Management is fantastic and so genuinely helpful at this location (I'm reviewing this in May of 2016 so I can't speak for times before). The manager here was on her way to a break but I stopped her to ask her questions about a product without a tag. She quickly took the time out and found a similar product and provided me with a tag (and gave me a discount because the item I wanted was on sale, too!). The Marshalls in particular has always been clean and organized. They have a ton of amazing products like Kate Spade and Tory Burch. They also have an incredible selection of shoes but you have to go quick because they run out of popular sizes fast. I love this Marshalls because everyone has always been so incredibly helpful. 5 stars.

I went up and down the isles, and everything was in it's correct place. I was able to discover some cool treasures at this location. I bought products from the brands I usually shop for such as: Dove, Herbal Essence, Kiss, and etc. Next time I'm in the area I will stop by.

While in the Lincoln Square area I came here with the intentions of grabbing just toilet paper, but…read moreended up grabbing a cart full of items while taking a look around. Typical! When shopping at Dollar Tree locations, I always get that urge to stock up on basic needed items, such as deodorant, tissue, mailing packages, pens, cleaning supplies, food, and junk food items, hehe. As for this location it's set up slightly different compared to other locations that I have visited throughout the city, but still comprised of the same items. I also love the fact that Dollar Tree locations have items that you wouldn't imagine a dollar store would have, such as balloons, books, tools, and a ton of seasonal & holiday items. The one thing I never regret while shopping at Dollar Tree locations is picking up excess items that may be used down the road because why have regrets when everything in the store costs only a dollar! Gladly there are some vacant spaces to park my car. When I entered I took one cart and went to the kitchen utensils. I grab pork and spoon, knife, spatula, whisk, and many more. After that I decided to buy a plant vase so I can put it in my kitchen tables. I only bought 3 of them with a simple plant. After I purchased everything I went to the counter and paid for it.

Three lanes were lit up, but one employee was folding returns while another spent an unusually long time talking to one customer. The one cashier working confirmed she was the only person checking people out--and she had already rung up five customers in a row, including me. HomeGoods Morton Grove management: if you have 30+ customers waiting, perhaps OPEN A REGISTER. This was completely unnecessary and frustrating.

Today I learned you can drop into a Restaurant Depot without a membership. I never tried to check…read moreone out as none are near us but this one is next door to the Joong Boo Market warehouse that we had just visited. Apparently there are 6 RD's in the Chicagoland area. As an individual non-member shopper, they will give you a one day pass if you want to buy something here but there are some restrictions like no shellfish purchases allowed and such. To be an actual Restaurant Depot member, you need to have an Illinois business license. It's a huge warehouse and most customers are wholesalers or restaurant businesses. Shoppers walk around with large carts because they are typically buying large quantities! So it's all about bulk purchases, and much bigger bulk than say at Costco. Like as displayed at the entrance, you could buy a giant 50 lb bag of potatoes for $12.80! So, the store can be handy if you have the need as well as the storage space for such big bulk purchases.

Beautiful soaps and lotions too. The pajama department always carries a pretty selection as well. I was impressed with the cute pet area also. I found a really cute doggie toy. On this visit they had tons of sales. The price point is already great but when you add sale prices you really get a bargain. I picked up a couple of things for myself and for a friend.
