This store consistently gives us expired groceries in our pickup orders. If this had happened once, I could understand it as a mistake. It hasn't. This has happened repeatedly. We have received expired baby formula, baby food/snack pouches, and other grocery items. Even worse, some of the baby products have been several months past their expiration date. At that point, this isn't an occasional oversight--it shows that expiration dates are simply not being properly checked before items are pulled for customer orders. Giving customers expired food is bad enough. Giving families months-expired baby formula and food intended for young children is completely unacceptable. We shouldn't have to inspect every single item in a Target pickup order to make sure it is actually safe to give our child. After having this happen multiple times, I have absolutely no confidence that this store is properly monitoring expiration dates or checking products before handing them to customers. Given that this has happened repeatedly and has included expired infant products, I will also be forwarding the details and photos of these products to the FDA. This has gone well beyond a one-time mistake and needs to be addressed. read more

The good thing is most staff are helpful. But recently they started to just place the Pokemon and other trading cards on the shelves. As expected one scalper took a cart and hoarded most of it and called his fellow scalpers and took the rest of the Pokemon boxes. Less work by the staff as compared to having Pokemon fanatics fall in line at the counter and check out and make sure customers only has a limit of 2 items. I bet this is a decision from the supervisor or even higher. When somebody gets injured because of this Pokemon cards being on the shelves as compared to be placed behind the customer service counter, I am sure you it will cost more headache and even more money from Target. They cant make up their mind. Every week I come things are moved. This location can not seem to keep expired items off the shelf. I am very disappointed that every time I go I find expired items on the shelf. I am not talking days old. These items are weeks past the date. This time I found 20 packs of expired tortillas. The funny thing is they have been relocating all their food and pantry items over the past few weeks. Not one person thought to go thru their products and swap the items out. This location has also cut way back on their book selection. I am not sure who decided to make the book area small but that was a bad idea. They do have some books at the front of the store near the lines. Not a fan of the lines. Usually 1 or 2 lines are open. Self check out only allows X amount of items or less. read more

I am excited for the face-lift Target is getting in the next year or so as the store looked pretty dingy. The shelves weren't fully stocked and the apparel was hung all sloppy. I found what I needed but I miss the surprise random treasures I used to find. I went to 2 stores and felt the same lackluster vibe. And the tp's very thin and fragile. + Ample parking. + It's the closest large store from Cypress College, if you want to play pickleball but need the nearest decent public restrooms. - But no paper towels. . Glad the door has a foot handle so you don't have to open it with your hand though. read more

The store is located in a popular center with many restaurants. It is very clean and well organized. The AC was on high to keep produces and flowers fresh all day long. This store has so many sales compared to other nearby Targets. We picked up some toys and body cares on this trip since the prices were lower than usual. The staff are nice and fast at checkouts. We will definitely come back often to check out more sales items. read more

Joseph at the return department seriously saved the day. A few days after I bought a bunch of clothes for my baby boy, a 40% off sale went live... which, as any mom knows, is painful timing. I came back to return a couple of items that didn't work out and figured I'd at least ask about a price match. Joseph was incredibly patient and efficient throughout the whole process. He didn't rush it or make me feel like I was being difficult, which honestly can happen in these situations. He took the time to double check everything, made sure the pricing was correct, and handled it all with such a calm and helpful attitude. It made a frustrating situation feel easy. It's Dec 23rd and they only have one poor employee working the drive up. All drive up spots filled; She is calling for backup and no one is responding on the radio. Wait times were 30minutes or more. I'm still waiting for more my order. Other employees are coming out with more carts full of items and she is the only one trying to take orders to cars. I hope she gets a raise. AVOID CURBSIDE PICKUP! Ordered a curbside pickup and while I was waiting in the pickup spot an employee let the shopping cart roll away and hit my car leaving a dents and red scratches on my white car while they were giving someone else their order. They said they would get their manager to come out but after waiting 15 minutes I went into the store where the manager was and they said I had to file a police report when the employee already told the manager that they hit my car with a shopping cart. On top of that, they didn't even give me all of my items that I had ordered! I chose curbside pickup to save on time but it ended up constant me so much more time and stress!!! read more

This Target has a lot of potential... especially for being in a safe area/neighborhood. As a new mom I'm able to gauge how nice of a city I'm in by whether or not ready made formula is locked up or freely in the stalls. I noticed there was similac that was easy to grab which is definitely reassuring to see. But I did notice the entire store was generally very disorganized, messy, and you could say a bit dirty. Hate the fact that this is the closest target to my house and every time I come for a pick up I wait at the drive up more than 25 mins . I arrive 8:20 and right not 8:48 still no one come out with my order and I don't know how longer I have to wait . The reason people chose online order and pick up so they can save time shopping but I'm wasting my time here OK, so I end up coming in the store with all the people that been waiting same time with me and they have three employee just standing inside and help people in store. No one was sent outside for drive-up order. The guy with curly hair said he was the "only one " working . NO! there is 2 more employees and you all just stay inside helping customers inside the store . We end up waiting 40 minutes just for an online order that's supposed to "save time and save money". This is ridiculous. The store manager need to do something. read more

Do not get grocery pick up from here. I have had multiple times where they either forgot full bags of items for me or gave me extra items meant for someone else. They regularly take 20+ minutes after you check in to bring groceries out because they only ever have 1 person working both inside and outside. And they have the dumbest policy I've ever heard of where they don't bag anything refrigerated. It's a disaster read more

