This is about the 3rd time Ive had issues with the electronics dept here.. the last time I will EVER come to any target! Today was the icing on the cake for me... Just an FYI.. when you ask if another store has something in stock and they tell you yes.. its a damn lie! First of all, it takes there "system" DAYS to update after something is taken off the shelves. So we drove to a Grand Prairie target where we were told they had what we were looking for and then told they DIDNT have what we were looking for and thats when I learned there system is stuck in the 90's! Not much more to say about this Target then the many other locations in the area. I can't recall seeing this store is bad shape, and every time I've gone up to an associate for assistance I've been helped courteously. Though I wish this SuperTarget had the same kind of grocery carts as the ones at the Target by Ridglea Mall, the carts are still usually found in good condition. read more

Oh it was just a short two years ago that I gave this place five stars. In that time, the pharmacy has multiple times dramatically screwed up the expected wait time, the check out lines have gotten longer and the total store has taken 180. Am I giving it a one star because of the times that the pharmacy said my prescription would be ready on a certain day, I came there and it wasn't? No, I went with it. How about when the cashier stopped ringing me up to have a conversation with another employee? No, I treated that as an aberration. How about any of the times that the pharmacy said that my prescription would be ready in twenty minutes and it turned out my wait was a multiple of twenty minutes...well, you're getting warmer. All of those are symptoms of a store that I used to really like just no longer caring. All of the customer service here has fallen apart. It is really a shame that I have been coming here for actually three years now and have seen this store go from my all-time favorite grocery store to one I don't intend to ever go back to, no matter how convenient the location is. A mommy's happy place... My friends keep telling me not to shop at Target for groceries. They insist that it's cheaper to go elsewhere. But with frequent shopper coupons, my redcard, and my carthwheel app, I have happily proved them wrong. This place is like my zen. Each week, I happily prepare my grocery list at home, my girls go to preschool/grandma's house and then I cruise the aisles of the Euless Target, happily sipping my starbucks (from the onsite cafe, of course), with their new glorious plastic carts. I only visit between 9-10:30am, during week days as it is crowd free and relaxing. The store runs great sales on my everyday items like baby formula, diapers, coffee creamer, wine, frozen veggies and chicken. My best find however is in the meat department on Mondays! You can find meat marked 2-3 dollars off because it is about to "expire", meaning it needs to be eaten or frozen immediately. I scoop these babies up by the ton, take them home and freeze them. After the sale price, my cartwheel and red card, I end up only paying around a dollar for a pound of ground turkey! I also have found that their customer service is exceptional. There are always many lanes open. The employees are very cordial and swift. I always ask for paper bags, and no one is ever annoyed. Honestly I started shopping at target because that was something that they offered. Ridiculous to you, but necessity to me! Nothing falls over on the way home!! OCD much? One of the checkers once stole my heart as he was so SO sweet to my three year old. She was having trouble picking out a three dollar my little pony in the check out line for good behavior (this is a reward system ya'll, not bribery!) and she just simply could not decide between purple or orange. He asked me how much they cost and I had replied with $3.00. He then told me "If it's okay with you, I can make them buy one, get one, so she can have both?" and rang them up each at $1.50! I know this is super trivial in the grand scheme of life, but to a three year old and her mom, this meant the world! I go here every week. I will go back every week. I have been a loyal Target Customer for years and shopped at this particular Target since the store opened. I have gotten to know many of the various department employees and cashiers by name. Something I have actually grown to appreciate over the last couple years. It is for this very reason that I continue to shop with Target after the headaches caused by the data breach/hacking. I found myself frustrated over the weekend while shopping at my local Target. I purchased a set of deep pocket king size sheets with a thread count in the 600s. I mention the thread count because these particular sheets were shown to be on sale for $85 a set. The cashier alerted us to the fact that the UPC label was pissing from the packaging and would need to get the help of the front end supervisor. The supervisor was of no help to the cashier or me, "THE CUSTOMER". She used her Target scanner to try and look the item up, with no luck. Again, the UPC was missing. Then she used her personal cell to check for the price online. She advised me that the sheets price online was $89 and that would be the best price that she could offer. I again explain that the sheets had a sales tag on the shelf for $85 for every color of the same sheets except this one in particular. I was then given the excuse that these sheets were not part of the sale. They were returned to the store as a "online" purchase and were full price. At this point I went back to the sheet department and removed every single sale sticker for all the sheets. Since the shhets in question had no "sale" tag I removed the regular price tag for her to see. When I returned the supervisor had walked away from the cashier leaving the issue unresolved. I showed my cashier the "sale" stickers that I removed for every color with the sales price. I then showed her the sale sticker for the sheets that were in question so the cashier. After scanning the tag I removed from the shelf showing the full price of the sheets it scanned for $63. SOLD!!!! Had the front end supervisor done her job and said that the sheets were all on sale for $85, I would haveer job a purchased the sheets. Since I had to do hnd go pull the shelf stickers when it scanned at $63, I bought 2 sets. I am sure that the mistake was $63. For 600 thread count, all cotton, deep pocket king size sheets priced at $63 is unheard of. I guess next time the woman should do her job. Terrible Customer Service read more

