Target store with a prominent red logo on the facade, large glass doors for entry, and a parking lot filled with multiple vehicles. The building has a white exterior with red accents, and a few people are seen near the entrance. The sky above is partly cloudy, indicating daytime.

Average Target. If you've been to one Target, you've basically been to them all as far as general layout, stock, and prices. The only notable difference here was the corner entrance/exit - can't say I see too many like that. This location was stocked well and was a little neater than other Targets in comparison. If you were going for a regular Target shopping trip, chances are you'd find what you're looking for. Unsure if it's this way here all the time or just a freak occurrence for the time I was there. I had zero interaction with staff (which is fine by me) and I didn't get anything, so no experience with the lines. The parking lot is pretty large actually. You should have no issues finding a space. Overall an average and decent Target location. If I was in the area again and needed to go to a Target, I'd have no issues returning here.

Stopped in this Target location looking for a specific home scent. The store is very clean, and organized despite undergoing renovation or construction. When I got to the department, I could not find the item. Definitely did not want to go to a Walmart. Asked a store employee for assistance. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and helped me find the item. Check out is self checkout which was great. Very impressed with how easy it was to find what you need, pay, and leave, with out any issues. Very pleasant experience.

From the different targets I have been to in and out of state, this is definitely the worst one I have been in. Unfortunately, they seem like a rather understaffed, poorly trained location, with my other time in the store observing a rather disorganized shelfing and more confusing organization system compared to other targets (e.g. how their alphabetical sectioning is not in a logical flow arrangement), making it hard for out of towners to come in and grab something quickly after looking it up on the app. Well, this time I needed a quick coin battery while I was down the road from this target. I put in a drive up order while I ran other errands, and low and behold, this is one of the batteries I was given in a 2-pack order. To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. For those who choose to utlize the drive-up function because you are short on time and unable to browse the selection yourself, this is how they may take advantage of customers.... have a cloudy expired coin battery for a customer you know won't be back in the area often to have the chance to go in and complain. For a minor cost that is just around $4, I will not be going out of my way to make the trip back just to wait in line at the customer service line for $4, but would recommend taking your business elsewhere in Hackensack or even Paramus, where you won't be taken advantage as such.

Sells food past it it's sell buy date and of course no one answers the phone when you call them about it.

A quick update, the aisles for some toys and supplies were suffering from low inventory and needed restocking. At the front the Pizza Hut store wasn't staffed for 10 minutes and the soda machine was broken. They need to improve operations here.

All the cars waiting for Pickup Orders that haven't moved in the last 20 minutes or more! - The image shows a parking lot at night, with several cars parked in designated spaces. Two signs indicate drive-up pickup spaces labeled 'Space 6' and 'Space 7.' Shopping carts are visible near the parked cars, and a bright streetlight illuminates the area. The photo appears to be taken from inside a vehicle, with part of the side mirror and window frame visible. Trees and a building are seen in the background, suggesting a retail store parking area.

Do not select this store for Order Pickup! I have been waiting for close to 40 minutes to pickup an order with 3 items. Went inside to see the Order Pickup line wraps around the store. One person behind the desk and one person filling carts to take to the cars outside (though he has now been held up helping crowd control the masses in the store). Horrible experience. Never again!

I don't know what's going on with this Target lately. I hadn't been in a while ever since the newer location at Bergen Towne Center opened up, but this was always my favorite for years so I decided to pay it a visit. I came late on a Saturday night, and despite it being past 8pm, I was surprised to see how dead it was. I originally attributed this to the popularity of the Target in Paramus, but as I shopped around for groceries and looked through the Christmas and houseware sections I noticed a lot of empty shelving. Maybe it was an incredibly busy Saturday?... Or perhaps I caught them in the midst of switching out their seasonal merchandise? In any case, I was a bit disappointed to miss out on some items that I planned to purchase with my Cartwheel App discounts. Though I was otherwise grateful for a peaceful shopping experience.

Target is a great store in general and this one is fine but there is a nicer one at Bergen Town Center in Paramus just five minutes away.

That's why we were so excited to find a set at Arhaus that we liked. This would be my first-ever dining room table/chairs purchase EVER--I'm 54, but have never had a space large enough to merit one--& our first one from a "nice" furniture store. * 05/28: Order placed w/ an expected arrival time of mid-late September * 09/17: Right on schedule, received an email that the order arrived & would be sent to a local delivery hub on 09/24, at which point they would call me w/i 5-7 days to arrange delivery * 09/23: Instead of receiving said call from local delivery hub, we got an email from Arhaus saying that they were "unable to fulfill our oder for the chairs--so, after four months of waiting & confirmation that they were coming soon, we were S.O.L. with no explanation. Naturally, we scoured the internet to find different chairs (from a different company) that would go with the table--or a completely new set to start over from scratch with--but came up short & wound up ordering the only other chairs that matched the table that were literally twice as expensive. All we were offered by way of compensation for *their* error was 10% off the reorder...& that was only after I pressured them. * 09/25: We placed the order for the chairs that were twice as expensive & told that there is no way that they can expedite our order, so we would not have them for Thanksgiving, but *maybe* by Xmas. We also requested that the table they did have be delivered to avoid its going missing, as the chairs had. I was told the table would be delivered 10/03. * 10/13: The company that handles Arhaus deliveries told me that they had the chairs--the ones I'd previously been told were missing--& the table base, but not the table top...in contradiction to what I'd been older on several earlier occasions. The right hand did not know what the left (or even itself) was doing. After contact Arhaus, they confirmed that the delivery company did have the entire table (but the chairs were still MIA). * 10/18: Table that was meant to have been delivered 10/03 was delivered. * 11/12: Arhaus emailed to advise the (new) chairs, which were supposed to arrive mid-December "[had] experienced a delay due to unexpected circumstances," but no information as to how long of a delay was provided. I telephoned Arhaus no fewer than four times to inquire as to the nature of the delay--had the new chairs gone missing, too?--& the new expected delivery date. Each time, I was told they would look into it & get back to me...they never got back to me. * 11/25: Surprise, surprise! The new chairs are ready--I guess they weren't delayed, after all--& were beginning their two-step delivery process. Delivery was scheduled for 12/09. * 12/09: I was given the window of 3:00pm-5:00pm, told my delivery was expected between 3:20pm & 3:50pm & given a link to track the process, which I looked at first at 3:00pm; delivery window was still 3:20pm-3:50pm, but they were on delivery #6 & I was number 8, so I knew that wasn't happening. As time passed--3:20pm, 3:50pm, 4:07pm--& I saw that my window was now in the past & they were still on delivery #6, I called to confirm as to whether it wold still be coming today. Long story long, they arrived shortly after 5:00pm. In conclusion, while I love Arhaus design & quality, I will never order anything from them, again, as they have major supply chain & customer service issues that need to be addressed. Maybe I'm just a gap-toothed hillbilly from WV living in the big city, but it shouldn't take six months & become a part-time job (for the customer) to get a table & chairs.

