My parents brought me here because they have a good assortment of University of Kentucky Wildcats merchandise. I just HAD to bring some paper plates, napkins, some sturdy plastic cups and a warm, fuzzy throw - all with the UK logo. They also had a small selection of Dallas Cowboys logo merchandise so I stocked up on some of those items too. A few other sports teams' merchandise is also available - OSU, Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. Prices were very good. This store is very large and has a bit of a "well-organized garage sale" feel to it. If I lived near one of these, I imagine this would be fun for an hour or so of roaming the aisles to see what unexpected bargains I could find.

After purchasing a new home, my fiancee and I needed some large pieces of furniture and were…read morereferred to Furniture Row for their interest-free payment plan and selection. After spending over $5k on several sets of furniture with them, about half of the furniture was delivered damaged and the store's response was literally "well, not EVERYTHING was damaged." They gave us a $150 credit (pennies next to what we had spent!) for the store. When I went to the store to use the credit, it took 2 hours to pick up some small items which I chose in 15 minutes, b/c there was only 1 salesperson on the floor trying to serve multiple customers. I think the store is under-staffed, cheap and not well managed. I would recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere, even if you have to pay a bit more. It's not worth the hassle we experienced here.

Hi, to whom it may concern. I purchased a bedroom set from Cincinnati Overstock Florence Ky, from…read moreDonna (salesperson), she helped me tremendously. Fast forward to the delivery date (they were on time as stated). I saw the truck pull up on camera, so I came and opened the door. One of the drivers said, "oh I thought you was a boy, and I was wondering why you haven't shoveled your mama's driveway". Fast forward to me opening the bedframe only to discover I did not receive all the hardware needed to assembly the bed frame. I call Cincinnati Overstock Florence Ky and the person answering the phone stated that I need to send an email and she would provide me with that email. I emailed the warranty dept and received a prompt email back from Patrick and he stated that "I needed to take pictures, circles the screws that I did not receive and send a serial number for the bed". I ask him if he could call me, and he stated that "he is not allowed" and my thoughts "What kind of customer service is that" Patrick is definitely not a people person. I won't be sending anyone there. It's bad enough that I knowingly made a purchase of over $1500 with no refund. I did not know that that came with no verbal conversation either. I went to that hardware store with my drawing/ paperwork for the bed and the gentleman there helped me pick out the screws that I needed. I Tried calling Donna the salesperson who helped me form the beginning to share with her what happened, but to no avail. I then went back to the store on their next day they were open, and I met Ciera (salesclerk) and Ben (I'm thinking Maintenace). I asked Ciera if she would not mind if I looked at the bedframe to see what the exact screws look like, and she obliged. Ben walked over and I stated to him what happened, and he was kind enough to go the back stock room and give me the screws I needed. Thank you, Ciera and Ben, for being so NICE AND UNDERSTANDING. Needless to say, I returned the screws I purchased back to the hardware. At best for the weeklong drama that I had to go through; I should receive a partial refund for the mental anguish and having to sleep on an air mattress because I had no bed to sleep on.

The staff was not pushy at all and were all very welcoming. We came back after falling in love with a sectional, but didn't love the color of the one on display. Tyler, the manager, helped us order it in the color we wanted and was willing to answer any of our questions. We felt the selection was great, and the prices were even greater. We got our sectional for half the factory price. While we hadn't anticipated waiting weeks or months for it to arrive, we're hoping it will be worth the wait when it does get delivered. Unfortunately, the pandemic really put a damper on the furniture industry and delivery times, so it's across the board and not just Overstock with long wait times at the moment.

This company sells modern furniture for kitchen, office, bedroom and outdoor spaces. The warehouse sale contains overstocks, customer returns, etc. and the prices are up to 80% off. There's 2 cashiers when I was there, and it was not crowded at all. The wait is not that long. The workers seemed to try to keep the place organized and need, even marked with appropriate prices. I assume that the sales people here work on commission. You can never get rid of the sales people! They just follow you around, even when you tell them that you don't need help. 2. When you are ready to check out, the process takes a long time. Their computer systems are outdated and you have to make multiple stops and several desks to complete your purchase. 3. If you are getting delivery, you only get to choose the day, not the time of day for it to be delivered. They call you with a 2 hour window for the arrival the day before, but if you have a life, these conditions are hard to plan around. But I still go here for the reasonably priced, quality furniture and am not deterred by the issues above.
