My parents brought me here because they have a good assortment of University of Kentucky Wildcats merchandise. I just HAD to bring some paper plates, napkins, some sturdy plastic cups and a warm, fuzzy throw - all with the UK logo. They also had a small selection of Dallas Cowboys logo merchandise so I stocked up on some of those items too. A few other sports teams' merchandise is also available - OSU, Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Bengals. Prices were very good. This store is very large and has a bit of a "well-organized garage sale" feel to it. If I lived near one of these, I imagine this would be fun for an hour or so of roaming the aisles to see what unexpected bargains I could find.

After spending over $5k on several sets of furniture with them, about half of the furniture was delivered damaged and the store's response was literally "well, not EVERYTHING was damaged." They gave us a $150 credit (pennies next to what we had spent!) for the store. When I went to the store to use the credit, it took 2 hours to pick up some small items which I chose in 15 minutes, b/c there was only 1 salesperson on the floor trying to serve multiple customers. I think the store is under-staffed, cheap and not well managed. I would recommend spending your hard-earned money elsewhere, even if you have to pay a bit more. It's not worth the hassle we experienced here.

The staff was not pushy at all and were all very welcoming. We came back after falling in love with a sectional, but didn't love the color of the one on display. Tyler, the manager, helped us order it in the color we wanted and was willing to answer any of our questions. We felt the selection was great, and the prices were even greater. We got our sectional for half the factory price. While we hadn't anticipated waiting weeks or months for it to arrive, we're hoping it will be worth the wait when it does get delivered. Unfortunately, the pandemic really put a damper on the furniture industry and delivery times, so it's across the board and not just Overstock with long wait times at the moment.

On the receipt it says assembly not included so I turned my phone on and recorded her promising me it would be assembled. After reading some other reviews, I doubt they assemble it so I'll bring the recording of her lying to the proper parties. Don't get lied to by these people. Still waiting on my couch, will update.

This company sells modern furniture for kitchen, office, bedroom and outdoor spaces. The warehouse sale contains overstocks, customer returns, etc. and the prices are up to 80% off. Be forewarned, though, the furniture is not inexpensive to begin with, so some sale prices are still way out of my range. We bought two outdoor chairs that are functional and attractive. The employees were helpful and friendly. You must take your purchases with you the day you buy, but it appeared they have some delivery service for larger items.

I figured since we were just walking in they would put their masks on but after 5 minutes and more customers in the store they still did not put on their masks. One of the employees was walking up very close to customers with no mask. The employee checking people out also did not wear a mask when customers went to check out. It's just a sign that this store does not respect their customers. Pure lack of respect.
