Disappointing. I needed to by a gift card yet can't be done at the express checkout kiosks. Never enough registers opened. Only 3 registers out of 20 plus registers opened is unacceptable. I only had 3 items plus the gift card so only options was one of 3 backed up registers. Needless to say lost my purchase that day. Target's front end staffing model is seriously flawed. read more

I love coming here. They have a great variety of all different things. The produce section is good. They have a good amount of clothes. This is in a great area and has everything. It's also bigger then just regular Target and when I lived in Mesa down the street was just Target and not near as big and great as this. This place has everything and is clean which makes a difference. read more

Really disappointed with the attitude and customer service at this location. I usually go to another Target but this was the closest Super Target that has a bakery. A friend had recommend getting a birthday cake made from Target (she had it done before in another state). I had ordered a couple pictures because I wanted this picture on the cake. I had called prior to coming to the store and someone in the bakery said to bring a physical picture. So ran over during my lunch break. I had the prints made at this same location before I left work. My friend and I waited by the photo station. We weren't sure if the girls in customer service was supposed to help us since photos is right next to them. So we patiently waited while they were each working with someone. Once they were done they didn't come over or acknowledge us in any way. So my friend and I figured maybe photos is not their department. There is a little device that we pressed to request to have someone come and help within "60 seconds ". The two teenage looking girls working in customer service just casual talked with each other until it was almost 60 seconds and walked over to my friend and me. She seemed so annoyed to help us. My friend and I just looked at each other like what the heck is her problem? She just handed over the pictures...no "have a good day" or anything. I mean it was a Thursday at like 2pm. The place was pretty much dead empty too. So we walk over to bakery and then the lady here also had attitude. Like she really didn't want to help anyone. I've shopped at Targets all over for a years..never have a dealt with such attitude. Something wrong at this Target location? I was going to give my feedback on Yelp immediately but I figured let's wait to see what happens with the cake. My friends pick up the cake and said they waited for about 5 minutes and nobody was in the bakery area. They eventually had to walk behind to find someone or the cake! Eventually they did find someone. In the end, the cake did look good and taste good (which is why I'm rating 2 stars not 1 star). I just recommend going to another location. read more

Love to grab a coffee at the Starbucks inside this Target and stroll the store. It's a SuperTarget, so there is a full grocery store in addition to all the normal stuff you find at Target. While I don't normally do full grocery runs here, it is nice to be able to pick up a few food items when I'm shopping for toys, books, clothes, baby items, etc. read more

Targets are usually pretty clean, this one has a Starbucks in it so that's a plus. They aren't the best priced in the spectrum of pricing but when you are looking for target exclusives you just can't go anywhere else. read more

Sam From target optical was awesome. IT was a Saturday and they had a lot of customers waiting and such. I didnt have to wait at all, She came over to me and asked. 'May i help you?". Every single time i go to this store the bathrooms are never clean there is always hair everywhere and nasty things on the toilets and it smells like pee all the time. There are no toilet seat protectors either, do they not know there are kids that sit on those toilets? Do you want nasty things getting on your butt, no. So i think this should probably be taken care of cuz its nasty. ALTHOUGH! I believe she is a new worker, her name was McKensey. I remember the spelling because i loved how it was spelt. She helped me find what i was looking for and she knew exactly how to help me quickly and i asked if she was new and she said yes and i said WOW you are the best help ive had here in years! She was so polite and really engaged with me and made sure i got what i needed. Awesome worker! Good job target for hiring her! I will be coming back even more! read more

I go to this Target because the the shopping carts are so quiet and smooth. I know that's weird, but once you push one of those carts, you'll be hooked. The store is also clean and well stocked. Great pharmacy too. read more

I am a frequent Target shopper, I moved from Minnesota which is where Target Corp is located. I live right down the road from this location but will drive further to avoid this location due to their lack of service. I have never had any problems with returns, coupons or cartwheel until I started shopping at this location. Super disappointed and could use a lot of help on the customer service side of things. read more

This is the nicest and most well stocked Target store in the East Valley. I found the most delicious bakery cookies made with cranberries. The milk had long expiration dates. Definitely my go to grocery store read more

Do not order cakes at this Target's bakery. We did for my baby boy's 2nd bday and when we went to get the cake they said they didnt make it because the person who makes the cake was sick. They should have informed us so that we could arrange the cake from somewhere else but they didnt. We were having a small party so we had to get a make-do cake for my baby to cut. We have ordered so many cakes over the years from other stores but never had this experience. So very disappointed in Target's service. read more

