A crew member was standing around gossiping with a coworker near the bathing suit section & every other word out of his mouth was a curse word. I was shocked that he was that loud and no one corrected him. He acted just like he wasn't at work. Anyway...the bathing suit selection wasn't that huge. When I finally found one I could settle for, the dressing rooms were shut down. There was no way I was going to buy it, try it on at home, and then bring it back. That was way too much work. So, I just got the other things I went there for & checked out. The guy was super nice & helpful. Masks are required & social distancing is suggested. The self-checkouts were open & the store was mostly tidy/clean. I'd definitely visit again.

They just had personal conversations going on as if no one else was around. They didn't care about anyone or anything else. Rude! The store was somewhat tidy...it had places where it could've been cleaned up though. Like a million other WM's, there were a million customers waiting in line with only 2 lines open with cashier's & a few open for self-checkout. Ridiculous!!! If they don't have enough cashiers, at least open more self-checkout registers. They have absolutely no respect for people's time. I won't be back to this location. I usually don't even shop at WM anyway, but I knew they would have this shirt.

If you enjoy outlet shopping, the Williamsburg Premium Outlets are definitely worth a visit. The…read moreplace is enormous--probably twice the size of any outlet center I've visited in years. Just about every major brand you can think of is here, making it easy to spend several hours shopping if that's your thing. The only downside is the layout. Instead of being designed so you can start at one end and work your way through the entire center--or follow a convenient loop--the stores are spread across multiple sections. We noticed a lot of people parking, visiting a few stores, then getting back in their cars to drive to another section and repeat the process. It doesn't make for the most efficient shopping experience. We happened to visit during a stretch of 100°+ temperatures, so walking from one section to another simply wasn't practical. We visited the stores we wanted to see, then called it a day. In cooler weather, it would be much easier to spend several hours exploring everything the outlets have to offer. Overall, the selection is outstanding. Whether you're looking for clothing, shoes, accessories, home goods, or specialty stores, chances are you'll find what you're looking for. Just plan ahead, wear comfortable shoes, and if you're visiting during the summer, be prepared to use your car to get between sections.
