This Target is garbage. It is as bad as the Target on Century in Inglewood now. Today I almost got assaulted by another customer and of course security was never to be found. As I walked in the guy that was in charge of the carts was just chatting it away and not even cleaning the carts (like other stores do now in days with the Coronavirus pandemic). Speaking of Coronavirus, they are not disinfecting anything or really enforcing social distancing. I literally saw another customer grab two items open them and put her nose in there to smell the product - gross. People are also blocking the self checkout section socializing - they need to do way better. This was all in just ONE visit. Overall, the employees there are just plain lazy. So this was the last straw, so what about the other times? About two months ago, I went there and about ten solicitors were outside. One of them was super rude when I told him I did not have time to sign his proposition. When I spoke to the manager about it, she wasn't helpful at all. Another time before that, two customers were going at it, and of course security, once again, is just chatting it up in the front. In a nutshell, nobody is ever there offering to help. The carts are always dirty or not working. Security is nonexistent. Ugh. So done with this place. Never again. I will just stick to the Target in Manhattan Beach. read more

Great place. i have gone there for years but unfortunately they sold me a product with "warranty." I paid the extra 8 dollars for two years on a Manscaped product Lawnmower 3.0. i was advised by the cashier to go to the website in order to activate the "warranty." When i got home i attempted to do so via Manscaped.com but i was unable to. I reached out to Support and they stated that i was misinformed: "Thank you for contacting Manscaped. We are happy to help. Unfortunately, It sounds like you were misinformed. If your item was purchased from a Target store, you will need to take the product back to them and they will issue a refund and/or exchange. This is the closet Target to me. I always have to wait 5-10 minutes to get baby formula because it lock. I usually have people radio someone to come help me and it's annoying because my son doesn't do well in these kind of trip. One of the workers took her time to help me find exactly what I wanted, made sure I picked my items according to my needs. She helped me compare when I asked her opinion and we both decided the target brand was my best alternative to paying 3 dollars more for name brand hygiene products. Please don't purchase visa debit gift cards at this location! They are selling gift cards in which they already have the numbers to the cards and falling them after the customers activate and purchase them at the register. My aunt that works hard for her many was taking by this location when she purchased several cards as gifts for her church family and myself. This fraud needs to stop! I called this location over 20 times and they keep transferring me to nobody! They seem to not care due to the fact it is not their money that is being taking! My aunt purchased the cards in Friday 2/11/22 and by Sunday it was used by target for the same amount! How can that be when the card was in my possession and supposedly in its original packaging. When I open the package the cvs code was unreadable As if someone tampered with it prior to my aunts purchase. I came here after a whole year. Only to have another petty and unpleasant experience with an employee working in the dollar spot on January 13 at approximately 12:30pm. She had her headphones on and after I politely asked if she can scan an item for a price. She said "three dollars" in the most negative response possible. First! The parking lot is huge and not crowded during the week. Second, this Target location has great cell reception, no need to connect to the wifi to use the target app. Target cashiers will price match any item found on the target app or target.com. Who doesn't enjoy saving $$. For other store price match, simply go to the customer service department for price match. Walking up and down the aisles is a breeze with clean and clear aisles which makes shopping very comfortable. I had an order that was cancelled while I was waiting in drive up to pick it up so I placed a new order the next day and called to double check before I drove up there again. Every single time I called they hung up on me. It was earlier in the day so I know it wasn't because they were busy. I got my order from Culver City and they have excellent customer service. Worst store bad customer. No one helping in online order pick up I was told I needed to wait in the returns line. Waited 20 minutes and got a rude lady name Yvonne ? Spelled with an "I". She looked St me like I was annoying her by picking up an online order, was agitated like a drug addict, no eye contact, just down right ghetto with pink hair and a nasty disposition. When I asked the manager to come over to help she finally acted as if she was helping. Where does Target find these people. I won't ever come back to this Target store. Moving from Michigan to California, I have started shopping at Target much more than I used to for fashion and sometimes groceries and beauty care. I love the assortment, a little higher than Walmart but especially the clothes are definitely more high quality, I feel. For instance, I recently needed swimming attire for a possible filming casting and I wanted a bikini. I searched at Walgreens first and they had such few pickings of summer attire but Target had a lot of fun selections which I chose a sexy yet classy bikini from them and already got lots of attention and interesting looks, lol! It's healthy to Doll up sometimes and just have fun, hehe! This location has been super convenient to us in the past when we were over here, it is open late and the restrooms are assessible and clean! The pricing is on the higher side but I have seen worse and that's what I expect for higher quality! All in all, I continue to shop Target over and over! I go to this Target because its literally down the street from my house. Like other reviewers, the main issue I have with this target is the attitude of SOME (not all) of their employee's. I understand working in customer service isn't for everyone (I worked in CS for 4 years), but in this economy I say be grateful you are able to find employment. I think in recent months since I've been here the employees working there are a lot more cordial than they have been. I try to steer clear of going during peak hours. I find that's usually when it can be chaotic. I go in the mornings and find the people there are a lot nicer. They even say good morning and even ask if they can help you in some way or other. Overall I go to this Target moreso out of convienence versus customer service. read more