We had gotten rid of some very old furniture and were looking for a couch. We saw an ad on Facebook Marketplace from them and noticed a couch that we liked. My wife reached out to the owner's son and we decided to visit their showroom. We parked in their parking lot and went in. We were pleased to see a clean showroom with nice selection of quality furniture displayed. The owner came over and we told him what we were looking for; he showed us a several loveseat and couch sets and urged us to browse and try them out. After a little while, we found a smart-looking comfortable black leather recliner couch and loveseat set that we really liked. He gave us a great price and three days later, right at the promised time, their truck pulled-up and our furniture was delivered with the owner, his son, and an associate setting up our new furniture, even moving around some of our furniture to save me some time and sweat. Small family business need customers, especially during and after COVID. If you need furniture give these fine folks a call. They have beddings, quilts, towels, home furnishings, kitchenware, couches, and so much more. There's a sale section on the second floor as well. The store is so nicely organized, bright and clean. There are checkout counters on both floors. Multiple associates are available around the store helping out customers with questions and trying out products. This was my first time visiting the store. I was looking for a particular comforter in the store but it wasn't available. Checking around the whole space, I felt the store had smaller collection than the website. Nevertheless I had a good time walking around the store and getting a feel of different products. Since it's Pottery Barn, everything was very pricey as expected.

I attempted to leave a review on the bed…read moreI bought on the PB website only to realize they don't even have reviews anymore probably because they know their products would get poor reviews!!!! I ordered the Carmel Upholstered Bed, Tall Headboard, King in stores. With the White Glove delivery fee and tax it ended up costing just over $2200. I received it poorly built with corners misaligned and so much empty space and no wood on the base. When my tempur-pedic mattress went on top of it there were horrible gaps on rach side of the frame full of exposed wood and air space. The holes in the corners were large enough to sit my hand and foot in. I went back in stores to request a return and refund. First off customer service is horrible because they just try to gaslight you by attempting to blame it on the mattress probably being the wrong dimensions. A case was opened up and over the next few weeks I was on the phone with PB. I also was told to send in pictures and videos with dimensions. I'm almost 39 weeks pregnant. But my husband and I hunkered down and took all the requested photos and videos and I emailed them in via google drive. I wouldn't go through all these measures unless I was extremely dissatisfied with the product. I wanted the bed picked up on top of a refund because it is a sight for sore eyes. The build/quality is worse than if I had bought a bed frame off of Amazon or Ikea and built it myself. It definitely was not a $2200 bed frame. It is a regret purchase and even if I was offered it for 50% off I wouldn't take it. After wasting all my time, PB emailed back initially stating they would request refund, THEN emailed back a week later denying my refund and suggesting I call the San Francisco office. Kathryn who I was corresponding with didn't even bother to provide it in the email, and instead said I could search it up online, AKA google it. All this to say the customer service is HORRIBLE. They don't care about customer satisfaction and they were rude about it, simply gaslighting you trying to tell you "this is how it is". I am attaching photos of everything and warning people to not spend your precious money on horribly built furniture from here. You are taking a risk and if you end up hating it you will have wasted money and will end up stuck with the furniture. I am now stuck with the ugliest and lowest quality bed that I wasted $2200 on AND I wasted weeks of my time! What is truly the point of a customer service department if not to resolve customer concerns?

I called to make sure I could return or exchange them and provided the sale date and invoice number. I was informed of a restocking fee if no longer in paper (they weren't) and that covers must be in good condition and never used (check & check). Fast forward to today and my attempt to exchange. Initially I was told I can't exchange them because the covers were "damaged." Then told I could exchange for half store credit (to cover costs of refinishing). When I gave the sizing I needed, I was told I would need custom covers for more than double the price (but still get that very generous half credit because, you know, they wanted to do me a favor). When I declined an exchange, it then became 25% store credit of the price because the covers "can't be resold." But they felt bad for me so would do me a favor of still allowing a return. What in the used car salesman is going on at this place? After multiple attempts to escalate to management, I had the displeasure of speaking with owner Mike Rubino, who was as sarcastic as he was unhelpful. While informing me that the radiator covers could now "only be scrap metal," he said the store employee was covering a 25% refund out of his own pockets. Look if you want to steal people's money, just say that. A restocking fee and even refinishing fee is understandable. Keeping people's money just because you feel you can is, well, clearly not. Attached photographs taken inside the store with what's left of the "scrap metal."
