It's a great store to shop! Always clean and light , there isn't pallets of product blocking up isles or employees getting annoyed because you're trying to shop and they're to stock the shelves. Everyone that works here is very kind and always willing to help you; not to mention they have a pharmacy where you can pick up medications if need be! (They also all wear masks, gloves and they sanitize the belt where you put your groceries after every person...that is so important to us! Thank you guys!) We will never go to another Target after going to this one... their selections for everything is off the charts and it feels like the most upscale Target around for miles!! Highly recommend coming here and shopping! You will not be disappointed! Thank you to everyone who works here and works so hard to make this establishment flawless and welcoming!! We are customers for life!!

I was welcomed by Cubs gear walking in. It's near Wrigleyville so I was excited to see the gears. It's not the cheapest, it's similar to their competitors price. I stood in line for the Customer Service as I wanted to exchange something but ended up waiting 15 minutes. There was only 1 person working at the time, and she was dealing with a customer who looked like she was returning materials from her baby registry and was checking for prices 1 by 1. The clothes displays are very inviting. It makes people want to buy the clothes, and convincing. I haven't seen other stores displaying their line of "a new day" like this store. Not my go to Target but I do go here sporadically if it's on the way of my route.

I ran in this target to buy some lotion. I went up stairs and happily noticed a sign clearly posted saying " additional 20 percent off clearance " see attached pic. The lady at check out said, sorry that ( child's sweatshirt marked with clearance tag) isn't on sale further. I politely said, yes it is. She politely says I see no one available to check if that's true. I then offer to go up stairs and take a picture of the sign ( which I do). I bring the photo back downstairs ( crazy service problem already and big waste of time) and the cashier says she has to get a manager. The manager looks at my picture and says " this sign just says these items are on clearence. It doesn't indicate an additional 20 percent off". At this point I'm completely exasperated and reply " you know, I can read- it does say an additional 20 percent off". She proceeds to say " that was rude just give it to her so she can get out of the store" I'm rude? Worst target experience to date. Will stick to other target locations. The whole experience was an outrage.

PS5 bad experience. Poor inventory management. Failed online sale.

People are rude at the Elston location, and while Elston is bigger, it's not necessarily better.

We bought a beautiful dresser three years ago for ~$1000. It had everything we wanted in our price range, enough drawers for both of us, gorgeous details on the outside, that millennial grey color that we love, no complaints. Amazing service at the store. Within a few months, one of the handles snapped off one of my drawers. Then another. Nbd, someone is giving away really good drawer pulls in my local Buy Nothing group. Problem solved. Fast forward about a year, my bottom drawer breaks on the frame. No problem, I pick up a few wood screws from a friend and repair it myself. Now, about a year later, the front panel on one of the smaller drawers has come completely off on the left side, and I can't repair it. Over the three years we've had this dresser, it has slowly been breaking down in new and frustrating ways. And though the folks who work at Nadeau are really friendly people, that "all sales final rule" can and will bite you in the butt. But hey if I ever want to become an Airbnb landlord who pays as little money as possible for instagram-pleasing furnishings, this is the place. Edit- I lived in NYC when I created my yelp account over ten years ago. I never bothered to change my location until now (probably because I didn't know that was a thing!) Nadeau messaged me saying no one from the store recalls ever speaking with me- my husband called Nadeau about the drawers. Seeing as it was several months ago that he called, and his name isn't Holly, I wouldn't expect anyone to remember the call! As I said, the person was very nice, but told us that all sales are final, and that's fine! I have nothing against the quality service of the store, my problem is with the quality of the furniture.

It was definitely worth testing them out because some of the couches are very low. We ended up liking the Hopson and Wilder and the Amelia chair. Staff member John was friendly and helpful. Things I love about my couch: - comfortable & spacious - beautiful color - very pet friendly (hides hair, easy to clean cat puke - iykyk) - easy to use pull out sleeper Things I don't love about my couch: - the cushions move WAY too much, specifically the chaise lounge cushion. The cushion sliding out has caused it to warp/bend (see photo). I have been adjusting the cushion DAILY to try to resolve the problem, but it persists.... - the two sections of the couch (the base with pull out couch & the chaise lounge) come apart DAILY and even when securely reattached, they do not stay together. Unsure if we just got a dud or if all of the couches do this. ^ these two problems drive me crazy. Because as comfortable and beautiful as my couch is, these two issues really make the couch look less put together. And for the price you pay, this shouldn't be the case.
