Terrible customer service, paid off a red card and they lady said it would be all good to use. So I went grocery shopping and had my card be declined, ran back over to customer service where they had both gave attitude, some guy with long blonde curly hair, and glasses, thought it was okay to give me attitude. I paid off the card and he's tells me "you have to wait a few minutes bro" I just went shopping for 45 minutes??? Then the lady, had told me "I definitely told you, you would have to wait a day." When I specifically asked her if it was good to use? So y'all have some liars and unprofessional workers. Highly suggest y'all work on your customer service. read more

Love this Target. Close to home. Usually well stocked. Service is always nice and helpful. A few years ago I went in after having been hospitalized. I must have still looked bad. The cashier came out from behind the counter and helped me unload my cart. He asked me if I was Ok. They go above and beyond. I'm always happy with the service. read more

We come to this store once-in-a-while. It is located at the Fremont Hub ; therefore, when we go walking around the neighborhood, we will stop in to Target to get a look at the merchandise for sale. The store is bright, neat and clean. Clerks are always friendly. We never had a problem with this store. Prices are fair and reasonable. Quality of the merchandise is good. Returns are handled promptly. However, the clothing, food and automotive departments, do not have a great selection of items. In general, a great store for a shopping trip when I do not want to drive (within walking distance). read more

I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!! I really do. Because I go in for ONE thing, and ONE thing only, and end up with a full basket full of stuff I did not know I needed. I love their clothes, their Archer Farm food brand, their cheap beauty products, I love EVERYTHING they have!!! I can spend hours here. Love love love. read more

WORST TARGET LOCATION! Staff are rude, unprofessional and they even become argumentative and provoking to customers --rather than help upset customers to diffuse the situation. A girl named LIZ, is one of them!!!!! She is so arrogant...not sure why they hire people like her! read more

Pretty good Target. Parking isn't that bad and if you're smart, you can park near the Marshall's and walk to a secret entrance in the rear of the store. You can also check-out at the electronics area and avoid the lines in the front. Of cours lots of other people know this as well so you might have a long line anyway. This Target has your run of the mill items and it's usually orderly and not that crowded. read more

I really dread coming to this target but unfortunately it is walking distance for me so it makes my life easier but tbh it is so unorganized clothes EVERYWHERE the veggies and fruit are not always fresh they have the bare minimal of cooking necessities and sometimes when your in a hurry have kids you want to make one stop and get everything done but going to target I don't always get the things on my list because they do not carry it. Lines are always long! read more

This is going to be a super short review because I hardly ever come to this Target, for the most part I go to the one close to home on Automall. I was in the area and I needed to buy some stuff for the house so I decided to swing on by. It is just awkward to go to a new store and now not exactly where to go. It's a nice location and just like most targets everything is it's appropriate isle, i just wasn't feeling it. read more

Lack of "customer service" I went to their customer service line last night to price match a Galaxy Gear Fit watch off Amazon. The younger, light-skinned asian lady working the customer service center didn't know what she was doing and couldn't find the item online because Target had it under a different UPC. It's the same exact item. I ended up ordering it on Amazon with same-day shipping for 20% less. While she was trying to figure out how to work her tablet for price matching, I unloaded my cart to pay for the rest of my items (8-10 items total), she cited "store policy" that she couldn't ring up more than 5 items at customer service. So I had to re-load my cart and bring my items to the main checkout. This took place an hour before store closing on a Monday night and there was no line at customer service. Not sure if there is even such a policy or if she was just being lazy, but what a display of a total lack of common sense on her part... read more

I love target but this is by far the worst. Consistently ! Can never find what I need, always a MESS, never enough lanes open. It's the worst target I'm gonna stop shopping here read more

Fairly spacious. Clean and organized. Parking is sane for a Target. Demerits for the lacking furniture/design section. It seems like some of the more fun items lack selection. read more

I love this Target :) There is always plenty of parking (even during Christmas), the employees are nice, and the place is always clean and organized. Very easy to find what you need, and a lot of distractions along the way :) Just the way a Target should be! They need more checkers, though. The lines usually get backed up. But only by 2 or three people which really isn't much. read more

