Every time I visit this location I am over charged. Cashiers will ring up the same items more than once. This happens to me everytime I visit this location. On July 19th at approximately 2:30 my 14 year old was robbed in the store by an adult she went to an employee for help ( the lady was still in the store) the employee told her there was nothing they can do to go home ( employee did not notify security) there were 3 plain clothes security supposed to be walking the store but were huddled in a group when I was speaking to the store manager I called the police made a report and called corporate to file a Complaint I was told someone would get back to me in 1-2 days 8 days later I called corporate back and was told someone would call me by the end of the day I have yet to hear from target I refrained from going to social media until i was told today they probably won't be contacting me so I am checking out my options and going to social media since target thinks this will go away well it's not!! This store has no type of caring for customers, I went in today to purchase few things. I walked into the store needing a cart and I saw one just right ahead of me. I was approaching it, I was walking in a hurry and the cart was locked inside the store! So I ran into the cart really hard and hurt my shins, 2 target employees standing in front of me greeting or whatever the case is didn't say anything but looked at each other, I wanted to say something but ignores it since I was in a hurry. As soon as I walked away they giggled. And I simply said instead of standing around why don't you remove that cart before somebody else runs into and hurts themselves, but once again they didn't say nothing ...... I will no longer be coming to this Target. Time after time, I am disappointed with my experience shopping here. There have been countless time, including today, that I leave without even making a purchase from frustration. The store is NEVER fully stocked even after coming when it opens??? This morning I took a quick trip to my very local target and walked out because everything I needed was out of stock. They opened at 8am and there was an associate still vacuuming the carpet and so many stocking carts in the middle of the aisles. It's seriously not worth the trip especially when the shelves aren't even stocked to shop at. I was recently in Target on Hawthorne Blvd and the checkout line was all the way down to the vegetable section. I walked toward the checkout and I said "What is this line for, all responded check out! I walked to the front of the store and asked for the Manager. I took awhile but I waited calmly until she came. I said can you open more checkouts look at this line. Jane responded that it was moving now. I said we been waiting and her response to me was "If you don't want to wait you can leave. I said I'm 70years old and risk my life in here and that's how you treat me. These are the type of customer service representative we have in the Inglewood office on Hawthorne. Well, off course everyone got to work and the line started moving. This used to be such a nice target, but overtime it's starting to become a disappointment. I like to get my baby's medicine or anything else I may need for her from target, but that may have to change. Here are some pictures I took today with the empty shelves and missing products. One baby Tylenol left that looks like it's been returned, yuck! And no baby oral gel! If there are no products on the shelves how you going to keep customers? I've never had a problem with any of the employees, everyone is pretty nice. And the Starbucks is one of my favorites. Not to mention today is Saturday when most people do there shopping. Horrible Customer Service and Experience at this Target. Went to Electronics Dept and got no help. I pressed the red button for assistance and the guy was mad because I pressed the button. He then told me he would help me, and 10 minutes passed and went to check on the guy and he was no longer there. So I said screw Target they are not getting my money and proceeded to walk out I saw him taking his lunch. This store has to re-evaluate their management team and workers. read more

This is not my favorite Target location, but it would be if people weren't constantly soliciting directly in front of the store every time I walk in the door. I would think this is private property and that the store is allowing this to happen therefore it is their responsibility to remove these individuals from in front of the entrances. It is a nuisance for customers to encounter this every time they enter the store. I was treated very poorly and rudely by employee Tatiana. I was buying a shirt for my daughter and the location of where the shirts are stated $7 and when she rang it up it was $9 so I told her and she became combative and said no only the plain shirts! I said to Tatiana I will go take a picture to show you, so I come back with the picture and she stated well look it's ringing up $9, I said I understand that but it is not my fault that all those shirts are under the sign that reads $7, now she's upset and states "well I will do it this one time, but if we get written up oh well" I told Tatiana that has nothing to do with me and she very angrily states well I'm just telling you and God Bless you! I was not asking for Tatiana to pay for it out of her pocket or asking for anything for free, I was asking for the price that was on the location of all the shirts so I'm not sure why she became so upset and she did all of this while training a new team member. read more

