5/13/21: I stopped by to look for bathing suits & to get a few personal items. The store wasn't very busy. A crew member was standing around gossiping with a coworker near the bathing suit section & every other word out of his mouth was a curse word. I was shocked that he was that loud and no one corrected him. He acted just like he wasn't at work. Anyway...the bathing suit selection wasn't that huge. When I finally found one I could settle for, the dressing rooms were shut down. There was no way I was going to buy it, try it on at home, and then bring it back. That was way too much work. So, I just got the other things I went there for & checked out. The guy was super nice & helpful. Masks are required & social distancing is suggested. The self-checkouts were open & the store was mostly tidy/clean. I'd definitely visit again. read more

This Target is the worst. Although they have cashier check-out lines, there is never anyone there. It is only self-checkout. The self-checkout usually has at least 20 people in line. I am now at the pharmacy and my prescription was supposed to be ready over an hour ago. Avoid this Target at all costs!!! read more

Good location. The dollar section is always neatly arranged with fun treats to pick up. I visited on a Saturday morning around 1030am. While self checkout was available, there was only one register open and the only cashier was resolving a customer issue while 4 other customers waited in line. After almost 15 minutes, another cashier opened and I was out on minutes. read more

Very disgusted with this Target. After today, I see why I have NOT been shopping there. I don't even shop their website and I will tell you why. I went in got my goods. When I went to the front of the store to checkout, there were NO checkout lanes open. The only option for checkout and leaving was Self-checkout. If I am going to self-checkout then I want a w2 form! I said something to an associate working there and she said that she guess everyone called out. This is aimed at Target in general. I've been ordering Depends Night Defense for several years from Target and now they have decided that the size I need to order for my son. They will no longer ship. I always order enough to get free shipping which is at least 5 bags. I'd like to thank you though for making me search for somewhere new to get them. I like that they have the little dollar racks up front ..Love the snack bar and their selection of funky stuff that you cant find anywhere else besides the internet. I wish they had a bigger DIY section like walmart but its not walmart so its still a cool store! read more

Do NOT go here if you don't want to be treated poorly. They are condescending to the customer. Unwilling to provide even the smallest bit of customer service. They only open one check out lane, and make you weave around through the other closed lanes to get to it. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." I stopped by this Target before going to Southpark Mall. This location is standard but the layout can be a bit confusing. The employees were friendly.A staff member greets customers once you enter the store. There were plenty of checkout lanes open which I appreciated. Customer service is trash.... Well at least the first store associate I encountered. I was appalled by "Denise's" actions and words. I needed assistance with a baby registry. She directed me to a computer that was not working. Then after I explained it was not working, she wanted me to stand in the long line to checkout so I could pose my question again. I had already asked the customers that were standing in line if they were In line to use the self/checkout. All said "yes" so I proceeded to the register where she was. The line was already long when she first directed me to the broken computer but I noticed that she was just standing there watching it grow. She finally jumped on a register after she witnessed my dilemna with the computer. So after I waited for her to wait on the ONE customer that was ahead of me(not any of the other customers in the long self-checkout), she wanted to tell me I needed to wait behind all of them to ask a simple question! But I guess she just did not want to assist me, so she asks for another associate to help but unfortunately, he did not know how to pull up the registry either on his device. Finally got an associate to assist me who was nice and knew what to do. But once I got the items I needed to purchase, checkout time and who was back on the register-/Denise. Now she could barely open her mouth or speak loud enough for me to even hear my total. Of course, never said thank you or anything afterward. Well thanks to your poor customer service skills, I now get to leave this "lovely" review Denise. Target should invest and hire better sales associates.... Not sure how this one got hired. Meh, This was the next stop after Sears to get an item I was looking for.. **This was after the Saturday run around to buy my son a PS4 that multiple Targets SAID they had but did not actually have for people to purchase (like magic they were fully stocked a day later when the sale was over)** I hit several locations and came up empty. So I popped into the Colonial Heights location. The electronics people were helpful and remembered me popping in for the main unit. They said that they had the item and would price match it even after calling a 'manager'. BUT they could not ring me up in the department. I had to go through customer service. Being Christmas you can imagine the line. I waited and had some other items to pick up. When I got to the check out the girl looked confused and I had to point out my item behind her. Then she got even more confused and asked for help from a short haired lady who I can only assume has issues with reading and hearing. She came over waved her hands and said "no, we only price match these web sites". She kept trying to show me a tablet. I wasnt at a web site and I had the receipt from Sears with the price across the street. She could not fathom that the store existed across the street. It was an amazing conversation only made better by the lady behind me trying to talk about amazon.com Best part? They were ringing up the other items. Uhm no, you burned me twice Im not doing business with you ever again. Its not that hard. They have a new savings thing called 'cartwheel' that lets you get discounts on in store items... Yeah that app got cancelled with maximum speed at the counter. No, no I dont think I need to get better savings at Target. read more

This is the worst target! They always mess up my check out or my instore pick up. I had a terrible experience with the a manager named Jasmine. Horrible customer service said oh well when I called to say an order had been messed up, refused to put me on with another manager or give me the name of another manager. This is the only Target I have ever had this many problems at every other one is filled with nice helpful people but I guess a store becomes a reflection of their managers. read more

What can I say, I love target and I always find something I need here. The store location is very convenient which also means on the weekends it's very crowded. It always seems like they are short handed at the registers though with only one or two cashiers - almost makes me feel like I'm at Walmart, almost. read more

Yeah I was in Target a couple of days ago. After we had dinner at a restaurant we headed to Target. They are sorta expensive. I saw a white dress shirt for $25.00 and saw the same shirt in Burlington for $10.00. I hardly go to Target anymore. Too expensive for me personally. read more

This is a typical target, the employee's are friendly and helpful in general. Though I did have one lady ring me up and charge me twice for a couple of items, that was quickly remedied by another lady at the returns station though. The lay out is a little confusing, and certain things aren't where you would expect them to be (the shampoo, for instance). They should follow Walmart's example and make their signs denoting what section you are in clearly visible from other parts of the store as that would save on a lot of wandering around. The fresh produce section is depressingly small and a lot of the stuff is overpriced, but they do have a large variety of home decor that I appreciate. The coupons they send out in the mail are really good. read more

Large and moderately clean. Don't like their jewelry selection though. I wish they'd bring back the old jewelry department. I like the dollar bins and also the little cafe. The food in the grocery section has some really good prices which surprised me since Target is usually more expensive than other chain stores. I enjoy going here. I hate that the security breach happened here, though. Mine was one that was compromised. I wish they had better prices on their clearance items. read more

Very clean store and great lighting. Aisles are wide enough for two shoppers to pass. Departments are attractively and neatly arranged. Looking for storage bins for my college student and found exactly what he needed. Prices are comparable to other department stores in the area. Customer service personel were readily available and actually walk you to the item your looking for! Love Target! read more