Typical Target with a few major concerns. There are rarely enough registers open. The cashiers seem shellshocked. The guys working in the Target meat department are downright surly and arrogant. They tend to avoid customers and look agitated when asked a question about the cuts of meat. (I'm a Texas carnivore.) Lastly, I had the following experience in the Bakery today: I was finishing up my shopping and looking through the Target Bakery section to find a treat for after dinner. I'm looking through the glass cases, when I see one of the bakers (a young guy/early twenties) cough all over the baking kitchen without covering his mouth. Gross! Then a second baker chimed in with his own coughing fit, again, not covering his mouth. Just noisy coughing and hacking. Why are these guys working in the bakery when they're sick? There were uncovered baked goods all over the place. The work didn't stop and nothing was thrown away. A woman that was helping them walked up to the glass case and asked "Can I help you with something?" I replied, "No, I think I'm all good for today. Thanks" I considered reporting the whole thing to the Target store manager, but I was on my home to make dinner and I just didn't need the drama. Hopefully the not-sick baker stepped in to fix the situation. The whole experience was pretty sad. I will not being going back to this Target. This target is a really nice target, they do take care of their store, its clean, carts are well maintained, etc. My issue is with getting checked out. There is never more than 4 lanes open if your lucky. Usually 2 on each end, but sometimes they are all on one end or the other. Usually none of them are X number of items or under. There were far to many times I ended up having to not buy the 2-3 items I had spent my lunch break coming to get because I would have been late getting back to work if I had to wait 15 mins in line, because each lane had 2 people already in it with baskets full of groceries or what have you. This was a target of convenance for my work place, but now I work else where I go to this one far less frequently. read more

I do most of my grocery shopping here. it's okay but most the time they don't have what I need. so I have to goto a whole foods or central market there such better places. my wife makes me come here to ridiculous I suggest you do not do your grocery shopping here. Maybe your Christmas shopping school shopping things like that but not food there meat sucks! read more

I love going to this Target for all my needs. This location is clean majority of the time. Love that there is a Starbucks inside. I usually grab coffee and shop away. This place is organized. They have a variety of organic items here. I love the BARE chicken they sell. I love getting lost in the workout clothing section as they always have new items out. Love grocery shopping here. They have everything that I need. My only wish is that they have more lanes open during the weekday/weekend rush. read more

Nice, clean, big, & it reminds me of a fresher Walmart. Lots of registers open with no clutter. Prices are a tad higher than Walmart but it sure beats the claustrophobic feeling. Their produce looked and tasted fresh. I was in and out quickly. Thank you. read more

I prefer Target over its known competitors, but the Target off Glade in particular is the one I prefer in the area. It is the most organized and clean. the main quality is its organization. This Glade location shelves and layout seem well planned and I appreciate that. One thing I would hope the managers would consider is either self check out or open up more cashiers, it is always a beat down once you are ready to leave. The cashiers are helpful and nice it is simply that they are understaffed, there needs to be more of them and if Target is unable or unwilling to staff more that take a look at the local Lowes and Home depot, they have turned to mainly self check outs. read more

I'm not a big fan of taking family photos. It's the fake smiles and poses that just turn me off, but my wife was adamant. You know the saying, happy wife, happy life. Made appointment online and went to take pictures. The girl working didn't seem very interested and the pictures showed it. My daughter was being stubborn by not smiling, but expected her to have more tricks up her sleeve since she does it often. After the session, we selected three (of 15 or so poses) pictures we wanted to keep digitally and a set of 50 Christmas cards with three selected pictures. We filled out paperwork and told our cards and CD would be ready a week later. AT the time seems like a long time. Our delivery date comes and we are told it's not here. When will it be here? They don't know, just keep checking back? Doesn't seem like a feasible answer. The next day, we drop by because they refuse to answer the phone and are told the same thing. Since they seem so lost, I asked for my money back (almost $200) and my friends and family won't get a babies first Christmas card from us now. I was very disappointed in my experience with Target Portrait Studios and don't deserve my money. In closing, they have amature photographer teens who don't care working and were very lost on when your pictures would get delivered. read more

