I had a GREAT experience at Ashley Furniture this week! After a terrible experience with Value City--delayed deliveries and ultimately canceling my recliner order--I was in a bind. I needed a recliner quickly to recover from an upcoming surgery next week. As soon as I walked into Ashley, I was greeted by a kind gentleman. I explained my situation and asked if it was even possible to get a recliner in time. He was incredibly helpful and took me straight to the living room section. I picked out a couple of options, and thankfully, the one I wanted was in stock at their warehouse in Dayton. I ordered it on Tuesday and scheduled delivery for Friday. Fast forward to today (Friday)--my recliner arrived right on time and in perfect condition! The delivery guys were amazing--super fast (in and out in 15 minutes) and very friendly. This whole experience was incredible, especially after the stress of my Value City ordeal. I'm so thankful for the quick turnaround and great service. Spent about 15k at this Ashley furniture in Florence. It took serval weeks for items to arrive as expected, however everything that was delivered was either the wrong item (dining table) or broken (office desk, couches, dining chairs). I had recently completed construction on a new home in the northern Kentucky area and delivery drivers did extensive damage to the home including ripping up the grass in the front yard, driving a large delivery truck on freshly poured concrete, chipping paint, scratching walls, damaging flooring. The delivery people did not have a drill upon arrival and were not able to assemble the furniture (despite my having paid for this service). The delivery people left trash throughout the home and did not inform me when they were leaving, I picked up the trash. I contacted Ashley and was not offered any form of credit for this delivery experience that caused extensive damage to a newly built home. They did advise me to file a damage claim, which I did, but never heard back on any form of payment I could recover. I had some remaining items in the order which I cancelled due to the issues above, with a credit of $6400 promised within 5 business days. I have not received any credit and now no one has answered the phone at Ashley, or responded to my several voicemails and emails left over the last few days. I now have a broken office desk, a dining table without legs, and a damaged new build home. Suggestions for Ashley: (1) return my $6400 to me PROMPTLY (2) come get this broken furniture, get it out of my house (3) fire the movers who don't show up with proper tools to assemble furniture and cause destruction to homes (4) credit me for what I paid for delivery and assembly (no one wants to pay hundreds of dollars to have their house destroyed, covered in trash, and have to assemble furniture themselves) (5) issue some form of credit for inconveniences caused, I waited here all day the day of delivery AND the following day for someone to show up with a drill. Highly recommend against ever ordering from this store. They will destroy your home, take your money, ignore you when trying to reach a resolution, and leave trash and broken furniture throughout your home. Any other option is better. MANAGEMENT- give me my money back ASAP. read more

She did not pressure me and took her time with me. She set everything up and the say of the delivery, the only thing was that originally the bed was suppose to arrive between 10 and 1. It actually did not arrival until around 4:00. We did get continuous updates, but I had to sit here all day. Overall I would definitely shop at Ashley's again. read more

Did not expect to find my sectional here and was thrilled with my choice. My salesman Cole, was nice enough but was overly concerned with his next sale. At delivery, the crew at first said nothing would fit down to the basement - I am aware of its tight fit but measured everything to make sure. They did eventually take all pieces down but one. I had to exchange that piece a chaise with a smaller end unit. I was told by Cole it would be in in two weeks. Seven weeks later with no communication from Cole, I stopped in the store and Wayned told me what date it woukd be in. That date came and went with no word from Cole. I called and spoke to Mike and he immediately scheduled the delivery for that week. I asked him about the credit I should receive and he said he woukd check on it. We were told our furniture would be delivered within 1 week of when we bought it but it turned out it was more like 6 weeks. We have had several attempts of them trying to deliver our couches - they have attempted to deliver the wrong color twice and then attempted to deliver broken couches. We purchased these couches in November 2022 and it is February and we STILL don't have our couches. Even worse is when there are issues with your order - you can't get ahold of an actual person to fix it. I am very upset with the service I have received from this company. I went into the store on June 5 to buy a couch for my new apartment. The couch was in two pieces and I was told that the first part of it would be delivered the following week