TARGET FREMONT HUB IS RACIST! Racial profiling at it's finest I have never felt racially profiled before until yesterday 7/31/18 while shopping at this Target. My 8 year old daughter and I came here to exchange a jacket and decided to pick up a few more items. We were in the store for about 45 minutes I got the jacket 2 t shirts , 2 packs of underwear, trail mix, and 1st day of school chalk board. My daughter got a Lego toy and purse which she purchased with her own money. While shopping I noticed seeing the same 2 gentlemen with tan pants (Target uniform) one shirt said tech and the other security. I didn't pay much mind just thought to myself oh they are everywhere. I am a bit of a germaphobe so whenever I shop I use shopping basket cover (for babies) so I don't have to touch the basket. I had my shopping basket cover yesterday as well as my reusable bags. While I was shopping I noticed the shirts were falling out through the hole where a child would put their legs so I lifted the plastic seat to prevent anything from falling out. I have been shopping before and had a candle fall out those very holes and land on my feet OUCH not a good feeling I still have the scar! While shopping I got a call from my bestfriend so we were catching up me telling her about my trip I had just come back from etc. I go to customer service to exchange the jacket and pay for our things. We exit the store and 2 men approach us ( one of the men I kept seeing in the store while shopping with tan pants and shirt that said security)saying do you have somethings you didn't pay for and points to where my purse and reusable bags are sitting in the seat of the basket. I lift my belongings and I had forgotten about the 2 shirts and 2 pack of panties. I respond oh my God I'm so sorry I completely forgot I will pay for them EMBARRASSING! We walk back in the store he says follow me to register 16 which I do. I'm on the phone with my friend still so I'm telling her "girl why did I just forget to pay for somethings running my mouth". Well when we get to register 16 there is a door off to the left that they open and ask me to step inside which we do once inside the door there is a room they ask us to go into. At this point I'm like wait hold on what's going on so I tell my friend let me call you back and see what's going on. When I get off the phone the guy who identified himself as Nick tells me he has been following me around the store for the last 30 minutes( so basically the entire time we were there) watching me and saw me fixing stuff up ( referring to me lifting the seat to prevent the shirts from falling out). I explained to him it's clearly a misunderstanding and that is not the situation non of what he is trying to hear. He states he has video and will not go into details because my daughter is there ( oh now you are concerned about my daughter) and he is not going to try to get me to confess. I am now sitting there in complete disbelief waiting for the cameras to come out and say I'm being punked. He ask to look in my purse which I allow and he looks in my reusable bags. He then says he's not placing me under arrest and I'm not being charged with anything this is a citizen's arrest I will receive something in the mail from target explaining everything and they may request me to pay restitution for their time they had to spend with me. They take my ID and take a photo of me and tell me I can't come back to this Target for a year. Now if this wasn't enough after I complied with everything as we were leaving the room Nick stops my 8 year old daughter whose wearing the purse she just purchased and says did you pay for that .EXCUSE ME! At that point I lost it for a moment they have really taken this too far. I responded YES ! she paid for it you saw everything else but you didn't see that ! Nick then responds oh I wasn't sure I didn't see . I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND ANOTHER DOLLAR AT TARGET. I have had similar incidents happen at grocery stores or Walmart where I may have water or something at the bottom of the cart or back of basket and forget to pay and its noticed and I pay and go on with my day. The nerve of these people who followed me around the store the ENTIRE time I was there is RIDICULOUS and then for them to accuse my daughter of stealing I'm APPALLED! SHAME ON YOU TARGET AND YOUR NOVICE SECURITY! We were in the store 30 /45 minutes and Nick stated he had been following me for 30 minutes. What about me said I needed to be followed ? Was it my brown skin and I was the ONLY brown person in the store? TARGET FREMONT IS RACIST! TARGET FREMONT SECURITY IS RACIST! SHOPPING WHILE BLACK IS A CRIME AT TARGET FREMONT! This is my favorite Target, and I love that they started selling groceries here too! I can usually find pieces from the Go International/designer collaborations, and I find that there's more selection here than at the Newpark Target. It's also cleaner and more spacious. They closed the garden center recently, but I've never bought anything garden-related from Target so it doesn't really affect me. The only thing I hate is getting out of the parking lot off of Walnut, especially if there's a heavy traffic. I usually use the Fremont Blvd or swing around the back instead. P.S. If you bring your own bag, you get 5 cents off your puchase! read more