After an employee insisted the other Target didn't have a product, that I had to buy it here, I needed to return it because it was the incorrect item, so I went to the one down the street. I have been a target customer for years and I used to be satisfied with the service but it seems now the service is horrible especially at this store. The lines are always long and the managers make excuses instead of apologizing and trying to do something to correct the problem. Sometimes lines are long and there is nobody in customer service and that cashier can't take anyone that's in line. Ridiculous! The online store pickup service is a joke! They don't have the staff to accommodate this service. I had to wait in customer service with nobody at the register because someone was outside with a drop off. Then I finally get the item but has to wait in a long line to try it on. Apparently one dressing room was closed because it needed to be cleaned, one they just close I guess to torture the guests. I feel like an unwelcomed guest in this store! Get it together or I'm going to have to find other options. read more

So I'm expecting my first baby this coming January. My baby shower has already passed & Target sent me my 15% registry coupon. I'm now 8 weeks away from my due date. Because I had a few duplicate gifts, I figured it would be easiest to go to the store for returns. At this time I could pick up things that were still needed from my registry, using my 15% discount coupon of course. According to Jennifer, the lead/manager at the time (11/18/19 6-7:00pm) I am unable to add items to my registry, after I've received the coupon. I let her know that it's clearly stated on the website otherwise. I bring up my registry & show the girl ringing me up the exact wording. I have now been sent to the registry/returns counter. Jennifer then states that what's listed directly on the website is incorrect. And adding items after you've received your coupon voids the coupon somehow. I attempt to call the 800 registry help number since I've been standing here for a while with the back & forth, but the stores WiFi won't allow me to. Both associates at the returns/registry counter mention to each other that the registry coupon never works. Finally Jennifer tells the cashier (her name is not listed on the receipt) that she will need to manually apply the 15% discount item by item individually. I have over 20 items. Technically this could have been done at the regular register, without having me move to a new line where I had to wait again. I'm 8 months pregnant. No one has the time or energy for that. Obviously someone is misinformed on registry discounts. It's upsetting to be treated like you're attempting to steal, or fool the system. I just ordered a crib & mattress from the comfort of my home. This is not the kind treatment I drove to Target for. I'm very disappointed that an apology was never given. Basically I got a, here's your discount get out of our faces. Very sad Target. Today had the most frustrating experience with the Target app. I wanted to place on order online for drive up pick up. I changed my method of payment from Visa to Target Red card. I followed the prompts to add the new method of payment. I got confirmation that my Redcard had been added. The snafu began when I tried to place a "drive up" order. At checkout I was prompted to enter the 3-digit code on the back of my card...I did. The system froze. When I deleted the code and re-entered the number, the screen froze again. I called Target customer service. The service agent said my Redcard was restricted & that my purchase could be put through (including 5 % discount) using another method of payment. The customer service agent said my PIN # was "private"??? This answer did not clarify the cause of the problem. She said I could talk with Redcard customer service tomorrow - they were closed. I asked if someone was trying to use my card - she did not know. The agent said have a nice day. The call ended. read more

