My wife and I had an amazing Experience at Sleep Outfitters with Brad and John at their Eastgate store. They helped us select the proper mattress for our unique sleep styles. One of the coolest things was how Brad and John helped us do a quick 3-minute evaluation on their Bed Match machine. The Bed Match machine uses science to help select the best mattress for their guests; it senses pressure and determines were we need more or less support. We highly recommend shopping at Sleep Outfitters and using the Bed Match machine, it completely took the guesswork out of the selection process for us. We ultimately selected one of their Kings Down Hybrid mattresses along with an amazing adjustable base (that even had a massage function built in). We took advantage of their easy 5-year 0% interest financing, and they even threw in a few free gifts! Thank you to the team at the Eastgate Sleep Outfitters store for making the process of buying our new mattress easy and affordable, all at a great value. read more

Erin Camp from Eastgate was so helpful to my needs that I am rating her 5 stars. Erin YOU ROCK! I also appreciate that getting a new matress is definitely a plus since its still under warranty. Who knew? read more

Very knowledgeable but cocky salesperson. He had an easel with competitor ads and had a wall of competitor salesperson business cards who he claimed he beat their best deal. They had a sale that was going on. Wasn't willing to negotiate on price. He kept talking about how he shopped his competition and knew his prices were best. Told me I should have bought the Groupon or Living Social deal that was out a few weeks ago. Surprising that if the Groupon was $50 for $200 off of any deal that he wouldn't try to close the sale by lowering his price by $75 or $100. We walked out and bought the same mattress for $100 less at Mattress Firm. We had left to shop a competitor and decided to give him one last chance to improve his price. He knew the competition's prices, but didn't know they would deal to close the sale. We didn't mention that; deciding to give the business to the better salesperson. He had the audacity to say that we would be back when the next Groupon came out in 9 months. For a commissioned salesperson he has a lot to learn. We had mentioned a future purchase; definitely won't be going there. read more

I can't believe the service that I received from Robin and Craig at Sleep Comfort. I was determined that I was going to walk out of the store with a new mattress and get a good night's sleep, but didn't want all the bells and whistles because I've been down that road before and didn't like anything I have purchased in the past. When I explained all this to Robin she ask me to please try the Hybrid. I gave it a try and decided to buy it because with Sleep Outfitters you can purchase a 4 month guaranteed and for a very reasonable price and return it if you don't like it, so I had nothing to lose. So far I love it. Thank you so much Robin and Craig for the wonderful customer service. You guys rock. read more

Craig did an excellent job explaining the mattresses and features. I pretty much thought a mattress was a mattress, you either like soft or hard. I was there with someone purchasing a new mattress and considering a base that raises and lowers. Craig explained how each feature worked and what benefit it provided. Delivery was needed in a fairly short time frame and he made sure that the schedule was accommodated. I would certainly recommend this store and Craig and Robin the sales staff. read more

These guys made it so easy! I don't want to spend $1000 and get a bunch of financing options. We just needed what we needed and they made it happen. We got a great bed for a great price and they put it in the pick up truck for us. The company was originally out of West Virginia. I was born in WV so no surprise that the friendly people in Eastgate took great care of us. It's a nice show room with a lot of different models to test. Even smells good in there. If they don't have it, they have a twin sample selection in the back corner of the store. They can lay a "sample" on a box spring back there and order the size you need. Sleep Outfitters is a no-nonsense mattress store. I love this place. We will be back! read more

My wife and I are in out 70's, which means we have lots of experience making purchases like mattresses. Our experience began with a warm, friendly greeting by the store manager. The store was clean and neat and employees and customers were wearing masks to guard against COVID-19. We knew exactly what we wanted. The manager didn't try to up-sell us, but went right to work writing us up. She asked if either of us were military, which I was, and applied the 10% discount on top of the sale price. We saved an additional $145.00. The delivery men were uniformed and on time. They slip on shoe covers and didn't waste time removing the old mattress, unwrapping and placing the new on our bed frame. This is the best and most professional service we have ever received. Thank you to all who made our visit and the delivery of our mattress a very pleasant experience. read more