Update: I'm noticing a disturbing trend where there is a line a mile long for the self-checkout and only one actual person running a register. I was going to pick up a few items along with my prescriptions, but decided otherwise once I realized it was going to be a ~15 minute wait. It's been like this the past few times now - this is not where you cut corners to save cash. I go here because it's close, not because it's perfect. I use Drive Up or Order Pickup most of the time since it saves me from walking the store with kids. This weekend took FOREVER for my pick up. IDK how they train their employees it it was rough. When I do go inside, it's usually fine if it's organized and stocked. If shelves are wiped out or it's too crowded, I don't try to make it work. I just leave and come back another day. read more

Been going to this Target for years. Admittedly it had been awhile because my disability makes it hard to carry heavy things through a store, so I had been doing online orders. Today I went in person. I had a heavy basket of things that I paid for in self-checkout. Did nothing weird or out of the ordinary that I think would garner attention. After paying I put everything back in the basket because I forgot my reusable bag and they've gotten rid of all bags in the store. I thought I could carry things out to my car in the basket. There weren't any signs about the fact baskets have to stay in the store. So I started to walk out and the self-checkout guy stopped me and said I couldn't go any further with the basket. So I'm thinking, how am I going to get all this stuff to my car? So I put it in a cart. Didn't complain. And before walking out, this time, the same guy walks up and questions whether I have a receipt for all the things in my cart. Bro watched me checkout. No reason to approach me. I said YEAH and gave him my receipt which he proceeded to carefully scrutinize the contents of my cart and if everything matched the receipt. He then handed it back to me and gave the most sarcastic "have a wonderful day" I've ever heard. I truly believe I was profiled as a visibly Muslim and disabled person. No one else was being stopped. Just me. The person who looked different. Target publicly ditched PRIDE, aligned themselves with ICE, and now clearly are out to target and accuse people who look different of stealing. I wish I got the guy's name. Horrible. Never going back to a Target again. read more

Whoa buddy this Target is not a pleasant place to shop. Sparse shelves and a weird layout. Spent way to long walking back and forth on a wild goose hunt for things that should be where the app says they are (but they're not, or they're sold out). And yes I know the inventory on the app is wildly unreliable but if the app says you have 3 left of something I feel like I have a pretty good chance of getting 1 of them. It was slim pickings on manyyyy things though. Also self checkout was shut down. Boooooo! Everyone was funneled to the cashiers and I had to interact (kinda) with a cashier who hated her job today (don't blame her), but like, I'd much prefer to interact with a self checkout screen. Daringly after all of this I visited their Starbucks for a black cold brew and watched as the barista (thankfully friendly) poured water over an espresso shot and serve it to me. Like my girl, I didn't ask for an americano. At that point though was just like eh could be worse. While I was on vacation recently to visit my dad, friends and family, I came here to shop for toiletries that I had forgotten at home in ATL. I used to live nearby years ago, so I knew how this Target location used to look back then, and this store hasn't been updated very much since then. Although worn looking, the store was clean. Parking is easy to find, since this store has a large parking lot in front of it. This Target is smaller than most other locations that I've visited. The checkout lines are all scrunched together towards the exit door (just like they've been for years), instead of spread out. When it's really busy here, it's sometimes hard to determine just how long the lines are because the queues are staggered, and sometimes confusing. When I looked for travel toiletries, since my vacation was going to be a short one, the bins/baskets containing all items were marked with the description and price; however, many of the bins had various items in them, so I had to sometimes sift through the bins to pick out the item that I actually needed. When I was ready to pay for all of my little items, there were three checkout lanes with the lights on. One of the checkout lanes had a few customers in it, while the other two with their lights on didn't even have an employee anywhere near the registers. I went to one of the self checkout stations and started scanning my items. An employee walked close to me and stopped, just watching me while I continued scanning, but left before I paid for everything. Weird. read more

I wanna give a shoutout to Enrique I came on a monday around 4:00 and he was in the electronics section. There was no sd cards left and he took his sweet time to grab it from inventory! Fast and efficient :) Plus this was my first time going to the cypress location and it's actually pretty nice compared to my other favorite one in anaheim. Enrique also offered to scan all my belongings I had in my cart to avoid the long lines. Someone give him a raise!! read more

I had to come in store to return my drive up order as I was given someone else's order. This is the 2nd time this month there's been a problem with some or all of the order. The target representative doing our return asked his lead for gift cards to compensate our time ,but didn't fulfill at the end of returning the wrong order. Very unprofessional. I won't be coming back to this target. There's always an issue with not having products or my whole order being wrong. read more

We are currently in purple tier during this pandemic. this location seems to be adhering to CDC safety guidelines and we should all be so thankful. Past few months this store had adequate stocks of almost all their products. current shortages include toilet paper, paper goods, liquid hand soap in the jumbo size. There are more self checkout kiosks than people-powered checkouts. So be prepared to check out yourself if you prefer not to stand in line. oh, and there is are a Starbucks and pharmacy for your convenience. Wear a mask and keep safe. read more

Went in to buy a fan for our shop and I found one that was affordable. The reason for the 5 stars isn't for the fan though it was for the customer service I received at the register. I had the pleasure the be helped out by Alex, he was very professional and helped me out in a prompt manner. What really made me feel like a valued customer however was the simple act of asking me if I'd like a handle for fan so it would be easier to carry.
