It's a decent Goodwill. I've had some nice finds at reasonable prices there. Easy drop off with assistance if you wish to donate.

I have previously enjoyed doing a little thrifting at this location, this review is just for the drive thru drop off. I have been purging and the last couple of times I have been here, it seems like an inconvenience to get my free stuff. I always bring it in a box, never too heavy as I have to carry it down stairs, and everything is clean and organized. And I am not expecting a lot, I just want you to walk to my car so I can give you my stuff. But they act like you are inconveniencing them. read more

Staff was rude right from the beginning when I walked in. There is a section of items that are blocked off. I was told they weren't for sale until Wednesday. I felt like all the good things go to buy were off limits to me so I was left to buy junk. I felt like I was being robbed of my time. That's fine, I said thank you for letting me know and walked in. Later I was standing in the toy isle with my child and was told he was not allowed to touch the toys, stupid rule, but we follow the rules. She was just mean to him and he's only 4. Again, it was the delivery. There is nothing to buy on the store worth value. If you are lucky enough to find something it's really expensive. 3 pc Amazing Spider-Man table set cost $10 more at Walmart. Old dresser in ok condition was $85! I can't afford to shop here. Great if you need a homemade item, there are plenty of them. read more

I was sort of in the area and couldn't pass up an opportunity to visit a thrift store. Hooray! This store had more merchandise to offer than any I remember in recent history. Wow! I tried on a lot of clothes but, unfortunately, couldn't find anything to fit. Oh well, at least I had fun! This location was remarkably clean and well organized. Navigating to and from the Goodwill was also incredibly easy. The Goodwill close to my apartment closed down, so I'm glad to have had my thrift store fix for the day. This store has a RUDE manager since she's taken over the store. The prices are outrageous and they display things for two weeks without selling them. clothes on the mannequins say not for sale. Unpriced mugs are 89 or $.99 when I go through the line she tells me they're 3.49 because someone could've taken off the price tags. but I had 3 mugs one said joy one said believe and one Coca-Cola she gave me the coke one for $.99 but charged me 3.49 for the other 2- she just makes up own rules.!! bought a small bench that easily could walk out the door with she told me I can't take that out the front i would need to come pick it up tomorrow because the back is already closed/when right before me a couple had tons of things they took the entire cart through the front door and she said nothing! if you shop Goodwill, I strongly encourage you to go to the hurst location. They are kind and friendly and never give their customers a hard time like the store!!! read more

It's an extremely busy store. Eli the manager was super nice. I came here only to make a donation as we were having a yard sales and couldn't sell some things but wanted to get rid of them. The employee that I originally had an interaction with was extremely rude. I feel maybe Eli or the others need to keep an eye on the employee's and how they treat people that may come in. read more

I have been here enough times to know that this is probably one of the best Goodwill's in the area. Highlights here are the auctions (every Saturday) clothes of all shapes and sizes for all walks of life. They have lots of decent cookware, books, records, silverware, sporting goods and furniture. I really like going through the pictures and paintings because on occasion you will find some really nice and rare items. Yes this place can be little dinghy and messy at times but this is a thrift store so you just embrace it here. Customer service is very friendly as well as the people manning the drop off area for your donations. All in all it's a great place to go pick up cheap second hand stuff that no one knows you purchased at Goodwill. Or you can be like me and proudly state you bought that really cool painting, clock, cowboy boots at Goodwill. read more

Prices are Higher than what you can buy new at Walmart thats caused by poor management thats why i stopped going . Then you have broken stuff everywhere holes or stains on clothes somebody needs to sweep the store throw away all that trashy stuff. Donating to Goodwill always makes me feel good. The parking lot is huge and they have plenty of open spots. They accept furniture here as well. They have a drive-thru donation service on the side of the building. They quickly unload your items and give you a receipt upon request. The attendants are extremely nice. They sort the items later so you do not have to worry about the process taking a long time. read more