This is the best Target in the metroplex I have ever regularly shopped at. The grocery section is amazing- they even have a decent selection of organic produce and hormone-free meats and dairy. The pharmacy is also excellent. Everyone there is helpful and knowledgeable. If you sign up for discounts, the store could function solely as your new grocery and pharmacy without disappointment- grocery even has its own entryway. The only reason I don't shop there anymore is that my grocery store shopping also meant bathing suit and comforter shopping. And home decor.... nail polish... new toaster... there pretty much wasn't a department I wasn't happy with. But for those with discipline, who can only enter on the grocery side and avoid the $1- $5 section entirely, come check this place out. Also... there's a Starbucks! read more

I live in VA but I'm from here originally and have family here so I visit often. I got my daughter's 5 month pictures done here and was very pleased. My daughter's 2nd birthday is tomorrow so today I went to get her 2 year pictures done. Angel did a FANTASTIC job! My daughter was not cooperating AT ALL and Angel was QUICK with the camera and got some great shots. I was extremely worried because my daughter was whining, trying to run off, hiding her face, turning her back towards the camera, etc. I was thinking "oh great these will be horrible" but thanks to a great photographer we got excellent pictures! I give Target 2 stars just because the remodel is really nice...but old habits are still in place. Check your expiration dates!!! I like the prepackaged snacks for lunches in the meat area. I noticed 5 packages of the same item out of date as of July 4th...today is the 9th. I told an employee who was stocking who told another person apparently in charge of the area. He made some comments about how it happens all the time and it won't be the last time. Then he removed some of the snacks and left the rest...I checked again....the expiration date was July 4th. read more

A couple of store employees(that I talked with called it NOISE..when I referenced music!!). Black Friday was a complete disaster at this store. The process to allocate phones was inefficient and frustrating. No information for people standing in line. A mysterious "list" that you had to be on. For a store that should have great logistics this was a joke. read more

With the newly remodeled Target I was hoping for a better shopping experience. That didn't happen, I went there to purchase a gift from a wedding registry. It took 6 tries to find something they actually had, which I grabbed, since there wasn't much else available on the list. The employees are not to knowledgeable about where items are now that everything has moved. Nor are they easy to find or friendly. The cashier did not say hello or responsive. We shop there on occasion and during the Christmas season travelled there multiple times. Many of their associates ask if we need help finding anything and are friendly. For the most part this is hard to do especially in the Holiday season. The store is kept very clean. The Starbucks folks are cool. read more

Target Pharmacy at this location is always fast, friendly and informative. Today with only ten minutes left of being open, they filled my antibiotic prescription and still gave me a smile. On previous occassions they have taken the time to call my doctor to get permission to give me a cheaper prescription and directed me to the front customer service desk to get a 10 dolalr off coupon. I love them. Walgreens and CVS cannot compare. read more

I prefer this largely over Walmart, because it's just soo much cleaner and simpler. Sure they might have a better selection at Walmart but it's more convenient, easier parking and to go in and out without finding a spot and climbing that damn hill up to the store. Not to mention A LOT cleaner than most Walmarts. Which is a huge factor for me as I'm a bit of a neat freak. I really like their clothing collection for men, I hear women like their respective sections good too. Good place to shop for nice trendy clothes on the cheap. Only gripe besides smaller selection is they usually sell out of a lot of good stuff that everyone needs. So they should work on that, but what can I say, maybe everyone is making the switch to the good ol red and white. read more

This store is fairly clean but, consistent mis-labeling (oddly in their favor, every time) has caused us to stop going there.

I absolutely adore this Target. They have the best selection in this area in the grocery section. We went on Thanksgiving eve, and instead of the circus that is the disgusting Walmart in this area, there wasn't even a long wait in line to check out! We didn't have to walk down crowded aisles, and there was even good parking. This was on Thanksgiving eve! But, it's always like that here. I even quit shopping at Walmart because of how gross and overcrowded it is here in Euless, and I only shop at this Super Target. The shopping experience is a million times better! read more

Avoid going in this Target the morning. Around 9:30am, the workers are still stocking, boxes are everywhere, their carts block the items. It appeared very disorganized. Many promotion tags were at the wrong places. I tried to ask a stocking worker, but he can only speak Spanish and didn't understand my question. read more
