I was trying to order a 55" TV that said it was in stock. 3 hours later I revive a message saying it was out of stock so I reorder another 55" that's more expensive and wait a lot longer for this order To be fulfilled come to find out.... It's sold out as well?? So now I'm settling for a smaller TV because I don't want to change another 55 being out when they say I stock online. Don't let people place online orders for pick up or in general if you don't even have it on the shelf or plan on letting someone else have it even if you ordered it hours in advance. Employees here here make it an awful place to shop Was browsing the clothes and everyone few minutes the same woman stood around me sighing, shaking her head and muttering rude things as she put clothes alway. Was in a rush so we went in to just grab what we needed and asked so many different people for help and they were all rude, could care less and was sending us back and forth for one simple sports shirt. Not one person offered to help us look instead we were told they don't have it even though we told them we placed an order and it said that they had a few. then they sent us to Customer Service who sent us right back to the floor. I just want to clarify that I am not posting this review to speak negative about any employee. Nor any management team to be quit honest. This is for the company and I hope they hear me out instead of deleting my post. Why is this store looking tore up from the floor up? Why? It's a mess in there. Like, how? What is going on? I've been shopping at this store my entire life. Recently I have noticed how bad this location is. Not its costumers but the appearance of the store! I decided to go inside and so some shopping. According to my app the items I wanted were in stock. THEY WERE NOT. All I saw behind the dairy shelves were boxed or merchandise that probably still needed to be put on the shelves. What's up with that? We cutting the hours of the employees? Did you all get rid of your crew? What? Like, how? How does this happen. I never thought I would say this but Walmart is looking pretty good compared to this company. Wth is going on? Then I did curbside instead and that wait for a solid 15 min because it appears their was only a young lady handling all the orders. LIKE, how is this acceptable to the company? HOW ABOUT SOMEONE IN MANAGEMENT COME OUT A HELP?! Ya? Or, too good to help your employees who are going to get their poor heads chewed off by some jerk? When I walked in and not one cart in site. Not one basket in site. And there were maybe 2 or 3 cash registers opened. Really? How is this acceptable? Is it truly hurting your pockets to maintain the store aesthetically pleasing to the eye and not have to go around piles of things all over, and everything be unorganized and not accessible? Is it hurting your pockets to maintain a few cashiers when it's busy? Like what is it? Sure, I can do order pickup but I don't want that all the time. I want to shop till I drop! I want to go inside. And grab everything that is saved in my cart and then SOME! I don't want to wait in a line with a bunch of rude people who have no patience to then take it out on the poor cashier who is just trying to pay some bills! Like, dang! Target, get it together. This guy is one of the employee on target so I was purchasing a few things and I gave him a target Store credit card he use that card and then gave me the receipt and threw my card in the trash even though it had $319 balance left so when I asked him to give me a back because it had that much money in it he said I don't think it has any balance in it left so after he search for it and picked it back up and scanned it and it had the money in it. Forced to give them a 1, per rude employee questioning number of items for Self Checkout. Was going there more often during the pandemic, per being in the area. Also, there's a lower sales tax rate in that area. Keep IM, I normally have Less than 15 items or Less than 10. A few months ago, Target starting going to 10 or less for Self c/o. The female employee questioned me about the number of items in my cart, whether it was 10 or less. (It was 8.) They were Easy to Count, large items like paper goods, soda, junk food. She asked somewhat rudely and stared at my cart. I said it looks like 8, and she seemed disbelieving and walked away. Note, other people's carts looked like more than 10. When doing the c/o, she was behind me. When done, I told her it was 8 items and showed her the receipt. She seemed a bit stunned and said Ok. If it's close to 10, let it go. Also, on other days, there was a female employee in clothing area, I assume folding things, but mumbling things. I've seen her before doing that. This day, another female-maybe a friend or coworker came storming down the aisle to her, then they both stormed away. read more

I ordered wax melts and wax warmers. Opened my package thinking it would be properly packed with either peanut packing or bubble wrap. And the wax melts in a small bag as seen for the oil. One of my wax melts opened during shipping and one of the warmers I bought is chipped. All of these items were gifts. Definitely never ordering online again. read more