This is a very nice Super Target. The grocery area is nice and I can almost always find what I'm looking for at this store. Why not 5 stars you ask? Well, I was dissappointed in their pharmacy. A few weeks ago I tried to fill a prescription here. I was told to come back in about 20 minutes. I told them I would look around the store and come back. I was looking in the store and heard my phone ring/vibrate. I was not able to answer it in time and no one left a message. I figured maybe it was a wrong number so I continued shopping. I went back to the pharmacy about 45 mintues later and was told they could not fill my prescription. The young man said he called me and I told him I did not get any message. He said he didn't leave one. Why not?? That is unacceptable to me. The pharmacist said they had to call the doctor's office to get approval. Huh? None of that was true. I took my prescription to CVS and they filled it and I picked it up the next day! Moral of the story, don't fill your prescriptions here because the customer service in the pharmacy is sub par at best. My experience with the rest of the store, on numerous visits, has been just fine. read more

Not only were they delicious, but adorable as well (bees and ladybugs). The attention to detail was awesome, and I got so many compliments from my guests! I was browsing on Target.com. and decided to buy some items. The items that I was purchasing were shoes and clothes. I figured if they didnt work out I could return them in the store. That is what it said on their home page in bold print. After the long processs of checking out, I saw that I could use Paypal. I thought" great, that will be easy they have all my info". Well when the items arrived they were ill fitting and poor quality. No problem I can rerurn them...so I thought. Since I paid with pay pal they are only able to give me a gift card. I am so angry and disappointed, I just want a refund the same way I paid. I do not want a $156.00 gift card! read more

By far the nicest Target I have ever shopped at. Very clean and well stocked, freshest grocery section. Very friendly staff though only major issue is that they are SOOOOO slow! When checking out no matter how much the person in front of me has or how little I have, it's the longest process of the entire trip no matter how much shopping I needed. Please have the staff at checkout step it up and speed us all along. The friendly chit chat is great but it doesn't need to last 10 minutes while buying $15 of items. Also, self checkout would be a god send. Some of us just prefer a quick in/out for a few items and self checkout makes life so much easier. read more

The cashier name Mason working on 04.08.16 was the worst cashier I've never seen. Overcharged on my receipt and wouldn't let me explain. Only have 13 items on bag but got charge 16 items. Have to come up to customer service and took them about 45 mins to fix the issue. They acknowledge about the overcharged but guess what they only return 13 items. Walk out the car and have to go back to the store. But customer service denied to fix until I made him calculate on his own phone. Really Target??? VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED. Never go back to this store although it is 5 mins away from home. You guys deserve NO STAR. 1 star is too much. read more

I use the pharmacy here for my medication needs, Lonnie and his staff always remember me and my family by name and are always so helpful.We even use them for our cat's medication amnd they remember his name! The prices are much lower than Walgreens or Costco! We also use their bakery for birthday cakes and have never been disappointed. The staff is always friendly. Even though I live right up the street from the Target on Val Vista and Warner, I drive the extra miles for Lonnie and his staff along with the friendliness of all the other service members at this store! read more

I've lived in this area for 7 years and hesitate moving because I love this Target. When I had my daughter, Target was part of my registry and has been a part of her birthday each year because their bakery ROCKS. They price match, honor manufacturer coupons coupled with thier store coupons...I mean they are GREAT. This store is clean and orderly. I am never disappointed. I would purposefully bypass several Targets to make sure I'm shopping at mine. The cashiers are friendly...and I don't mean just "nice". I'm talking FAMILY FRIENDLY. Only got one star because zero isn't an option. Every time we go to Target we swear we will never go again. They have the worst return policy in every way! Somehow we end up going again ... out of necessity only. Like today at my sons swim meet we needed stakes for the shade canopy and it was the closest place in a pinch. Turns out we didn't need the stakes. Never opened them. Got near home (40 min away) and decided to stop at a different target to return them. Stood in return line for EVER... then up at the counter I get told, "sorry ma'am, you have to take these back to the Target you bought them from. The other option is to come back tomorrow. For same day purchase/return you have to return at the same store". Are you fucking kidding me? I have to drive 45 minutes to return your crap or come back tomorrow? That doesn't make ANY sense!!! I told her she has the receipt. I bought it! You're all the same company, not franchises! She said she understands but there is no option. I hate target! Seriously HATE them. ZERO customer service!! I've never been so inconvenienced in my life. It makes literally no sense! read more
