It is super fun shopping here because there are so many aisles and it's SO CHEAP (my favorite bit). Right from wine glasses to baby stuff to lotions and shampoos to party stuff to stationary to shoes socks and even kitchen stuff- they literally have everything here. The people who work here are pretty helpful and polite. The store hours change constantly, it's quite tiring to catch up with it. They are usually closed on Saturday, pretty sure about that bit. Fun fact - they don't have "happy birthday" banners. How weird is that. They have everything else, "congratulations", "it's a boy/girl", "merry Christmas", "happy new year" everything! But no happy birthday. They don't carry it all, I heard from one of the employees.

I asked if I can purchase them ( let's keep in mind that it's out on the sales floor behind the cashier openly visible meaning a customer can buy them) but the cashier was informing me that I can't buy them due to a male employee who works there and threatens her to not sell them to the public because actually he buys them all to resell the Pokémon packs for a much higher price . She also informed me that since he works there he is given a employee discount, so not only does he threaten the cashier to not sell the merchandise available to customers, he is given a employee discount AND resells them. Honestly, what a pathetic excuse of a employee taking advantage of things that's meant for kids.

I found a Toro brand model that was offered at a great price on the Walmart Online website, but it actually came from Joe's Factory Outlet. Delivery was speedy, impeccably boxed for shipping, and the driver insisted on helping me because of the weight and size of the box. The Toro leaf vacuum came in flawless condition, but with no Manual. I contacted Joe's Factory Outlet and a comprehensive manual arrived BY FED EX two days later. One cannot ask for faster service than that! Today, I called Joes' Factory Outlet directly (their direct number was on a label attached to the Toro vacuum) to ask what type of oil and gas was best for the Briggs and Stratton engine. A delightfully sweet, knowledgable young lady name Stephanie answered my questions and took a few moments for friendly chit chat which I like when doing business on the phone. I want to recommend Joe's Factory Outlet with the greatest enthusiasm! I am very quick to anger when I receive bad customer service on the phone. Stephanie was warm, gracious, knowledgeable, the kind of person every company should have in customer service. Although I live in Mississippi, I intend to order from Joe's Factory Outlet again for more lawn care equipment. I give them a well deserved Five Star rating with great appreciation for their prices, product, customer service and flawless after purchase support. Choose Joe's with confidence! And Walmart Online was also great in placing my order! Gary Silber, Homeowner, Jackson, MS
