I surprised the Mrs. on Valentine's Day and we had a scent-sational time here. It's set-up 'buffet style' - starting at one end of the room and you slowly make your way down a wall with an absurd amount of options for what catches your nose, then a section with various options (sizes/styles) for the container to house your eventual candle. Back to the 'bar' to start working on your candle (with the help of the amazing staff) and before you know it... you're done. (Well, you have to come back at a later time to get the finished product.) The 'activity' was slated for one full hour but within 30 minutes almost everyone was done and left. (We were the only couple imbibing - so we were there pretty close to the full 60 minutes.) I can't say enough good things about the crew behind the counter - ebullient to the nth degree. The shop looks amazing, the candle (I got to pick it up a week later) is great and most importantly: I got brownie points with the Mrs. for the unique and memorable experience. A bit on the pricy side but wick-ed fun, for sure. (If you know Montclair and this area specifically... parking can be a challenge.)

Both of these were served at the perfect temperature, were richly creamy, and served in large mugs. I also ordered a Carrot Cake Muffin and it was very good. It was moist, each forkful had a decent amount of walnuts, and the frosting was exquisite. Once you're finished with your food, don't forget to stroll through the entire cafe. I can't speak too much about the products because they are the same at all Bath & Body Works, however the only products I like from this brand are their soaps and hand sanitizers, so this review is solely on in-store customer service. The employees are all well versed in product knowledge, and during my last visit I had to make an exchange, and had no problems doing so. I don't shop here super often, but this location will definitely be my first choice when I need something from Bath & Body Works.