and the the second part would be delivered in the middle of July. When the first part was delivered it was in the wrong color. It took them another two weeks to deliver the right color. Now the delivery for my second part has been pushed back twice and is quoted to be in the beginning of August, over two months from the date in which I paid for my couch. Not to mention that I have never been notified of any of these delivery date changes. I have to call customer service and wait on hold (for sometimes two hours) to get updated delivery dates. The customer service representative said that my salesperson should be updating me on any changes, yet I have never once heard from her. Basically they charged me for a product that I have yet to see and have no clue when it will actually come. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. Let's discuss the treatment my family has received from the "customer service" at this location and on the phone. We purchased my sons bedroom furniture and spent easily $5,000 that day. We were moving into a new home that wasn't ready but allowed them to set up his bedroom. 2 months later we were able to move in. He slept in the bed the first night then the next night while climbing into bed he hit his knee on the baseboard and a huge piece broke off. We contacted customer service immediately after via email to a girl named Anna with pictures for reference. She never responded so we called. We were told the replacement would be $75 plus a $100 an hour fee. For a bed that broke on the 2nd night of use, absolutely not. The supervisor of customer service named Lindsey never called us back so I called the store and spoke with Curtis, a manager there. He also states that they do not back product if something happens in your home. We have referred people here and all together between this purchase and a few others made by our family have spent around $15,000 this year alone. We will NEVER buy or go to this store again. DO NOT SHOP HERE! let me give you a few tips: 1) if you're looking for a specific item just go somewhere else. 2) if you are looking to be respected just go somewhere else. 3) there are literally two or three other furniture stores right beside it I highly suggest going to those. My husband and I are a young couple and I understand that most people will assume that we aren't looking for expensive furniture. We were simply looking for a couch to move into our townhome. We went into Ashley furniture and as soon as we walk in all of the sales people are sitting in the furniture in the front with their feet propped up and playing on their phones. We get a couple of glances and then they look away. Finally some lady gets up rolls her eyes and makes an annoyed sound. We tell her we are looking for a comfortable couch she just kind of shrugs says OK and leads us towards the back. We are looking at a couple of couches going back-and-forth considering our options she kind of stands there and stares at us with her arms crossed and then we find one that we actually like. On the same area there's a love seat and a recliner, but we only want a couch. So we ask her for the price of the couch, she says the whole set is $$$. My husband says that's OK we just want the couch. She looks at him and says well the recliner and the couch is $$. We then reiterate we are only looking for a couch. I understand when you are a sales person you are trying to make a sale, but when someone is only wanting a specific item and they continuously tell you that they only want that item just give them what they're asking for. Because the next thing she says after I tell her we don't want the recliner, she looks me dead in the eye and says "is your living room seriously that small?" I'm writing this as I sit here on hold. Funny how when they want to contact you they're fine, but as soon as you want to get some answers from them, they don't bother to answer the phone. First off, my sales person was good. He did everything he was supposed to. The problem is, the service and delivery. I bought a sectional and a bed and mattress for my son. Made it VERY clear we needed this items very soon. Was told everything was fine and we should have it in a couple months. Cool. Sectional comes and everything is fine there. No issue. Then we wait a couple months for the bed. They will send you emails over and over claiming there's a change in your order, but literally NOTHING changes. I think what's happening is every time the delivery date gets pushed back in the system, it sends the customer an email even though the email just says "on order." So that's exceptionally annoying to keep getting emails that tell you over and over "hey we still don't have your item." This is a CHILD'S BED. My son hasn't had a bed this entire time. I understand that stuff changed during covid so I call and see what can be done since I can't keep waiting on a bed. They say we can either cancel the order or exchange for a bed that is in stock. I get there this past weekend and they check the delivery date for the bed since when I called they said it should be here in November if I wanted to wait. Turns out