However, today I went to use the family bathroom to change a little one and basically had to hold on to them for dear life while changing a diaper on this very tilted changing table. Between 3:25 and 3:30 today (Dec 22) we witnessed an incident at the store in Highlands Ranch that made us leave immediately. As we were walking through the store, three teenagers/young adults walked in front of us with an untrained dog on a leash constantly pulling against its collar. As we were walking behind them between the electronics and toys, I noticed that none of the employees said or did anything, so since the dog was untrained and misbehaved, I thought I should probably talk to the manager and let them know before something happens. Suddenly the dog started defecating multiple times in the middle of the aisle. I told one of the employees to tell a manager, and I took my kids who were in the toys and left the store. I think it should be unacceptable for any animals to be in the store that can be a nuisance, bother other people, scare children, and especially defecate or attack people. Surely the store should have a procedure (and training) for preventing this before it happens rather than wait for incidents to happen before taking action. I did submit feedback on the Target website, but not sure how seriously they will take it. read more

The sweetest staff ever found at a Target. I've been here serveral times, but two specific staff encounters really proved that this place was the best Target. 1. I had needed to purchase something that had a security band connecting it to the shelf. I found a staff who was stocking something and when I asked her for help, she immediately found someone with a key and she had that southern hospitality feel to her tone. All smiles and thanked me for literally nothing. 2. I was checking out one day and an older man was my cashier. He saw what I was buying and struck up a conversation about how he always wanted to try this and that and how good certain products were. It was such a nice experience. You don't really get that anymore. I didn't feel like he was wasting my time, he was still very efficient in ringing me up and finalizing payment. Just made my day! read more

Good Target location in Highlands Ranch. The store is big, bright ,clean and all the merchandise in all the aisles are fully stocked. Check out was fast and easy and the cashier was friendly and expeditious. I first just stopped in to take a quick look, but ended up with a full shopping cart full or groceries. I've noticed every time I am there their electric carts are always dead or plugged in but left on so that when you use them it dies like 5 min in, they just need to make sure they turn them off and plug them in so people who NEED them can use them. read more

I had a pretty order pick up to complete. There was no one at the register to greet me, which is 100% fine, there was a device for me to alert them to my presence. However, no less than 8 people came out from behind the wall and not a single person acknowledged me. One girl, very loudly said on the radio, "Is anyone available to take this walk in?". But, she never stopped to say, "someone will be right with you." I felt like a nuisance. I have been in customer service for years and I don't like to be made to feel like I am annoying people or interrupting their day. Customer service needs to be a priority in all areas of the goings on in this store. The young lady who eended up getting the order for me was great, but some work should be done on overall customer service. I figured I would place the rest of my order since I was already on the app. I threw a bunch of other stuff that I didn't really need into the online cart and went to pick up after paying. The one item I originally looked for wasn't "available" when I picked up. Many unnecessary items later I still went to another place for the one item I did actually need. I was shopping in the grocery section. There was an elderly man who seemed a little lost. An employee came over and offered to help. She walked him through his grocery shopping list and helped him pick out all of the items. Her kindness and compassion did not go unnoticed. I don't know her name, but it occurred this morning and she has gray hair in a low ponytail, and she should be recognized by the company for being a seller employee. read more

As far as Targets go, this one is pretty standard. It is well stocked and usually kept very clean & orderly. I've never had a problem finding what I need, and typically leave with more than what I came for... I suggest NOT skipping over the $1 section. This section rotates regularly and there is actually some cute things to find here; usually around whatever holiday/season it is. All-in-all it's a quality Target! read more

The most dangerous and addictive place in existence and I love it. I always will. Nothing compares to Target!!!

Well, they have everything you could possibly need . . . hmm, not quite. They have a fair selection of a lot of things, and reasonable prices on many things. The meat is good quality, but they do not have an actual butcher to talk to, or butcher case. So, you can't just buy a 1/2 pound of something, you have to get the giant "family pack". They have a fair number of different mustards at good prices, but not near the selection of your average Safeway or King Soopers. I feel like I am getting 75% of the full grocery store experience when I go to a Super Target. The location is good, and the parking is vast. This is needed, as this place is extremely popular and is filled with very large families primarily of Northern European descent. On my recent visit, the store was clean, I found what I wanted quickly, and they had plenty of checkout lines open. read more

