Too many people come here. Feels crowded and things arent always fully stocked. Ive been to better.

I was really impressed with this pharmacy. First time picking up at Target. Was kinda of nervous but to my surprise I was really pleased. Staff was able to get my prescription together an hour and half before closing. No lines. Friendly services. And most important understood what I needed and executed it. Very happy. so Target app said they had a product in this store so I came early in the morning to make my purchase... I walked to the electric section, and didn't see what I was looking for so I asked one of those "helpful" target team members... he said NOPE we don't have it with out looking. I said the Target App said you had it... He then reluctantly went to the back room for a second n came out and said we don't have it... (i saw him walked in the back then turn around n walked back out.) only to say "I don't know what to tell you, but we don't have it..." no offer to look around to another store etc... Awful store on warranties... I called last night to see how I could use my extended warranty on an electric item I purchased over a year ago: the lady who finally answered the phone just put me back on hold for what seemed like a long time. Then, I was transferred and told they couldn't do any kind of lookup on my product over the phone. So the next day I came into the store and went to the front desk to see if I could lookup my product via the card it was purchased on because we no longer had the receipt or warranty card: they said they don't do that after 30 or so days. So basically, we paid for an extended warranty that we will never be able to use and they cannot/will not look up any thing that's older than 30 days if you loose your receipt. From now on I will shop at Wal-mart, haven't had any return issues there. read more

The store is very nice and well kept compared to other Targets I have been to. The staff is super friendly. Courtney, the cashier that helped me check out, is a sweetheart. Despite the hustle and bustle, she was positive, friendly, and patient as she talked to me about the Cartwheel app. If you have to go to any Target locally, I would recommend this one. read more

I have read some of the more negative reviews and I don't understand them at all. I just visited this Target for the first time. It is a Thursday afternoon so that may explain my positive experience. It wasn't busy at all. Everything was neat and stocked to perfection. The staff was courteous and kind. I was in and out quickly! I will be shopping here quite frequently. read more

I've been going to this store for a couple of years because it's so close to my home. It's clean, well organized and has a large parking lot. I'm not sure who killed the kindness in the workers here, every time I go in and there is a problem the first thing the employees resort to is a bad attitude. This store really sucks bigtime!!! My husband and I decided to try the new market in the Target store since we received the fliers. We will never ever go back there. We came in to look around and do our grocery shopping. We bought several items and since we needed a tomato for our dinner grabbed one of those too. The tomato did not have a code on it and called her manager. Her manager did not know the code for the tomato either so she called her manager. After a 15 minute conversation between the three idiots I was told the tomato WAS NOT FOR SALE!! They had a box in produce full of tomatoes that they could not sell because no one knew the price. We ended up going to another market just to buy the tomato. We will never set foot in that store again. We are talking 50 cents folks. Why not just give us the F'in tomato and build some goodwill to your neighbors? read more

I find that this store has a wider and better selection of bedding than any other Target I've been to. I mean, I still don't know how it happens that these mega-chains can have such different levels of inventory, cleanliness and service, but I'm willing to chalk it up to management and to great customer research. Hey, maybe we people of the Chino Hills-Phillips Ranch area just like to sleep more. Who knows? Worst customer service ever!!! Customers beware of coming to shop here. No need to waste your time. I came to this location to exchange some formula that I bought for a different kind and I wanted to buy 16 cases of it because it's more convenient not having to come back so often so I like to buy in bulk quantities. When I tried to do the exchange I was told that I can only buy 6 cases of formula which is ridiculous because nowhere in the store does it say I can only buy 6. So I told them I wanted to speak to a manager and so she came her name was Jessica and she asked me what the problem was and I said I'm just trying to buy some formula for my baby all she had to say is "it's our store policy we can only sell 6 per customer per day" I told her that's some B.S it doesn't say that anywhere in the store. The least she could of done is honor selling me the 16 cases and accepted she was wrong for not having any signs up saying that there's a limit on how many cases I can buy. Very poor managing skills. She rather have lost the whole sale then to sell me what I wanted. If I would of known I wouldn't have wasted my time coming here. So I told her show me the policy so she went in the back somewhere and never came back out meanwhile the security guard approached me and asked me what was going on and again there I go telling him I'm just trying to buy formula for my baby and nowhere In the store does it say that there's a limit of how much you can buy. I felt that there was no need to get a security guard involved in this. I'm a father of a baby just simply trying to buy formula for his baby and they had to call up the security this is ridiculous what a shame for target. Is this how you treat your customers? I thought target had better standards in customer service. What's even more ridiculous is that I can purchase as many cases as I want online and pick up at this location on the same day. i always go her before heading anywhere else whenever i need to buy some random stuffs. i bring my niece an nephew here to buy some toys on the weekend since toys r us is farther and i don't think it this appoints them. Every time you go to target there will always something that would amaze you.. or just something that you would randomly get even if you don't need it. even though walmart got the lowest price i still prefer this place and walmart would be the last resort. read more

This is one of my last favorite targets. The reason why is the crazy lines and only a few check out stands open. I like the layout. I purposely go here instead of Walmart, but it's hard to justify paying more for this if the line to buy it is just like going to Walmart. read more

DEFINITELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Im here almost every other day just buying stuff I need or just looking for something I want... there is always something at Target that catches my attention and calls my name :) They have really great taste in clothes and shoes that they sell (cheap!) I usually stroll by the shoe section and see whats new. They have a variety of things from shampoos to groceries to cute socks. I love the sales they have ..me and my sister went after christmas and bought like 15 gift wrappers, decorations, and more for dirt cheap.. got the very nice and thick gift wrappers. Almost everything was 75 percent off. Its usually very organized and way cleaner than Wal Mart. I usually make my way through the dollar section (well some items are like 2.50) and always find the cutest things esp. for the holidays (valentine boxes...cookie cutters..sprinkles..etc) then to cosmetics..then so on. Customer service is whatever... I remember there is this one guy who worked there who was always so energetic that I always wonder if he is on crack or something.. its kinda creepy. If you have a question you can always find someone since there are always workers somewhere in an aisle stocking things.. I dont care too much about the service just because I know my way around Target and I have not came across a situation where they were out of an item I wanted. I love this Target specifically over the one in the Chino one on Philadelphia because it seems cleaner. and def. love this over wal mart because its classier :) read more

I love all Targets! This one is really nice and unlike the Walmart in this area it has great reception (although the Walmart here is also really nice). I just explored the area and I really liked their $1/$3 section it had these cute foam swords and headband tiaras which I haven't seen at other locations. I also saw lots of things on sale! The girls, Victoria and Cindy, working at the pharmacy have snobby and discriminatory attitudes. They will treat you very poorly for just asking a question. I don't understand how people with attitudes like their's even have jobs. The Walmart across the street has way better customer service than what those rude girls at Target's pharmacy are toxically spewing out. Because of the actions of Victoria and Cindy, I have vowed to never return to any Target store. read more

This Target store is great like every Target, but it is ver crowded during the day, evening and night. To beat the crowds, go early in the morning or late st night. Or you could just go to Target in Diamond Bar, which I prefer. read more

Store is big, clean and well stocked. Prices are good. Only complaint I have is I wish the employees would be a little more helpful. It's hard to find help and when you do finally find a employee and ask for an item the kinda of point aimlessly to an aisle and say it should be there. Also at check out the checker seemed more busy talking to another employee about some gossip than paying attention when I asked her about the red card. She basically gave me zero information. I declined as she continued her conversation ( might I add across the aisle) with another employee. I would still come back but not as frequently because prices are good and they have what I need. read more

I went in the other day and needed something unlocked from their pharmacy department. I pressed their assistance button, but no one was showing up. I went to go walk around to go find an associate and guess what? All 3 associates I stopped had no keys! Finally the one who was supposed to have keys noticed she didn't have them so I had to wait againnn for the other associate to come help us. It literally took them 25 minutes to come unlock a case! read more

Such great customer service!! I'm a frequent target shopper and have experienced great customer service at this target the many times that I have needed it . From the people at the guest service area to the workers on the floor around the store, they have all been very helpful and understanding. This will continue to be my primary target store for that reason. read more

Super disappointed in Target right now. I went to purchase a GoPro for my upcoming honeymoon and the Chino Hills California store completely botched the pricing because the label was printed incorrectly and the manager refused to honor his mistake. The label listed the "Black 12mp" for $299 with the product directly under it. When we rang it up, it came for $349. The manager, "Austin," clearly did not understand or care that his pricing was mislabeled and brushed us off saying he would not fix it. Then he just left the label there for anyone else to be misdirected. I have pictures of the whole set up. What a horribly run store. Complete lack of customer service. Even the Target tech person confirmed it was an error on Targets part. I still purchased the GoPro, because of a time crunch, but paid $50 more than your labels read. Would give this store zero stairs if possible. read more

I love this pharmacy. They are helpful and fast. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because of their short hours. With every 5th prescription you get a 5% coupon for everything in store. Their supermarket is surprisingly good. So, it makes for 1 stop shopping and prescription pick up. They text you when it's time to refill and text you when it's ready. read more

I had a small issue with some stuff missing from my cart. I returned to the store to get what I bought. Security was no helpful and just tried to send me away. I requested the manager and she was extremely help. I'm happy my issue was resolved but I'm not crazy about targets policy's or how their security conducts them self. read more

All I have to say is that this is the first time I've been disappointed in target! I work in retail and I always make sure I sympathize with the employees because I know what it is like! I used the restroom after I was done at the cashier, it was horrendous!!! Trash all over the floor, crap on the toilets, toilets were clogged up with tissues, dirty floors..I know customers tend to make things messy especially when the store is busy! But the store wasn't busy at all! As a customer I was appalled! As a retail employee; you can do better than that! It's an impression you make even as small as the bathrooms! read more

It's great to see the Target with Starbucks and the quality of the stuff they have for clothes to electronics is good. The only think I would like for them to have is more groceries and the prices of groceries need to come down. One thing they need to fix asap is the condition of the restrooms, someone needs to clean them it's really dirty. read more

Arron and the rest of the crew in the Pharmacy department are great. They work very hard to satisfy there customers.

The Kodak is the best! It's a great place to print pictures and the customer service was great. The young man was really helpful on helping me look for photos that needed to be printed. Overall recommend! read more