it got pushed back another YEAR which was obviously unacceptable. So we went and looked for a replacement. Didn't find one we liked with Ashley so we went to the connected store, Morris (same company), and we picked one out. They said it could come in a few days and we scheduled the delivery time. Then the lady goes, "Okay you owe $140." And I'm like "How?? The replacement we chose is $200 less than the bed we previously had. You should be refunding ME." and she starts to argue that it's the delivery charge. I say "I paid the delivery charge for the other bed to be delivered. That should be used to cover the charge for this bed." Again she argued and told me that I only paid deliver for the sectional. Which makes ZERO sense since I bought them all together and paid upfront for everything and didn't have to make a second payment for delivery when the sectional came. I told her this, she gets upset and tells me "that's what's on the computer" and I tell her "you're doing something wrong." Some guy walks buy who I'm guessing is the manager and she waves him over and tells him what's going on. He EASILY puts it into the computer and tells her "they get $170 back to their card." Suddenly her demeanor changes when she realized she was wrong (simple math could have told her that) and she was so timid and apologetic after that. Told us we could expect our delivery Thursday. It's Wednesday. I get multiple emails saying my delivery was tomorrow and then another giving me a time frame. Almost immediately after getting the time frame email and after I confirmed it with my husband and son, I get a call (I missed it) and they left a message saying to call them back because the delivery date is full and I need to reschedule. So I give them a call. The person on the phone ASSURED me that they don't know why I was left message saying that my delivery was rescheduled because it's showing that it's still for tomorrow for them. Their computer systems are absolutely incapable of doing anything they need them to do. Apparently it overbooks appointments and won't even show the proper delivery date to the employees. I get off the phone pretty happy. Conveniently just right before the customer service center closes, I get an email saying my items will be here Friday during a time I now how to reschedule things around because not only did they not allow me to pick the new date like was told to me before, because they told me it never changed, but now my son's bed is pushed back again. I should have checked the reviews. DO NOT SHOP HERE. It is absolutely more trouble than it is worth to be paying all that much money and they don't even have working systems. I have bought two sectionals from Ashley. While I knew it is not the top of the line furniture, I did expect it to last more than a year. Wrong. It was delivered with a tear in the upholstery and then the fabric started piling within 2 weeks. But the worst part is the back of the couch had a broken piece of wood in the structure so now I can't use the sectional at all. I will never buy from Ashley again. read more

Me and my wife brought a love seat and couch leather recliners they did not tell us about their delivery service and how it worked they delivered on time but left everything in the boxes. I called them and they said that if I put it together they would send 100.00 check back to me. Well that was a week before Thanksgiving and this March the17th and I have not heard anything back from them. My husband and I fell in love with our bedroom set and decided to get it, despite our rep being absolutely clueless the whole time. They scheduled delivery for the end of NOVEMBER, when it could have been delivered at the ens of September. So we rescheduled for end of September. Delivery was fine, but within 24 hours one of the bed slats has split with only me sitting on it and I'm 115 pounds. Then a few minutes later, another split. Also, I told multiple people multiple times that I wanted the mattress delivered on the same day as the bed frame. What do they do? Schedule everything for different days despite my request being in the notes. Thank goodness I was able to fix it online. Also, once the bed slat broke, I couldn't get ahold of anyone on the phone. In store, we had a great experience! We found exactly what we wanted at a great price The problems started at delivery. The couch was delivered with one section slightly broken. You could sit on it, but the damage was visible. It was the middle of the holidays and we needed something for our family to sit on. We were told by the delivery company that we could accept on a conditional basis only, with the condition being they'd fix the broken section. Pictures and notes were done. Fast forward nearly two months and several calls/voicemails, nothing has been done. I have been in sales and customer service for more than 20 years and honestly I am curious how they are still in business! Terrible. I have shopped here for a long time and have purchased a lot of furniture from them. The place has gone downhill signifantly the last couple years. Their sales approach is very shady and they play the game of trying to get as much out of you as they can before offering "specials". The delivery experience I just had was a complete mess. The driver showed up at my door, sat in my driveway for 5 minutes then left. I immediately called and they said they were knocking on the door for 20 minutes and no one answered but they would come back. 1 hour later they showed back up and said they had a stomach ache and had to leave. Then the driver proceeds to tell me, he was told to bring my furniture without the hardware to assemble it. So after all of this I still don't have my furniture.... but no worries! They will be able to attempt delivery again, in just 15 days! read more