Let me start off by saying, I freaking love Target, however I dislike this Target oh-so-much! They NEVER have ANYTHING in stock! It's super duper uber frustrating! I come to this Target since it's just about down the street from my work. I come here for a variety of things- baby shower gifts, clothing, shoes, groceries, toiletries- you name it & I'll buy it! I use the Target website a ton & when I see something that catches my eye, I make a note to check it out in store... but at this Target- they NEVER have it! So I often leave frustrated & hit the one off Bollinger Canyon- & they have everything! read more

I come to this Target location pretty often out of convenience. It's the closest location to me, and I do like this Target though! The location is great since it is in Fremont Hub. It seems like this Target is always packed because I always see so many cars parked in that parking lot. That's a good sign, right? I usually make quick errands run here, so I don't interact too much with the staff. I always know where to go to pick up my items, so I try to get out of there quick before I start going through the entire store to see what I could get (but doesn't necessarily need). The lines are usually kind of long when I am there. Sometimes, there are so little cashiers working and it make all the lines so congested! But my overall experience is good. It's a nice place to make quick errands. read more

This Target is nice and clean. They have stuff pretty much in order and its easy to walk through. The lines can be confusing at times, especially when there are a lot of people and it gets crowded. They recently added a food section which isn't too shabby, it just doesn't have the variety of a Safeway. Parking is easy. There's plenty of it. read more

The first west coast establishment I visited after escaping Boston was this Target and... man oh man, be HAPPY that prices are much lower here! When my brother's girlfriend announced she needed some cleaning supplies and I realized my parents didn't have any supplies to bake with, we thought this would be a great place to do some one-stop shopping. I cook often and do a lot of comparison shopping, so I know my way around a grocery store (granted, Target isn't a grocery store... but it does have a food section!), and my jaw was consistently dropping at the much lower prices (which are probably even lower at nearby Foodmaxx). I'll be sad to return to the amount I have to pay at checkout when I come back home. Besides that, this Target is fairly organized and spacious. I asked someone where I could find steel wool, but I guess this must be an outdated tool because they had no idea what I was talking about and left it at that. Found it myself in the bathroom cleaning supplies section. read more

I'm not always here, but when my wife and I are in the neighborhood, we stop by and can always find something here interesting. Target is one of the cheapest places for men to find dress up shocks for about $5 and are very fashionable. Sucks!! Bought a toaster oven on line for store pickup. Tried to call to check on pickup time. Stayed on the phone for more than 45 min. maybe more. No one answered. Even got cutoff 3 times. Then decided to go ahead to pickup the item. Waited in line as expected but no one explained anything. Turned the department manager wad serving but did not occur to her she could at least open her mouth to ask or explain what was going on. I asked for the store manager and was told he had gone home. Now I know why I am an Amazon prime customer. read more

I've been a loyal Target shopper for years. Part of the reason is because they have a reputation for treating their employees well and the other part is Target gives good value for my money. Recently, they started carrying groceries. I noticed but haven't paid much attention because I buy most of my groceries at Trader Joe's. Unfortunately, TJ's doesn't have everything I need so I occasionally have to make a trip Safeway. Today, I decided to give Target's grocery department a close look. That turned out to be a very pleasant surprise! I know the prices on lots of things that I buy often. Here is one example in what I bought today that really stands out: Sweet 'N Low, bulk, 8 oz. box Safeway: normal price $4.09; sometimes on sale for $3.89 Target: $2.29 I bought two slabs of pork ribs that look like baby back ribs. I never see those in Safeway; theirs are usually the larger, bonier type, less meat. I didn't expect to find some specialty cleaning items I wanted but they had them. I buy these so rarely that I didn't know the Safeway price but Target's seemed reasonable. The more I looked, the more I realized that they have a much bigger selection of everything than I expected. This store is always so clean and well-lighted that it's a pleasure to shop there. Now I'll be going more often because they're really earning my dollars. Viva Target! read more

