To echo Robert's review this is one of the nicest furniture stores around. My girlfriend and I walked in and were immediately greeted by the lovely Tomekia. She gave us the grand tour of the place. Something my fellow Americans will like is their line of 100% USA made furniture. Made with real wood and not that cheap pressed stuff from IKEA. After a couple of hours and revisiting several bedroom sets we made our choice. Delivery was scheduled on Thursday and when the furniture arrived they assembled everything. All the pieces were setup perfectly. Every single drawer slides smoothly, the bed frame is rock solid, and best part of all no holes in the wall. I had bed movers put a little dent in my drywall one time - not these guys! Butterworth will 100% be seeing me again. I have big plans for the future. Lastly, after a few days I received a lovely thank you card. Butterworth may have made a customer for life.

I arrived at the store less than an hour later to make the purchase. When I got there, the representative told me she needed to check the price again and stated that if it was lower, she would honor the lowest price. However, she then informed me that the price was now showing $100 more than what I had just been quoted. She also stated that she was the manager on duty. The following morning, I waited to speak with the store manager. She said she had been briefed on the situation and, interestingly, explained that they now had a "special offer" that allowed me to purchase the item at the original quoted price. While I appreciate that the price was ultimately adjusted, it should not require a second conversation or escalation for a business to honor a price quoted to a customer--especially when the customer arrives within the hour to make the purchase. In my opinion, pricing provided by store representatives should be accurate and honored the first time.

The clothing they had here was gawdy, and strange. It wasn't vintage or antique. They seem to be a different kind of shop that makes strange ornate goods for your bedroom or living spaces, They had a desk and set up for interior design appointments (?) Set up in the back of the shop. I don't understand this place, It didn't seem to have anything to offer, and it isn't the kind of shop you'd go to to pick something out to wear or furniture to put in your home directly from the floor.