I bought a sectional sofa and was encouraged to pay for the protection insurance plan during the purchasing process, which I did. They really work hard in selling this during the buy, HOWEVER, they are very vague in the delivery service. Having bought the sofa, I was told the delivery service is free. The day of the delivery, the sofas were placed on my front lawn. I wondered why they would not bring it in the home. "Oh ma,am, you did not buy the WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY SERVICE." This is extra for $199, we will then bring it in the house for you. I immediately contacted Customer Service and was told it was on my invoice. It was not. No description of different types of delivery service anywhere on my invoice. They further stated it was on their website. No, it is not when I viewed delivery and searched for White Glove Delivery. Then Customer Service stated that they can get the delivery men back out to bring the sectional sofas inside....4 days later. Expect me to have my sofas sitting on my front lawn when it is going to rain? They finally offered a $200 credit voucher to be mailed to me for the misinformation. And going back to the delivery boys....they only delivered two sections of my sectional. During the phone call with the Customer Service agent, they returned with the third piece....on my lawn. My daughter and I had to use dollies to lift and haul the three pieces to my garage for protection. I then called Two Men and a Truck and hired them to come over to place these three pieces in my home. Thank God, another company is coming to the rescue. read more

Saturday we had a pleasant experience with our sales agent Wayne as he was very enjoyable, professional and knowledgeable. We ended up placing a large order with Wayne. He clearly explained that the first sectional that we selected would not be arriving until the end of August which was fine with us. The second group of furniture was only ordered because unlike the first sectional, it was already shipped and could be delivered by the following week. This was the condition of the agreement of purchase with Wayne as he confirmed the date by writing it on our invoice. He clearly knew that we were not interested in the second order if it had a distant availability. Monday we received an email from Ashley furniture delivery stating that this second order was not available and they did not have an expected date of arrival. I wasn't upset at all with this notification, things happen. I just wanted confirmation of this before we secured other furniture. I then tried to call the store to quickly confirm the situation. I tried calling both listed numbers and all the available extensions throughout the day without one person picking up the line which I thought was strange and so with no luck toward the end of the day, I had to make an avoidable trip all the way down to the store for something that could clearly be handled by phone. As I walked in, there were two sales agents just standing there looking bored as I didn't see any customers in the store and multiple people in the back office area. I first asked one of the sales agent why they are not picking up the phone at any given time of the day and he said it's because they are understaffed which was confusing being that there were multiple employees in the store just standing around and the kicker was I had my iphone in hand still listening to their hold music. I then proceeded to get clarification on the email that I had received stating the furniture was no longer available this week. A sales agent checked the computer system and confirmed that the email was consistent with her records. With this confirmation that our Saturday agreement was not possible, we proceeded to cancel the order with the general manager who communicated the order was officially canceled and that he would work on calling the accounting department to process our refund and would then email me the following day. I proceeded to make other furniture arrangements as it was now clear this order was not available and canceled. Tuesday came and went with no call or email from the general manager. However, we received a new email from Ashley furniture delivery stating that the furniture is now arriving Saturday. And so again, I called the store to get clarification on this new email as we were told Monday that it wasn't available and that the order was canceled and we now have other furniture arrangements. Again, I call