Not my favorite Target, but the most convenient to where I am. Pros: -parking is easy for me to find everytime I go -clean -it's Target! Cons: -I've come across the most incompetent employee I've ever met at this Target. Average time to check out- 2-3 minutes... I spent over 15!!! It's like they pulled a random lady off the street and threw her behind the counter. She didn't know how to bag, or scan coupons, use the system, or count change. She called some other employee over to scan the coupons. When I gave her a $100 bill, she entered it into the system as $1.00!! She had a bunch of wrong change in her hand and I literally had to take it out of her hand and show her what she should have given back to me. Never been so frustrated in any Target like that before. -Some of the staff look like they'd rather not be there and are in a zombie like state -It doesn't carry several of the items I find at other Targets -lines are always long I'm one of those "i love target" people and out of the 7-10 Targets I've been to, this one seems to need the most help. read more

I had some gift cards to use up so in my adventures of driving around LA I stopped here on a whim. I have an overall pleasant experience, the store was well organized and had plenty of room between aisles and racks in the store. In the clearance section I scooped up a really nice cardigan for under $10! Interesting how each Target is different, the one closer to my house has a limited shoe selection but I noticed in a quick walk-through the department here was twice as big and had more selection on boots. I didn't have to wait on checking out and had a hassle free interaction with the sales associate. The parking lot was a bit unkempt with trash lying around, but since this Target has it's own lot there was plenty of spaces located near the entrance. The other reviews about police towing shopper's cars the lot is alarming. It was ok for my one time shopping experience, not so sure about regularly shopping here... read more

If I could give below a 1 start I absolutely would. I ordered curbside pick up, (it's holiday season) so I knew there may be a wait. I checked in and waited 60 minutes , I spoke to the girls they had running curbside pick up she told me oh I don't have your order after coming in and out 4x shouted out people's last names taking orders to cars that didn't belong to them and going back to her cart full of bags. I went in to the store to just pick my order up and the man inside said my order was not ready they shouldn't of texted me. I always pass by this Target whenever I am busing my mother-in-law. I came here to check out Xmas after clearance stuff on a Sunday in December. The Xmas area had slots of odds and ends but messy not clean and organized like Pasadena. Bright side, they have a huge cosmetics redo similar to Sephora. 2 stars is for long line for cashiers, the Xmas aisle was messy, the parking lot is always filled with trash everywhere compared to other Targets. read more

I would first like to start off by saying employees are nothing but friendly and helpful whenever I come here... Given the circumstances they have to work in. The aisles are always cluttered to the point it that it's difficult to maneuver through, items are misplaced and clearance items are not consistently priced. Managers seem to be oblivious to rush times i.e. after five on week days. Every time I have been there on these days the lines have been completely backed up as there are only two cashiers on. The Starbucks is usually out of stock of necessary product (last time it was classic sweetener). I'm not sure if the problem is being understaffed or management but I am truly rooting for improvement with this location. Having so many problems at this target makes my usually loved Target runs a much dreaded errand. If you have time to drive about two miles further from this destination I would definitely recommend so and go to the Redondo location. read more

The girl came out with everything in her hands and she went to a different car first that came way after I did . I simply said " that's mine " and she responded very rude.