Last night I went to target for an contact lens exam. I asked the girl up front if I could pay with my target credit card, when she said no I asked her how much it would cost since I only had a little money. I was very thorough in explaining that I had insurance that covered my glasses exam and I just needed my contact exam. I explained how I have an astigmatism in both eyes and she assured me my price would be $75 I made sure that that was the total, she said it was. Not only did I make it clear to the people working there, but in multiple places on the paperwork I filled out it said that I was there purely for a contact exam and not to get glasses at all whatsoever. After my exam and being fitted for contacts, I sat down to pay and was told that my price went from $75 to $149. It literally doubled. When I asked the girl why she said "doctors fees". I had to use part of my rent money in order to cover these hidden doctors fees that doubled the cost of my exam. I called today to speak to someone different and they gave me an entirely different reason as to why my prescription doubled. This time I was told that I paid for to exams one for contacts and 1 for glasses even though I specified I did not want a glasses exam in fact I had just had 1 that was paid for by my insurance. When I asked if I could be refunded for the thing I did not want she asked how I paid and tried to pull up my account, when I stated that I paid mostly in cash the tune changed and sorry no refunds. This leads me to believe that these people are scammers, liars, and thieves. Charge you double then pocket the cash? Sounds like it. They should be ashamed of themselves stealing money from a single mother of four children. *****update***** After a couple weeks and tons of phone calls, the doctor was nice enough to refund me. read more

Really like this Target since it's so close now. We used to go to the one on County Line, but this one has such a much larger selection of products; however, I have gone there and found that they don't carry a few items that I would have to go to Walmart or somewhere else to get (e.g. garbage compactor bags). We primarilly go there for our household items and even their movies (e.g. DVDs and Bluerays). They typically have special packaging of their Blueray disks which also include a digitital copy and CD. Love this option since we don't have a Blueray in our car. read more

Oh Super Target, how I love you and hate you. You are open late which has saved me many nights when I am out of milk and don't notice until 8 pm. You carry everything, from my dog's prescriptions to sweat pants for when I am feeling just that fat. One stop shopping to the extreme. Lines at check out may be a little long during peak times, but it is Target. I agree that their layout is a little odd until you get used to it. The down side to this one stop mecca? It seems that every parent in the Highlands Ranch area with their horribly behaved children has to shop here. Your child sick, hacking up lungs and spewing enough snot to fill an olympic sized pool? Let you and your significant other bring 'em on in! Let them wipe snot all over. I think I have picked up a few colds from shopping here, not to mention being run into by children running amok around the store. Is it too much to ask for children to behave? I now time my trips to go when they aren't there, much better experience. You can get what you need here fairly easily just watch out for the children. Also seems to be quite the teenage hangout spot. Caught my fair share of teenagers making out. May want to check out the non Super Target on County Line if you like your shopping without annoying children and teenagers making out. read more

85% of the time i walk into this establishment i have problems with the staff and their attitudes. specifically this evening when speaking to an older woman named julie. she is legally not allowed to ask me why my license was restricted and then refused to sell me a 6 pack of beer?? i went right back inside and asked to speak with a manager. the gentleman i spoke with was very kind and understanding and assured me he would speak with julie about the way she spoke to me. he told me target had no such policy in which they cannot sell alcohol solely due to a restricted but still valid license. he then asked me if i still wanted to purchase the beer in which case i passed and said i would rather take my business elsewhere due to the absolutely terrible service provided by julie. read more

I like this Target primarily because it's huge, has great variety and I can run in during my lunch hour. The check out lines can be a little backed up during the hours of 1-2, and they do need additional people there at times, but otherwise, it's well lit, stocked and friendly. read more

It's really big, and it smells like every Target on the planet. I think they must have some Target spray that makes it smell like old popcorn and floor wax. There are very few employees on the floor to help you find things, and the ones that are on the floor do their best to avoid making eye contact. Food prices are higher than King Soopers. The store is constantly out of things! I went in to buy 8 items that I've gotten there before and could only get 2! The associates I went to to ask for assistance, either didn't know or told me that the shipment hadn't come in. It's a much safer bet for me to go to King Soopers or Safeway. I come to this specific target often due to work. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it. The prices and merchandise is usually the same at all targets. This one is kept clean, the cashiers are going but nice, and the food selection is always fresh. I tend to get most of my produce here and have yet to have a problem. Also parking is very easy and there are a bunch of other stores around too in case you need something else. I most likely will be back again and again. read more

I admit, it does have fewer stocked items and checkout is normally sort of slow (even if nobody is in front of you), but it's pretty standard as far as Targets go. I'm a fan. I bought 3 Caramel Macchiato venti drinks on 4/29/18 from the StarBucks Super Target Wildcat Reserve location . It's like the guy used potted coffee for the espresso shots. The flavor of all these drinks is not good. The employees here need to be retrained to the Starbucks standard of making drinks. This is not the first time the flavor has been incorrect. This location essentially stole $17.59 from me with these garbage drinks. read more