both store numbers and try all the different extensions and there is no pick-up throughout the day. At this point, I'm getting really uncomfortable with how this store runs as I make another avoidable trip to the store Wednesday morning to clear up this new email. I work with a sales agent and a manager who tell me the furniture is canceled in the system. I asked for an updated invoice showing this and I am told that they cannot do this. Because the delivery department is now emailing me stating that the furniture is in and that they are coming to my home Saturday, would he mind calling them with me in the store to clear this up so we can make sure that everyone is on the same page. He said that he could not do this either and proceeded to stumble with bizarre excuses such as he did not have a number for them. So he couldn't print me anything showing the order was canceled and he can't call the store's delivery department, really? So I was placed in this super awkward position to ask him to show me on his computer screen that the order was canceled so I could take a screenshot as my receipt. He then picked up what looked like a personal cell phone and dialed someone that he said was a regional sales rep and acted like he was confirming that the order was canceled and the delivery department was on the same page and when I asked to speak to the person, the phone line disconnected. It could have been a regional sales rep, it just didn't sound professional at all. The communications with this store manager were very unprofessional, odd and uncomfortable combined with the inability to call the store with a quick question and multiple miscommunications between the store and the delivery department emails, made it very clear that this is an organization that we do not want to do business with and so we canceled the August order as well to avoid further involvement which is really unfortunate because our sales agent was the best ever and I was looking forward to working with him in the future- read more

I have had the worst experience with this store and this company. We ordered furniture in the 23rd of November with a delivery date of 08dec18. I received the email stating my furniture would be delivered on that day as well. I got a phone call the day before saying only one of the pieces I ordered would be delivered and we set up a delivery date for the 2nd piece for 21dec18. The 8th came and went with no delivery at all ! I called the store at the end of my delivery window and no one could seem to help all day long ! I called 4 times. And no one even apologized ! I had gotten rid of my furniture the night before and was hosting a holiday gathering with patio furniture since my new furniture did not show up. Finally at the end of the day someone called me back and said the computer had miscalculated inventory. The fellow I talked to told me that they absolutely would be taking the delivery charge off of my bill. I was promised free delivery when I ordered my furniture. I am so unhappy at this point but agree to reschedule my delivery date for 19dec18 for the sofa and keep my delivery date for the 2nd piece on the 21st. We sit on patio furniture for 10 days. My husband takes a half day on the 19dec18 to accommodate the delivery window we are given. Hurray ! I get an email that says both pieces are in and will be delivered ! Amazing ! I am tracking the delivery and it gets to our home BEFORE the delivery window and I have to have a neighbor break into my house, because who knows when this furniture would ever actually show up again. Guess what ? They only have one piece of furniture. Ok. Fine. The order says it was the love seat that was delivered but it was actually the sofa. I am now worried that I will get another sofa on the 21dec18 delivery. I did not however receive an email telling me my delivery window for the 21st so I call the store on the 20th. They have no record as to the delivery for the 21st but the item is in their warehouse and they have no idea why it wasn't delivered with the sofa. Schedule me a delivery for the 23dec18. Yay ! Maybe now I can get my Christmas tree up because I will be able to arrange my furniture. Loveseat is out for delivery ! Delivery drivers knock on door. Announce their arrival and say they will be back with the loveseat from the truck. They hop in and hop out and consult each other before coming back to the door. The sofa is ripped across the front and advise us not to accept delivery. This was several hours ago. I have reached out to the GM of the store via email (because I am at work) and the corporate office with no response so far. Save yourselves! Bad customer service, third party delivery is negligent and therefore so are they for doing business with truck deliveries that have no lifts or ramps on them causing broken furniture, delayed service delivery, and multiple waste of your precious personal time entering the store. They have a bad mattress return policy using Covid as excuse even though the mattress was multiply wrapped inside of a box and never been opened within the two week timeframe window to change your mind. Oh wait that's