I…read morehave bought a lot of different types of furniture here over the years and have always been satisfied about the quality. Complaints: 1. I assume that the sales people here work on commission. You can never get rid of the sales people! They just follow you around, even when you tell them that you don't need help. 2. When you are ready to check out, the process takes a long time. Their computer systems are outdated and you have to make multiple stops and several desks to complete your purchase. 3. If you are getting delivery, you only get to choose the day, not the time of day for it to be delivered. They call you with a 2 hour window for the arrival the day before, but if you have a life, these conditions are hard to plan around. But I still go here for the reasonably priced, quality furniture and am not deterred by the issues above.

It was so bad that Montage wouldn't repair it. THEY RETURNED THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE WARRANTY. Did you know that England is owned by Lazy Boy and another high dollar furniture store? I tried to reach Bill Daniels who I knew personally for years and he wouldn't return my call.. Today the frame in the sofa is squeaking and it's not good on many levels. I'LL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM FURNITURE FAIR AGAIN. JUDGING BY OTHER RATINGS, IT SEEMS FURNITURE FAIR HAS STOPPED TAKING CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS.. My parents brought me here because they have a good assortment of University of Kentucky Wildcats merchandise. I just HAD to bring some paper plates, napkins, some sturdy plastic cups and a warm, fuzzy throw - all with the UK logo. They also had a small selection of Dallas Cowboys logo merchandise so I stocked up on some of those items too. A few other sports teams' merchandise is also available - OSU, Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. Prices were very good. This store is very large and has a bit of a "well-organized garage sale" feel to it. If I lived near one of these, I imagine this would be fun for an hour or so of roaming the aisles to see what unexpected bargains I could find.

Value City states that they use a 3rd party delivery and our delivery was cancelled without a call from the driver. The reason was an out right lie. They stated that the drive was too narrow with no place to turn around. Sadly this was a lie as a box truck had earlier that day been up my driveway by mistake, turned around and delivered to my neighbor. I also had a large water truck fill up my pool the week prior and a dumpster delivered to throw away the old sectional. All of these without getting stuck. Now Value City is refusing to deliver at all, because I told them all of this. Clearly their driver lied and got caught. I hate that this is the case as the Florence store was so helpful.

After spending over $5k on several sets of furniture with them, about half of the furniture was delivered damaged and the store's response was literally "well, not EVERYTHING was damaged." They gave us a $150 credit (pennies next to what we had spent!) for the store. When I went to the store to use the credit, it took 2 hours to pick up some small items which I chose in 15 minutes, b/c there was only 1 salesperson on the floor trying to serve multiple customers. I think the store is under-staffed, cheap and not well managed. I would recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere, even if you have to pay a bit more. It's not worth the hassle we experienced here.