Bought a $100 gift card here as a gift for someone and when my recipient opened it, it security code was scratched off. I still had my receipt and everything so I brought it back to the target and one of the cashiers told me "it's supposed to be like that." Mind you, you can't activate a visa gift card if it's tampered with. Did a little more research and apparently people take pictures of the card and scratch off the CVV in the back so once it is activated, they use that money. I called target customer support which was super unhelpful, then called visa gift cards customer support which they had to open an investigation and said that the cards balance was $0 even though I've never used it. Never coming back here to buy gift cards. It was sealed and everything when I purchased it but next time I'll just head over to CVS where they keep their gift cards behind the counter. This is the closest Target store to our home. We shop there for like more then 15 years to my knowledge. Well today was a total disaster. At the checkout we wanted to use two gift card that came with their store promotions, each worth $10. To our surprise, we have been told at the register that they don't work. Weird, so we went to see the customer service. What a big mistake! We were greeted by a lazy employee, Veronica, who didn't want to even scan our cards and told us to call the number behind the card. She even told us there are lots of criminals using it. So apparently that made us a criminal to her eyes also. Rude, so rude. When I told her, what about honest people? She didn't have a reply and didn't' even care. While I was almost leaving, I stopped and went back and ask her to call me her manager. While we are waiting for the manager to arrive, I called the number in the back of the card. Well apparently there was nothing wrong with our cards because the customer service on the phone told me that they are active so I can use them. The manager arrives, Kendra, and she is very nice and professional. I explain her what happened, so she scans our cards and tells us that there is $10 on each. So basically all Veronica needed to do is scan them but she was apparently lazy and rude and felt like treating the customer poorly that day! When I ask the manager what is she going to do about the way we were treated (me and my husband), she tells us that she is not her superior so there is not much she can do about it. So naturally I ask her who is Veronica's manager she says she is just behind you and that person says without even looking to us, I'll have a conversation with her and doesn't even bother engaging with us. Wow just wow. What happened to this store? Apparently they don't care about the clients anymore...so so sad... PS I wish I could give the manager Kendra a five star, she was the only professional in this situation. read more

To the lady working self checkout around 8:30 pm... you gotta chill out. She acted like it was rush hour by yelling out "NEXT!" and "PRESS CARD" like there was a fat line or something but it was a line of few people. We were at the front and she goes " Register 4 is completely empty" so we just walked over to register 4 and there's an employee in the middle of scanning a belt filled with clothes and drinks. Obviously it wouldn't have been any faster so we went back in line and checked out at self checkout in less than a minute. When we looked back at register 4 as we're leaving , the transaction wasn't close to done. What a moment... The man I encountered was named Joel and he said he was the manager and that he was as high as it goes. He then laughed and told me he would not give me his business card or his last name . This review is strictly for the Starbucks location inside the Target. It's frustrating that this Starbucks is always closed. I've come in at all different hours looking to buy an ICEE because they're THE ONLY TARGET left in the area with a functioning Machine. I've come in at 7:30 pm, they were closed. I came in at 5:30, they were closed. I came In at noon once and they were closing. Today was the last straw, it's the 5th time I've come and there was nobody running the Starbucks kiosk... They recently revamped this location to make it look like the rest of the targets. But for some reason its missing something. They always have limited supplies or product not available. Cashiers they never have enough. Every time I have gone you see them pushing you to go to the self check out but that gets annoying when you have a basket of things you probably don't need. The worst is you see the people in the red t-shirt "monitoring" the lines yet they don't get any back up cashiers. Stock hasn't been what it use to be, empty spaces. Some of the staff aren't helpful either you ask them a question and they point you to the direction which is the wrong direction. Theres a specific chick at the custom service counter who is always rude and gives attitude to customers to those returning merchandise. Starbucks department doesn't have enough stock as well. Standard Target...love the spacious parking lot & the stores in the same plaza. Its a great store for pre-birthdays because its in the same lot as the Dollar Tree & you can get your inexpensive party favors & the gift from Target. The only downside is if you park east of Chipotle & your cart locks on you. If you park in the other direction you'll be in the clear. Great job Dealing with COVID19!!! I felt like you cared and you're doing so much better than the grocery stores. They wipe down your cart handle with disinfectant, give you new bags for your goods, taped lines on the ground to keep distance and a great reminder over the loudspeaker for everyone to keep distance from others. My cashier had fresh gloves and the conveyor belt was wiped after EVERY guest! Everyone needs to be more aware, this virus doubles in new cases everyday. This is just a review of how Target is handling COVID-19 for the safety of customers. I don't come to this location very often but I did this time as it was on my way somewhere else. I noticed as soon as I walked up to the entrance there was an employee with a spray bottle cleaning the shopping carts one by one. She seemed to be doing a very thorough job of this and then she was separating the clean carts so those are the only ones inside the store for customers to use. I also noticed there were still wipes so you could clean the carts yourself. I noticed a lot of employees throughout the store cleaning, rearranging and social distancing well. This was during a weekday morning so it could be different during a busy time. I was impressed with the way things were being run to keep people safe and healthy during this pandemic. read more

So I happen to live very close to this Target, been here many times throughout my childhood and now in my adulthood(especially with my new skincare obsession lol). I was just inside the store not too long ago and my cashier was honestly a pretty rude lady, the moment she was done helping this other group, she just had this attitude with me while I was being rung up. I was mentioning something regarding using my birthday reward or discount thing that this other nice lady who was my cashier tried to help me with as I've never used it before. All her response was about the Target Circle and how it's on there and so on, but the last time my previous cashier had noticed it was offering me the discount and asked me to just verify the birthday after typing in my phone number. In the end, I'll still shop at this location, but for certain I won't stand for the "I'm so done now get out of my line" attitude this particular lady gave me. Hopefully I don't get her again, if it does so happen once more-honestly I might leave a vocal complaint to anyone in leadership or management available. I also happen to work customer service, retail pharmacy to be exact at a 24 hour store, but even then I don't want to be a bitch to customers unless they enact something first.
