This was my first time here and it mirrors other HomeGoods stores I have been to. It's clean, well organized and their prices are reasonable. The only difference I noticed was to their furniture collection, it seamed less than what other stores carry. Staff here were friendly and helpful and they can be found throughout the store or in the next aisle over. On busy days, expect long lines at the register. On a good day, expect to find WS and Pottery Barn items for half the price! Happy Shopping!

This is my neighborhood HomeGoods store. TBH, I come here weekly due to the convenience, not…read morebecause they are the most organized or offer the best exceptional customer service. Pros for this location aside it being just minutes away from my house is its huge parking lot. Cons is their broken shopping carts. Not sure why but if you take the shopping cart outside, the wheels freezes up where you would need to lift up the cart to move it out of the middle of the parking lot. This happens every time and not just to me, but also those around me with shopping carts. It's extremely frustrating when you have bigger items in your cart and need to carry it to your car. Like most HomeGoods stores, it is directly connected to a TJ Maxx where you can find apparel and accessories for the whole family. I don't shop there so I just usually get what I need at HomeGoods and head straight to checkout. Overall, HomeGoods in general is one of my favorite retail store, because I love shopping for home decor and kitchen things. My favorite location is probably the store in Pasadena or Walnut. My obsession? Their $0.99 reusable bags - I literally have hundreds of them, because they seem to come out with different designs every week. My trunk is full of their bags but I still go in without them so I could buy new ones to add to my collection.

We are extremely disappointed with how Living Spaces handled what should have been a…read morestraightforward customer service issue. Our home was destroyed in the 2025 Eaton Fire in Altadena. After more than a year of rebuilding, we ordered outdoor furniture from Living Spaces to be delivered in April 2026, while our landscaping was still incomplete. At the time of delivery, we had the delivery crew place the furniture in our finished garage for storage until the yard was ready. Unlike many furniture deliveries, the chairs were not packaged in boxes or protected by any wrapping or other protective materials during delivery, leaving them more susceptible to damage during transportation and handling. When our landscaping was finally completed in July, and we moved the furniture out of the garage, we discovered that one of the metal chair arms had a noticeable dent. We immediately contacted Living Spaces, provided photos, and were informed that because the damage was not reported within seven days of delivery, it would not be covered. Customer service stated it was not considered a manufacturer's defect, so it was also excluded from the warranty. We understood their policy but explained our unique circumstances that the furniture had been stored exactly where the delivery crew placed it while our home was still under construction and had not been moved prior to discovering the damage. Hoping for a reasonable solution, we asked to escalate the matter to a supervisor. Unfortunately, we received the same response. We then requested the delivery photo taken by the delivery crew. Surprisingly, the supervisor initially refused to provide it, and we had to escalate that request to a manager before it was finally released. When we received the delivery photo, it became clear that upon delivery and placement into our garage, the damaged chair had been staged with the seat cushion positioned over the damaged arm, completely obscuring the dent from view in the picture. Had the cushion not been covering the damaged area, we likely would have identified the problem immediately upon delivery. We brought this to the supervisor's attention, but Living Spaces still refused to offer any resolution. What is most disappointing is not that a damaged item was delivered - mistakes happen. It is that Living Spaces chose to rely solely on a rigid policy rather than exercise any discretion or goodwill, even after seeing evidence that the damage had been concealed in the delivery photo and understanding that we were customers rebuilding our home. What's more, is that we did not ask for a full refund or even a replacement of the entire set of the outdoor furniture, we reasonably asked for the replacement of just the damaged chair. Customer service is about more than quoting policies. It's about taking ownership when something goes wrong and treating customers fairly. Our Altadena neighborhood is still in the process of rebuilding after the Eaton Fire. Not only are we dedicated customers of Living Spaces for over two decades, but we are part of a community group of more than 100 neighbors, representing over 50 households in our immediate area, many of whom have not yet begun furnishing their rebuilt homes. Based on our experience, we will no longer be patronizing Living Spaces and will be sharing what happened with our community and encouraging our neighbors to consider furniture retailers that stand behind the products they deliver and demonstrate greater accountability, flexibility, and compassion for their customers. We expected much better from Living Spaces.

I have been missing Bed Bath and Beyond after they closed a few years ago. Wished I knew about At Home earlier because this location is so close to where I live. They should have advertised more! I know so many people that would love this store. We would have been regulars here and try to keep them out of chapter 11! At Home has taken over the building that housed the old Sears Auto Center on Foothill and Michillinda Avenue in Pasadena. It opened about 2 years ago. Ample parking in front. Most items are at 10% off. Halloween items are at 35% off. A lot of bedding stuff like sheets and comforters are at 25%. Some pillows are 50% off. If you are looking for a bargain, go to the very middle part of the store for their clearance tables. There are two big tables of various items in clearance. This is still early on in its liquidation. The employees were so friendly and helpful. What a shame that I didn't know about this place earlier. We need pillows for our new couch so I will checking back later.

However, my argument to such a poignant statement would be context matters deeply. As someone who is newly moved (I hate moving by the way, top 3 worst things in the world to experience), StockMAX was a fine location to look for items that might be a good solution for a few years. Similar to fast fashion, furniture and decor seem to be falling into the same trend of get new things every season. Rarely are things made to last as long as they used to be. However, with a different perspective you can see how StockMAX might find its audience better with those looking for solutions now with items that won't break the bank, but give luxury, even if it's only for a year or two. The space is essentially a large open floor warehouse. It is mindfully curated and has their goods placed in easily recognizable sections, ranging from cabinets, tables, chairs, desks, and random accessories you might want like ice makers, sensor activated trashcans, and step ladder shelves. They even have lawn furniture which would easily cater to any backyard activity and elevate your space. One of the best finds for me was a wide faux leather swivel chair. It has the air of avant-garde without the price you'd pay to be an aristocrat. Luckily, sitting on it brought forward a sigh of relief that it wasn't just aesthetically good looking but comfortable as well. Honestly, I'll probably end up buying it in the next week or two. That's not to say there aren't some stinkers. Most of the cabinets on sale look great, but when you get closer you realize the cabinet shelves are actually fabric instead of wood. Many of the desks look shabby and possibly breaking if you erased too hard on it. Some stuff just looked ugly. But, overall I saw more good than bad. All that being said, the statement of "cheap quality stuff for low prices" is still true, but hopefully now you can see where the value comes. Coming to StockMAX won't take up too much of your time, as you could probably speed run the whole place in 7 minutes, but if you are looking for an item here or there to tide you over for a bit, StockMAX might make your day.