only if you purchased a pillow and took it with you the same day make sure you read the fine print that was conveniently not part of the two week parameter. Their rules change as they want them to. Do not let them leave the broken furniture in your home! make them remove it immediately bc they will bill you, then say you have an in-store credit when you no longer want to do business with them. Waited over an hour to speak to a person in customer care only to be told I had to go into the store to make any changes. Was told furniture would be picked up on September 9 then called back on September 7 holiday to be told they would not pick up so that they could bill it to my credit card then pick it up when they had the replacement even though I no longer wanted the product from them. They picked up the broken couch on October 3rd! I have entered the store and canceled entire order with the general manager Curtis Fairbanks and his assistant manager Ryan Mc. They now we're trying to deliver a dresser to me on November 7 what makes anyone think after you order something on July 5 that you would still want something from them on November 7? Why would they choose to ignore that I canceled that order on September 4 in the store with Curtis Fairbanks. They are liars, cheats, and bullies. They will not give you invoices or receipts upon delivery or have you sign for deliveries so that they can play the smoking weird game with their credit card company synchrony bank out of Orlando Florida. I have formally made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and have a meeting with my lawyer tomorrow. read more

If you are looking for a good place to shop for furniture, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Customer service is a joke... ( they are rude and not helpful) . My salesman, Morgan said he would contact me about delivery and never did. I had to call and make my own delivery date, took a day off work to wait for them, which they never showed up. Was pushed back another week. When I tried to call and get it fixed or have my husband go pick it up I was told I had to wait. Don't waste your time or money. Nothing arrives on time, I'm being told that my furniture will be delivered a month later than my 60 day time frame said, and I have little hope that it won't be pushed back further. Staff is beyond rude, I've been walked away from and had eyes rolled at me, and completely ignored when small pieces of pick up furniture weredelayed without my knowledge. Their communication skills are terrible as I always have to call for my own updates. The worst part? I've already filled out a survey about my experience and no one has reached out. Absolutely the worst experience with a business I've ever had. My fiancé and I just spent thousands of dollars on a new bedroom set back in August of 2021. We were lied to multiple times by our salesman about when we should receive our order, going into the store multiple times a month to receive information because they will not answer the phone! They are quick to take your money but not give you the product. Fast forward to February, we received 1 piece of our set. The rest wouldn't be in until June. June comes and the parts are defected and cannot be put together. We paid extra for delivery and setup and this now makes the 3rd time of them coming to our home and the 3rd time I am taking off work for them to deliver. We are now putting back together our old bet set so we have somewhere to sleep. We will absolutely not be back and we are warning our new homeowner friends to not go here! I've never written a negative review before but the level of incompetence of your services was spectacular. I bought a sleeper sofa and ottoman in November. The delivery date was 18/dec and made sure they knew I needed it before Christmas. I confirmed the delivery date and window (noon-4:30 pm) multiple times by phone and email. They were a no-show. I called customer service at 5:30 and they said they moved me to to the 5pm to 9pm delivery. Called them back before the shift ended and said they should arrive at 10:40 pm. I get an automated message at 11pm that says they are 30 minutes away then the tracking link shows they skipped my house and by midnight is "unavailable". I waited for them for 12hr on a weekday and not one phone call from them to tell me they cant make it. I call customer services the next day and was reschedule to the 22/dec. Again no word from them so I call customer service again and they say that the person who rescheduled me was new and didn't know that they don't deliver to my area on that date and the next date available is 3\Jan. Now, I was assured by the customer services lady that it is not a guarantee that I get the couch on this date or any date really. And this could go on indefinitely, but good news is if I finally give up they wont keep both the couch and the money! Yay?! Basically you have to chase them down to know whats happening with your furniture because they wont call if they're not gonna show up. You have no contact with the delivery services just customer services. read more