My husband and I recently frequented the Eastgate Sleep Outfitters location and dealt with Craig Hutchins, Store Manager. We made 2 visits, once to check out mattress set options and the second trip to purchase the Tempur-Pedic set that he recommended. We rseally appreciate that there were no high-pressure sales attempts. Mr. Hutchins was very informative, knowledgeable and patient. Excellent customer service and high quality products to choose from. We are extremely happy with the Tempur-Pedic mattress set that we purchased, along with the Breeze Dual Cooling pillows. I will be back to also get one of their ergonomic pillows designed for those of us who sleep both on our back and sides throughout the night. At any rate, I highly recommend this location and doing transactions with Craig Hutchins as he was very personable and attentive to our needs. read more

Awesome service. Craig is your go to salesman. He spends time understanding what you want and then lays out your options at every single price point and will make sure you try all these options. There is no snobbery and pressure and they don't try to rush you into making a decision. They neither try to oversell the expensive product nor undersell the less expensive ones. We came out buying the Tempurpedic Mattress( $3500 approx), as that made lot of sense cuz of my husband's back issues. However we were given options within the memory foam family that were less expensive like Sealy and Stearn & Foster. Craig gave us a good labour day deal on our mattress. I thoroughly enjoyed my mattress shopping experience here and suggest you visit this place if u are in need of a new mattress. read more

The people at this location were extremely courteous. Erin Camp was the sales person I dealt with. She was knowledgeable, Covid safe, funny, and non-salesy. She listened well and was able to find suitable choices to suit our sleeping habit needs. She had a form on a clipboard which allowed her to find out what our exact needs are but she asked them in such a way that I forgot she even had a clipboard. We ended up buying a mattress, and if I ever have any other sleep needs again, I will be sure to go see these people, and especially Erin Camp. read more

My elderly father's antique four-poster bed collapsed this morning when he got out of it, we were lucky he didn't go down with the ship! I got online from my home in Minnesota looking for mattress stores near him in Ohio, and followed positive recommendations to Sleep Outfitters Eastgate. When I called, Craig helped me find just what we needed, an adjustable bed that will vastly improve Dad's nights. Sleep Outfitters had a great selection, and Craig was so familiar with his inventory that we found the right combination of mattress and power base quickly. And the mattress was on sale! I can really recommend Craig and Sleep Outfitters Eastgate. read more

Craig H. was so helpful and made it so easy. I was in and out in 10 minutes with an incredible mattress being delivered Saturday for free. I went to mattress firm down the street right before and didn't see an employee the whole 25 minutes I was in the store... Sleep Outfitters was the opposite and the best! read more

Was badly in need of a new mattress. I found a decent selection and the employees were pretty helpful. I almost bought here. Decided to shop around, and ultimately found a better deal elsewhere. read more

Both the sales manager and owner were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very impressive customer service!

We needed to replace our mattress due to a manufactures defect. Craig was extremely helpful. We were able to try out a variety of different mattress options without any pressure to buy. He was very knowledgable about the different mattress brands as well as the differences between the models we were trying. After spending about an hour in the store, and trying almost every mattress we finally decided on one. We purchased our mattress and Craig let us know that it could be delivered 2 days later. Great customer service and fast delivery! read more

This was our third place to look at mattresses and after getting schmoozy salespeople at other places that didn't even know their own products, we were very happy to find Beth here. She knew her stuff and has worked for the company for 11 years. She wasn't pushy, and gave us several options based on what we were looking for - not by higher commissions. Highly recommend this place, and specifically, Beth! read more

Craig explained the difference between the types of mattresses and was very helpful in helping us decide on which mattress to purchase. I will definitely go back to him when I need a new mattress. Thanks Craig! read more

Craig, the store manager, was a real stand up guy. He was not only knowledgeable, but also personable. I had done a little research before coming in and had brought the current ad with me. I came in knowing which one I was looking for and he lead me right to it. He did show me several other sets, just to make sure there wasn't something else that I prefered. I decided to go with a different one than I originally planned because of all the information he gave me on the other sets I looked at. There were not a bunch of hidden fees, like I have seen other places, and it came with free delivery and a cheap haul away. ($20) He set up a delivery date that was convenient with me and made notes for the delivery to make sure that it was convenient for me. He was not pushy about anything and was very casual and understanding. This being my first solo mattress purchase, I believe he made it a fantastic one. I will be back to Mattress Warehouse for future purchases! read more

Mattress Warehouse in Eastgate is the place to go for a mattress. I have bought from there before with great experience and I had recently just purchased my second mattress from there with a gain no issues. Manager Craig Hutchins was very very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with me. Was not pushy and was able to point me to what I wanted/needed in just a couple minutes of talking. Thank you Craig! read more