I love thrifting. I love vintage. What I don't love our stores specifically Goodwill and their exorbitant ever hiking prices which make absolutely no sense I mean some of their stuff is more than retail some of their stuff has a higher price than a retail tag or a sale tag that was already on it or here's a perfect example of what I find in this store, ALL THE TIME. Not a bad Goodwill Super Store (in fact, my girlfriend ended up purchasing some pants from there in the end). The selection was decent (though I don't think it's as big as the one on Pipeline) and everything was kept up nicely. BTW, if you're dying for the latest fashion (like Nick W. seems to be) and you don't mind paying more, you could always go to Plato's Closet fairly close by. Honestly, my biggest gripe about this place has to be the associates working at the register that day. They were polite and all, but I really didn't need to hear about how a manager was screwing them over after all the time they've put into the store. This has got to be the nicest goodwill I've ever been to. Nicely kept up and always clean. They have weekly sales and I shop here for baby clothes. All of the baby clothes, that I buy, are always great quality and some still have the tags. I usually pay between $0.64-$1.20 for baby onesies and pants. Definitely worth it. I got a wardrobe made of real wood and a beautiful cherry finish, originally sold from Macy's or folleys if anyone remembers that, for $50. I turned it into a wet bar. I was there the other day and just bought one simple item and then didn't have change for the tax - so the wonderful cashier reached in her OWN pocket and took out a little coin purse and paid for my tax. It was such a wonderful 'pay it forward' moment between 2 people of different race, religion, & probably political standing!! Going back today. read more

I've been visiting this Goodwill off and on for the last couple of years and, while I do find some bargains, I've noticed that you have to know when to go based on when they clean off the shelves. They seem to cater to the weekend bargain hunter, which means that if you show up on Wednesday or Thursday, the shelves will be pretty bare. The best time to go is either late Friday when they've finished stocking the shelves or early Saturday before most everyone else gets there and destroys things. I love thrifting, but I don't love thrifters that treat anything they wouldn't buy as trash. Unfortunately, this particular location has gone back to these huge barcoded labels that are difficult to remove intact. More than once, I've ripped the paper off of a board game box due to a label that just wouldn't let go. I understand why they're using these labels, I just wish they weren't as tough to remove, though. One of the things I don't understand, though, is why they go down to *one* register when they're getting ready to close. Why would you funnel everyone that's already in the store down to one long line instead of at least two shorter lines so you can get the store closed earlier? I don't get it. read more

I bought an exercise bike from the store today I told the lady exactly what it was what color it was the brand it was and gave her the ticket that was on it I took pictures of the bike because I was going to come pick it up later and when I came back to pick it up they had change the price they wouldn't give it to me for the price they sold it to me I told him I had pictures because they kept telling me that the price was on it and I said well here's the pictures well then somebody must've taken it off if you buy anything from the store make sure you take it with you because they will change the price on it when they realize they went to cheat the stuff is donated to them read more

This used to be a pretty neat, clean, orderly and reasonably priced thrift store. I held pretty lofty expectations for it when it opened and the racks used to be absolutely stuffed with things all at reasonable prices so it was a-ok in my book. I don't know what happened there's not too many good Goodwill's left in this area. You walk in to this one today and the rack is about 1/2 to 1/3 full and not a bit of it is organized. I can really only speak for the guys section as far as clothing and I can definitely say skip this place if that's what you're looking for. About five pairs of guys shoes at any time about the same number of jeans per size. Worst of all was the t shirts mixed with the collared shirts which is unnatural and not how god intended thrift racks to be. Looking for a particular size? Fuck you. Electronics and appliances as well as furniture is pretty good and has a quick turnaround. read more

I had high hopes for this goodwill. It's right on the border of Euless/Colleyville, so I expected to walk in and find vintage prada and gucci items at garage sale prices. Did I expect too much? Never been particularly impressed with this location. Clothing is never actually in the right size markers so shopping the clothes (my fave reason for going to a thrift store) is pretty frustrating. Absolutely the worst goodwill in the metroplex. Extremely disorganized. And. EXTREMELY HIGH PRICED. They have clear glass vases you can get at dollar tree marked 3-5. Unbelievable. I have been to a lot of Goodwill stores and this is definitely a great one! Large selections, great prices, even on high quality name brand stuff. Such as a coach purse they wanted less than $6 for. This place has become mighty proud! To be a "thrift" store the prices are getting higher and higher each time I stop in. An old 80's painting of no value for $15? No ma'am. I just want the frame anyway! The clothes are high too. Most of the dresses are in the $8-$12 range and I can get a brand new dress for that at Ross. They usually have some good furniture pieces but due to price I recommend doing your bargain hunting elsewear. I will continue to donate though! read more
