Even though I usually go to the Park Meadows store, this location also lived up to the fine Dillards reputations that im used too. This store is smaller, but less crowded and still has most of the same merchandise. The clerks are friendly and helpful and check out was a breeze. I was also surprised with the free bag of hot, fresh popcorn at the register. Good experience all around. read more

I hadn't been here for quite a while and since my friends and I all went to the Southwest Mall, I decided to look for shirts. I found 2 and they were both on sale. Dillard's carries a wide variety of quality items, I can usually find something I need. On top of this, there were several fitting rooms scattered all over the men's department. Like most businesses, an inattentive staff member can affect customer satisfaction: a male staff member internationally avoided me when I approached him. Don't let the fact that they have minority staff the moment you walk in you are profiled, I've now been in here twice bought something everything and from the moment I walked in watched and stalked by employees to the point I talk to them and ask them questions cause they are so close which is quiet often met with rude answers or ignored. One simply must take advantage of the poor economic retail sales at big stores like Dillards to explore only the real serious bargains. On Saturday of Thanksgiving weekend, the westside girl and I went on an 8 hour shopping spree finding incredible deals the entire day. Dillards staff far outnumbered the customers and we were treated to outstanding customer service in every department. Yes, the customers are the boss is back in style. I found a high end leather black jacket for $99, dress shirts for $9, and Peggy found $15 summer dress deals. My favorite part of being the customer is when sales people act like they cannot wait to wait on you-this was the deal at Dillards! read more

We're looking to buy new shoes with my father and and after my father picked up a shoe he liked the older African-American gentleman with the grey hair and beard approached us and asked if we need help, we initially declined and he pestered to help us even taking away the shoe from the fathers hand pretty forcefully after that we were just thinking "Sure whatever then" but he took the shoe away and told my father "You got the wrong size see you needed help" my father replied with "Well I'm still in between size 9-10" and the employee just said "Whatever sir" about 3 times ignoring us and not getting us the "correct size" so we just left after being disrespected read more

I used to love to shop at this Dillard's when I would visit my sister. I live in the bay area and we don't have Dillard's so it was always a go to for me. I guess they have had a change in management because it is NOT a place I will go anymore. The people that used to work are gone, the people that are there now are clearly not happy. They try, they are good people (the few that remain), but this new manager, Zach I believe is his name, treats his people really bad. It shows. I won't be back. Good luck Zack. Horrible customer service. I bought my family Ugg slippers for Christmas here spending about $800. 3 months later, two pairs of the slippers were falling apart (which is ridiculous when spending $120 for slippers). Anyway, I brought the slippers, boxes, and receipt back to Dillard's and asked to exchange the slipper since they didn't hold up. I was told by multiple associates, managers, and the store manager that it was not their problem and I would need to take my complaint up with Ugg. RIDICULOUS! They have lost a loyal customer and I will be making any and all future purchases elsewhere. read more

I 100% recommend the Estee Lauder at this Dillard's in Southwest Plaza. I had come into the store looking for one product that my aunt has been using for years. I never personally have used the band myself. Bless Nicoleta Fazakas. She was managing a few makeup sections but she was still able to deliver amazing customer service. I had told her I was getting into makeup and I was trying new things. She instantly told me the must try Estee Lauder products. She was very knowledgeable and she emphasized the importance of taking care of my skin now. I only had planned on buying a blush and left the store with a concealer, and eye serum and the blush. I even got an awesome gift at the end because I ended up spending enough for one. I didn't even know about the gift until I had already chosen the products I wanted to buy. Now that's great sales! I am definitely coming back to her for my next makeup adventure and to add to my makeup collection. read more

I used to love this store, but after my experience today, not sure I will ever come back. I stopped in about 1145 looking for my Easter dress, I did find it and was really happy, had to search for a sales girl but I was treated with the utmost respect, until...I went upstairs and found earrings, there was no one helping I finally was helped my a girl that was so rude and looked down on me as if she couldnt be bothered to help me. I then went to the Dior makeup counter again no one there, the only person working was a woman at the Lancombe counter helping a family when I asked her if anyone was working at the Dior counter she got who I thought was her manager that came and helped me but this woman also looked her nose down on me as if she couldnt be bothered. As someone that works in customer service for over 20 years; this store lacks management you do NOT treat customers that way. Its lunchtime on a saturday and you dont have enough people working? I went to the Dillards salon this week, it was great! The prices are reasonable and the stylist, Breanne, was awesome! They use Aveda products, and Breanne did a wonderful job on my hair! I recommend you try it, its worth it! I will be going back next time I need a haircut! read more
