I bought 3 Caramel Macchiato venti drinks on 4/29/18 from the StarBucks Super Target Wildcat Reserve location . It's like the guy used potted coffee for the espresso shots. The flavor of all these drinks is not good. The employees here need to be retrained to the Starbucks standard of making drinks. This is not the first time the flavor has been incorrect. This location essentially stole $17.59 from me with these garbage drinks. read more

Always the slowest check out in town. I hate this store for this reason. They rarely have enough registers open. Cashiers too talkative, as they try to meet their social needs with captive audience of customers. Customers are rolling their eyes and complaining to one another, cashiers and even managers are oblivious to frustration of customers. When someone does ask them about opening another register, they give the same excuse every time "oh we are short today!". Needs new management and training of staff. read more

I have been shopping at target for over 20 years. I found a security camera in the clearance section with a really good price. It had the security cable on it and everything. Went to go pay for it in the self check out and the young lady there wasn't able to help me (because the sticker price and the barcode price was the difference of $220) and suggested I go to electronics department. Nobody was there to help me either went to customer service. The young lady over there took it to the manager and said they can't do that, I explain to her everything that happened and just because it was marked wrong doesn't make it my problem. I took the item from her went back to electronics to talk to someone. I WAS GREETED BY SECURITY AND THEY ASKED ME IF I HAD A QUESTION. I explained to him everything that was going on. And he said the sticker was put on here wrong, his attitude was crap he made it seem like I put it on there and if I didn't agree with that I could go about my day. I didn't even get a chance to talk to the electronics manager about this. What bothers me is that target didn't honor the price and if it was a mistake I should have treated with more respect and not security as if I did something wrong. I hardly go to this store because they usually don't have what I'm looking for. As usual, I should have known, they only had extra large and extra small mailing envelopes so I had to purchase a box instead. After waiting several minute in self checkout my item wouldn't scan. An employee tried and it wouldn't scan. She ask how much the item was and I told her what I thought it was marked but also told her I wasn't sure. She said ok, manually put the amount in, I finished checking out then she told me she was sure it cost more. First of all I don't appreciate being called untruthful and dishonest. Secondly, fix your scanner or go check the price yourself. I will drive further next time to avoid this place!! read more

In the past, this used to be my go-to Target. Everything under one roof, helpful staff, and 2 miles from my house. Lately I have really noticed a decline in customer service. The employees used to ask if I'm finding everything I need (almost too much), now they don't ask at all. When I enter an aisle that is being stocked, there is no effort to move the giant flatbed that blocks the aisle or offer to help me get the item that is directly blocked. Employees calling each other losers in their personal conversations or texting on their phone. Ugh. The final tipping point for me was when my daughter gave me back a squeeze juice that she said tasted funny. It was filled with mold. I took the package back and spoke to a manager. He asked if I wanted to pick another item, no just my money back. I then asked him about taking the packages off the shelf and he said that there has to be a report that goes up the chain and corporate makes the decision. I asked him "don't you need the package number then?" His response: Oh yeah, let me write that down. I get that food goes bad / packages leak, but I expect stores to be a little more proactive. Most of the pharmacy staff are good. There is one employee that is an absolute d***. I wanted to look at the packages for both a generic and brand-name OTC that is kept behind the counter. He told me I didn't need the brand name and started ringing up the generic. Not loving that. In general, he's been "snotty" to me, and I've heard him do that to others. Moved my Rx to Walgreens. The Starbucks people are great. The desk that handles returns is fast. I'm now spending my time between King Soopers and Wal-Mart. read more

I was shopping for some clothing and went to try on in a fitting room. Shortly after, I smelt a strong smell and looked down to see that I had stepped in fecal matter that was on the floor of my fitting room. It was covering my sock, ruining them. I stayed around to let an employee know thinking they would like to and all they responded with was "thank you for telling us." No apology or offering a bag to at least put my socks in because I couldn't wear them. Really disappointed with the customer service I received and no help offered to me. read more

I would've given a higher review except that this store never seems to keep basic items fully stocked...it's like the target stock truck skips over this store to travel to centennial or some other location! read more

This ST is nice and clean but the layout really sucks and is non-intuitive. The produce in the grocery section is never good, all their bagged romaine lettuce is shriveled, brown or molded, and even things that I have bought which should last for more than a day like peppers basically wilt and turn into a pile of mush shortly after bringing them home. As far as selection is concerned... they do have a lot of stuff but not a lot of good stuff. read more

I love Target and it's so convenient to have a Super Target close to home. Bonus is this one never seems to be crazy busy (unlike the one on Colorado Blvd which ALWAYS seems to be packed). Sometimes the check out lines can be a little slow, but since I can get just about everything here rather than make multiple trips I can't really complain that much. read more