Giving this Target store one star in hopes that management improves their inventory. I hate this Target because it's always hit or miss on item availability. If you go to this Target to buy something, chances are, they won't have it. Last week the cold medicine aisle was almost cleared out and they had zero thermometers. They ran out of every thermometer lol. Also be careful to check prices, a lot of items in the baby section are not in the right places. read more

Tried to call in multiple times to see whether a particular item was in stock. Currently suffering from a sprained ankle, so I wanted to plan ahead. If you're expecting to leave this store with all the items you've planned on purchasing, think again. I have been shopping at the HUB location regularly since having my child six months ago. Each time I go to this location the shelves are always bare, mostly in the baby department, however I've observed other departments with the same issue, i.e: personal hygiene, home cleaning supplies, etc... I've spoken to multiple in-store management staff, on multiple occasions, expressing my frustration with the customer experience I receive each time I visit this store, in hopes they'll work towards owning the customer experience. In preparation of a vacay, I stopped in a target (HUB) to pick up some items that my family will need for a two week vacation. For a family a family of six, going on a 2 week vacay, I expected to pick up more than just one deodorant and an outfit for myself and one of my children. Since this location has continuously disappointed me, I will be driving further to a different location to see if the my shopping experience is better, if not I will no longer be a Target customer. I just came out of Target at 0930 at the self check out and this time the associate Fariba pointed at us in front of everyone. She looked at the security guard and then pointed at us. If you review the camera at 0932 you'll see her rudely pointing snd staring once again. Clearly the issue had not been resolved with Fariba. The security team didn't make us uncomfortable however Fariba pointed at us in front of everyone as if we are thieves. Please follow up with this. Although I do use Target stores quite often, I don't often visit this branch. The main reason being that it isn't very well organized and always seems to be understaffed. I usually have the motive of only getting one item at Target (i.e. an essential) and I try to stick with just the ONE item while constantly repeating the mantra "Okay, just get what you need, just get what you need".. Still, somehow EVERYTIME I go to Target, I end up spending $40+ on a whole load of useless crap. Why Target, why? I'm not rich! Who do you think I am? :( Target, go to hell.. you go to hell & you die! Oh & for some reason, I always get lost in this Target. The floorplan gets a little confusing in the bedding/cleaning/storage aisles. I don't know.. maybe I'm just a little challenged. You be the judge. read more

"Target acquired," I announced. "Approaching Target." We turned into the Target Stores parking lot. "There's a spot, go for that one," my friend said. I ignored her. "Someone is going to take it if you don't go over there!" The ignoring continues. "Ugh, target that spot," my friend sighed while pointing out the vacancy. "Right on target," I boasted as the car landed perfectly within the lines. "Do you think they have what we need? Can we really get tar here?" My friend asked. I ignored her. "Oh come on, why does every sentence need 'Target' in it? 'Get tar' was close!" "Close, but not on target." She left. "Targét" (pronounced like touché). read more

TV section is a mess. Nothing is on the shelf and you have to ask an associate to check inventory and grab if out of the back if they have it.... assuming you can get help in the first place. Not enough price scanners throughout the store. You have to try and track one down. Don't know why these stores don't incorporate a better system. The food court is always out of everything except popcorn about an hour before they even close that part of the store. That's why they probably don't have too many customers whenever I go there and that's probably the same reason they don't ever have anything stocked. I had a target employee cut me off in line at the food court to grab something and he snagged up the last pizza. Tables and floor are almost always messy... popcorn, stains on the counter tops and trash all over... even when the one staff member on duty appears to have nothing better to do. I've seen store supervisors just standing around supervising everything but the food court. I don't think I've ever received service with a smile in this department. read more