This Target is probably the worst Target I've been to. I'm so over this location, and it's the closest to me, unfortunately. Here's why they're being fired... #1 It's overpriced compared to other Targets in the area; the one at the South Bay Galleria for instance. Don't believe me? Go and see for yourself. Items that I purchase from Target regularly, such as laundry, shaving, and personal hygiene products, are .50 cents cheaper per item. Shop there enough and that adds up! #2 Customer service! Customer service! Customer service! Maaaaan this place is the worst at it! The sad part is that some of the poorest customer service comes directly from management, smh. I've had numerous pricing issues, lack of stock issues, return issues, long lines without enough cashiers issues. Issues, issues, issues! Kevyn, is a glowing example of the condescending, I'll do just enough to keep my job, attitude that this Target reeks of. And don't get me started on the lazy and rude front end managers and supervisors who'd rather yell instructions to employees and customers, as opposed to politely walking over to them and using an 'inside' voice. Gee whiz! Is this place horrible every time I go? No. But I've shopped here for years and the cumulative effect of all these problems, combined with a nicer Target that is only 1 mile further away, has made me say bump it. I'm done. If I'm not too lazy to drive all the way there then I would but sometimes there's only one item that I need from here. Where can I start? It's new and clean but the staff has a whatever attitude. I guess because it's a new location they needed to hire quick staff so they took anyone that was available at that time. Not a good way to get business Target!!! Screen your potential hires first before hiring or at least do a better job of training them. No worker seems to know where items are located in that store and no one seems to know when to open up another cash register when the lines get a bit too long. PLEASE ... if a manager or someone higher sees these reviews, RE-TRAIN your ENTIRE staff. I love shopping at Target but this location is making me change my opinion. I grew up in the hood and this is by far the most HOOD Target I've ever been to. Good lord...reminds me of Walmart in that it's a goddamn mess and the customers here are so goddamn rude. They don't move out the way when you're coming through with a cart stacked higher than you and clearly you can't see them but do they care? Nah...hood af. I typically avoid this one unless they have something in stock that no other Target has. Avoid avoid avoid. I haven't had issues with any of the employees. There really is oddly very few check out lanes open and the vibe here is more careless than at other more together Targets but again, I haven't experienced service issues. read more

This location is an embarrassment to the Target name.. I am done trying to give this particular Target a chance. I've come here a few times and vowed to never return, only to find myself here again because it is so close to my house that it's extremely convenient. Never again! Employees are either rude/ not bright/ or simply don't care... I've yet to encounter a good employee. Shelves are either under stocked or just messy. The worst part is checking out... Register lines are always excessively long and extremely slow. I spent 30 minutes trying to check out the last time I was here which is the reason why that was my last time stepping foot there. Some experiences I've had while checking out at this Target: - cashier did not know how to count, took a good five minutes just to hand me my change - line was so long it went into the beauty section, I asked someone if they could open up more registers, never happened - cashier was new and did not know how to work the register at all - debit/credit card readers were not working/ customers were not informed until you got asked for payment - cashier had to input customers driver's license number, name, address etc (don't know why) and did not know how -and lastly, it never fails that something is rung up and complained about and the cashiers have to leave the register and go ask about the item read more

The access to register lanes here on weekends is poor and the customer service is even worse. I just spent 15min in line to be told by the machine I needed to go to a different register. I flagged down a team member to assist(Carissa), I was told there was nothing that could be done and I would need to stand in another line all over again. I explained that did not seem fair considering I just stood in line and there were several lines with extended wait times. I asked to speak to someone else about the situation. The team member Carissa instead of finding someone else to assist me responded with "I just got here!" And continued to stack bags as the lines continued to extended into the walk area. This is wild. All the lines are packed and you've got people on the floor who prioritize bags over cutting down the line or customer service? It appeared that Carissa couldn't even be bothered to reach out to another team member to assist. I did not ask you when you got to work Carissa, I asked for assistance or someone else if you were unable to provide assistance. At least be able to communicate with customers like you actually have some sort of regard for customer service. But I digress, I would have never had to deal with Carissa at all if the store could manage to cut down lines in a timely manner. Friends ask me why I drive to the Target in Manhattan beach and this is exactly why. Poor service and these extended wait times have happened too often!! I'd prefer if the store focused more on customer service training versus store remodeling. read more

The workers were willing to help but it seemed like nothing was in stock but laundry detergent. I wish I would've taken photos to show what I mean because there was literally zero produce, juice food, etc tonight. I was highly astonished at what I saw. It looked as if this target was going out of business and was getting rid of everything they could. Whoever is responsible for keeping the store stocked dropped a major ball and did target a huge disservice by the lack of available products tonight. I hope they get the store fully stocked within 48 hours otherwise I'm sure they'll be hearing lots of complaints. I went to get novelty items but if I was in need of necessary items then I would not be a happy camper tonight.