I am definitely a fan of this Super Target! While I live closer to the Super Target in Sheridan, I actually like to drive the extra 10 minutes and shop here if I have time. Why? It's well laid out and has a large inventory of everything I go to Target for. I often find the Sheridan location is out of an item or two every time I ago. Additionally, while this location is busy, it's not so busy that I can't find parking or move around the store. read more

Mark is a super helpful in the pharmacy. I had to have some medication filled here that they did not have at my usual CVS pharmacy. Very easy to have it transferred over; just brought in the prescription and they filled it in about 15 minutes less than was promised. ;) Even though this is not my 'normal' CVS/Target, they were very courteous and efficient. I'd come back over here again if there was something my Target/CVS did not have. read more

Miss B. was surpised to the see the low rating of this store. The first time I was in this Target a teenager and his friend was riding his bicyle down the aisles and instead of throwing them out of the store they just told them to get off the bikes so instead they went down the aisles being rude to customers. This time I went into Target to buys items for a trip and saw a really good buy on patio table. I caught the store room clerk as I had checked to see if one was in a box, nope. Not only that he informed me there were no more and I said I will be happy to take the display no we dont sell the display, I said that's against the law isn't it to post something for sale and not sell it, nope it's not and I will let the manager deal with you and he left!! MOD comes and said not for sale we don't have to sell it to you because you can get it on line. I dont want it on line because I am going to see my mother inlaw for her mothers day out of state she has congestive heart failure this might be her last year, no way am I going to miss out on her mother's day for a table! By this time I am getting really fatigued I have cancer and this was taking it out of me, the target manager could not care less, she said I already had another couple in here and sent them to a target store seven miles. They have two. Being fatigued and sick my husband looks over at and realizes I am showing my fatigue and said let it go. I dont' want to let it go, I think knowingly hooking a customer's interest and getting them excited about buying an item and then switching them is wrong morally, ethically and at best rotten customer service. BTW we went to the other store the next day, same story other than they were alot politer but genuinely shocked when I asked would it not be better customer service to sell me the display item, their response "but then we would have to clear off the table and redo it!! " let me know for target the ship has sailed regarding customer service. So here you go folks you decide if putting up items for sale they knowingly don't have in stock is good customer service and do you even think it is right? read more

I have no reason to complain about this Target location. Having just moved to Highlands Ranch, I'm pretty stoked to live so close to one. Their groceries are reasonable. I was really excited to see that they offer great rates on sodas and juice. I am not giving five starts because the women's section tends to stay a little messy. It's a personal preference, but having worked in retail before, I know customers buy more from a clean and organized environment than a messy one. This target is great besides the manager there named larry. I am a regular customer there, 3-4 times a week and the last two times I've had coupons he has raised his voice at me and argued with me over them. You never should raise your voice at a customer. The coupon that I had was the right and he still argued with me and then just walked away I am very dissatisfied and will NOT be going back due to him and will make sure I tell all my family and friends to attend a different target as well read more

This Target store is nice and big with very friendly employees. The regular Target side of the store is great but the Grocery side could use some improving. They used to have a great selection with many brand options but everytime I go in they have less and less options. And everytime I grocery shop I have to be super careful to check expiration dates. Everytime I have shopped for groceries I have come across expired items. And the couple times I was in a hurry and didn't check everything I came home with expired food. read more

People watch out!! with sales they advertise X Box with kinect on line on sale for 349.99 and you can only buy in stores per advertise but if you go in the store it is selling for 499.99 and the store will not even honor it's own advertising on this particular item listed on the Internet target is always very good about honoring prices. Store is organized and there seems to be plenty of parking. I love the convenience of a Super Target and being able to but groceries as I pick up other items. I haven't had any problems with the store yet. Although i do find it confusing that they keep the body wash and shampoo far away from each other.... Weird. I could understand different aisles... But i had to walk a good distance to get my body wash. Eh, whatever. Lol read more

I am not pleased with the store in highlands ranch. I just got out of back surgery and waited in a long ass line to get my daughter a hatchmel toy.. I get to the toy section asked one of the workers if they had these, she got on the radio and they say they have one in the back but don't bring it out. Why advertise you have the item and when I ask you say you do but your not bringing it out. I've been to a lot of stores but this is the biggest bs I have ever heard you are in business to sell items not to hold items in the back. read more

This Super Target is in a convenient location to my home. As with any Target, variety and reasonable prices are the high points. The floor staff is always available and helpful. The optical staff have been a pleasure to work with too. But at this particular location, there are several lows: (1) Produce is hit-and-miss, checkout and customer service lines are too long, pricing miss-matches are common and restrooms are filthy. But the real reason for two-stars: Checkout clerks not paying attention to their customers. After a long wait, I want to get through the process and on my way home. Instead, more times than not, the clerks are talking to each other with their backs turned to their customers. That causes delays and infuriates me and those waiting behind me. I now use the nearby King Soopers and Safeway stores for groceries and only use Target when I need a few items that I can find under one roof instead of driving to several stores. read more
