A lot of choices to select for different budgets as well. Adam and Matt are both friendly but not pushy. I did a very cool test to find out my optimal bed support system and tried on 4-5 different ones to locate the one that fits my body and budget the best. Adam introduced me to all the options and let me literally just lie on the pretty tempur mattress comfortably to think things through for like 10mins. Nobody came over to push for the deal. They can also ship to your house! Highly recommend. Plus: I accidentally lost my airpods here and the two gentlemen quickly found it and called me. Can't appreciate more.

Upon my request I was notified 30min before before their arrival that they were on their way, which was greatly appreciated. When they arrived there was a small issue with the screen door and the couch fitting through the door way. They actually went so far as to remove the door, get the couch in, and replace the door all within about 10min! This review is for the Ashley location in Colonial Heights, Va…read more Salesman was okay, no complaints there except for maybe he should follow through after the sale if there is an issue. The issue was that I purchased a bedroom and living room set. I was informed that everything was in stock. Time was important to me as I was moving and had only been able to take a few days off of work. I was promised my delivery would come as scheduled. Delivery day came and went. I called Customer Care and was informed the delivery was never scheduled! I ended up canceling my order. I actually went in person to the store the next day and cancelled it. I was informed it would take a month to get my deposit back. So a month went by and the Customer Care person called to tell me my deposit had been refunded back into my bank account. Weeks went by and I decided to check the credit card I was issued through Nest Credit which is Ashley Furniture's store credit card. I called and found out Ashley did not cancel the purchase and the amount (several thousand) was still pending on the card, reducing the available credit amount I had on the credit card. I called Customer Care and left several messages. I also called and went in person to the store. I was informed someone would call me back and still, no one! I have filed a complaint with the credit card. I have never encountered this before at any other furniture store. I don't know if the issues are at Colonial Heights location store only or all of the Ashley home stores. My experience with this location has been disappointing.
