. At the check out counter, Vicentta did not want to grant me my .05 cents for each bag I brought with me. She said it was only Target bags. That was the first time I have heard they would only accept Target bags. In San Antonio, Austin, and Houston, they have always accepted any bag that wouldn't waste plastic bags. She told me I had to move the cat litter because it was too heavy for her. She is the employee, she can ask me but telling me I had to do it. A very "different/interesting" Target shopping experience. I will go back to driving further for the 1960 location or go to ridiculous Walmart. read more

I'm not sure what all the fuss is about. If this Target wasn't here, you'd be going to the Walmart down the street. I love Target. In fact, one of my favorite stores to just waste time in. Their clothing department is always up to date with the latest fashions. Even most of my clothes are from here. In my opinion, it clean, fashionable clothes, electronics, they even remodeled to have a grocery section. It may not be a Walmart that does price matches, or huge, BUT it's always less crowded and has friendly staff. Plus, I prefer Target over anything. Sometimes it's hard to find parking or even get to area, especially during peak hours. Hwy 6 and FM 529 has the worst traffic. read more

I found a returned tv in electronics and asked for a discount. I read that the offer discounts on returned items.i was very disappointed that the discount was on the regular price (449.00) the made it 314.00. But the sale price of the tv is (319.00). So the discount is 4 dollars? Doesn't seem right. Maybe I'm wrong but I know Walmart gives the discount on the sales price. I did speak to customer service who told me targets doesn't give discounts at all anyways. read more

The store is okay, but EVERY TIME I call they NEVER answer, or just hang up after Ringing for about 2-3 mins. I can continue to call back 5-6 time and always the same. They are the worst for picking up the phone. I had accidentally left something under my basket & was calling to see if they could run out to hold it for me, I know that my own fault. But every time I call I can never actually talk to somebody. This is so disappointing & how well they are to take your money, but can't even do their jobs while in the clock. Negatives...traffic around this location is heavily congested making it difficult to get in and out of the parking lot. Under NO circumstances should you make a left turn entering or exiting. You're almost guaranteed to get creamed. Positives....comfortable place to shop. I've never seen crowds here. Love the selection in every department. Staff is usually very friendly. Prices can be a little high but you find good sales more often than not. read more

Their phones didn't work so I called another location that told me Copperfield showed seven of the TV I wanted in stock. I drove all the way out to get the TV that was on special only on Sunday for 15% off the sale price. A great deal which turned out to be bate and switch. When I got there of course they were out of the TV and would not honor the price and would not order one because there are none around. I drove all the way from the Galleria for the TV and they wouldn't do anything to honor it. Only apologize. SAD. read more