I had a poor experience with Ashley Furniture several years ago but I wanted to give them another shot. They had a bedroom set that I wanted for my son. My experience in the showroom was meh but my experience with the delivery guys was incredibly disappointing. After waiting an hour past the scheduled time they arrived at the end of my driveway. They sat in truck making phones. It became clear to me that they had no intentions of delivering my furniture however they just continued to sit in the truck. I finally went to them to hear their excuses. My driveway was too long and curvy and it was raining so they said they were leaving. They have rescheduled but I am not sure the next time will be different especially if Mother Nature doesn't cooperate and give them the perfect sunny and 70 degree weather. read more

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A JOKE, THE TECHS ARE A JOKE, ASHLEY FURNITURE IS A SHITTY PLACE TO BUY FROM. We spent almost $3,000 on our 6 piece recliner couch, it's beautiful and the one we really wanted until we started noticing problems. The left arm recliner back board was off on one side, no problem. After waiting on the line with customer service for an hour and a half they had a tech call me and it was fixed within a few weeks. Our right arm recliner, what a freaking nightmare this is.... the arm wiggles, the recliner leans to the right after contacting customer service and being on the line for over an hour and a half, within a few weeks a tech was sent and told us the mechanism was broke (no fault to us again) so he ordered the part and after a month it was delivered to my house so then I called and waited on the phone for customer service and then 3 weeks later a different tech was sent out. Now this guy looked at the right arm recliner and said it is NOT the mechanism that it was the frame itself broke! So this guy wanted to CREATE something for our almost $3,000 couch to fix it and we waited and after 2 weeks never heard from anyone so I called again to let them know that we still have a broken recliner and on top of that sitting in my armless recliner, the back board on the left side came un tacked. So the customer service lady told me she put the order in again and that the tech would be at my house for about 1.5 hours, sure as long as it gets fixed.. well today was the day and the tech was here for 40 minutes. He put 3 spacers in on the right arm recliner, 1 board was completely snapped in half so he put a metal bracket to hold it together. The tech did not touch the support board on the armless recliner nor did he switch the wires on the right arm recliner that is ass backwards. I went to Ashley's store where I met with the district manager and all he could do was send out an email for someone to call me. What a freaking joke! He couldn't even offer me a couch exchange or a store credit. I hope you all read the reviews on this store before buying anything because if I would have I NEVER would have went here! you have a better chance of buying from walmart! read more

I have had the absolute worst experience regarding my furniture delivery from Ashley. My delivery has been delayed 3 times and I am still yet to receive the items I was promised over 2 months ago. The first time it was delayed I was at least notified a few days in advance that my delivery was delayed 2 more weeks. (Also, when they called to say it was delayed, they tried to make me pay an extra fee for a weekend delivery charge even though I initially had a weekend delivery scheduled. Luckily, I went into the store to ask why I would be charged extra for a delay, and was told I wouldn't be.) When the second delivery day came, I got a call in the middle of the delivery window stating that one piece of furniture was damaged and therefore my entire delivery was cancelled. I asked them to just deliver what wasn't damaged and they said they couldn't because the truck had already departed the warehouse. So I rescheduled everything for a few days later and was promised a waived delivery fee. I even called back later that day to confirm that everything was set for delivery the following week. Sure enough, 3 of the 4 pieces were not scheduled, but I was told they would be added. I just called the store again to confirm tomorrow's delivery because I did not trust that everything was set. To no one's surprise, only my couch is scheduled for tomorrow and everything else apparently never got rescheduled after it didn't make the last delivery. I'm losing my mind and all I want is the furniture I paid for months ago! I have cancelled weekend trips and taken time off work to be home for delivery multiple times only to sit at home with no furniture. Everyone I've spoken to has been seemingly accommodating over the phone, until I later find out that half of my furniture was left off the order. Truthfully, I have very little hope that my couch will come tomorrow and am even more skeptical I will ever get the rest. I've been sleeping on the floor and living out of suitcases for 2 months now and considering cancelling my entire order and buying somewhere else. The whole situation is so ridiculous that it's almost comical.
