Went back the manager told me I'm responsible, they don't own the garage, I have to call them. Of course I called it did not work! The manger said to my face: " dont park there , you are going to park down the street next time. 15min grocery with kid now is 45+min with $10 parking. If you can't manage the parking, don't put the big Target logo on the parking and tell your customers you have 45min free parking! Wow, what a horrible shopping experience. This is a small Target I never knew existed. Fast forward to that moment when I realized Pokémon Squishmallows dropped & my weeb self set off in a panic to find them. I placed my order online not realizing how far this one was from home. And what the HECC was a Squishmallow? It looked comfy & squishy & I wanted it. You just click order right? This is how things escalate. Probably one of the coldest nights I've been out, I walked up, still happy to see a parking lot. Good ol Target. It's a smaller location, but everything's very neat & organized. Most things were in stock. I browsed around for a few things I needed, some I didn't, & headed to self check out. Staff was super friendly - yes I'm that person that bought alcohol & needed my ID checked. Behind me was the pick up counter. Again, same cashier, super friendly, grabs my order from the back & compliments how cute & ridiculously large it is. I no longer felt awkward, just happy & yes, I was really here to pick up what others would call a "stuffed toy." (Leave me alone, plushies are great.) We chat a bit & I'm hopping an Uber home. It has been a great pleasure to get know a number of Target locations throughout the city since I had to look for baby formula from time to time. I guess the shortage of different supply chains still helps me stay active, so that is positive and I will take it! I went to this Target, obviously, to look for formula as I saw they were in stock in this Lincoln Park Target. Having free customer parking was definitely convenient for us (there was an attached garage). Thus there was no need to pay for street parking or flesh the lights. The reason I warranted three (3) stars was their parking lot. There were two (2) drive up/pick up designated parking slots, yet the lights were dim and there were some blind spots that did not appear safe to me. Although the signs indicted that security cameras were on, but were they really functional? Would the crimes be recorded with clear images? I don't know and I wouldn't assume. Customer parking was on the lower level and then the customer would take the elevator up to the store. The elevator-waiting area was nicely lit, but the rest of parking could use some illumination. I was not writing this to be picky or expressing my dissatisfaction on Target as a company overall. Criminal activities and public safety have become a major concern for us, so I had no choice but to pay attention to my surroundings, like I always have been doing. It was still worth the trip since I fetched some discounted veggies and they were still fresh when I cooked the next day. I brought a large broccoli for $.89 and two (2) bags of asparagus for under $3. In addition, my baby formula bottles were there (limit 4 per person). I think I could still trust Target, not to mention their app. is user-friendly and I enjoy the services they render, such as in-store pick-up, drive-up, digital coupons, etc. read more

This target needs to enforce the only service dog policy. It is a hygiene issue not to mention many Covid dogs are improperly socialized. I have contacted customer service at target and they really don't give a rats patootie on the situation. When someone gets bit they are going to care and will have set themselves up for quite the lawsuit. read more

I am SO happy this location opened! The location of the store is amazing and even though it is smaller than some other locations, it literally has everything I need including very specific baby items such as formula we use. Given the store is so small as a safety precaution the store has one way traffic down each aisle which is nice (if everyone abides by them). The staff has been super friendly and helpful every time I have gone there and the 45 minute parking at the location is convenient. read more

I love being able to get everything I need in one store. I also appreciate the fact that the stores are always clean, and they don't have employees out there blocking the middle of the aisles during peak times, like some other stores do. Was greeted by every Target employee that walked by, super friendly employees. Good selection of grocery items. Very clean store. Woman's clearance area was amazingly organized. Convenience. I placed an order for several diapers on my recliner, I received the confirmation almost immediately, I drove to target in the pouring rain, parked in the order pick up spot, opened my back tailgate, the target associate came out very quickly and put the diapers in the back, scanned my phone, and I was on my way! Why haven't I done this sooner? I highly recommend this, especially for parents that don't have time, patience for going into the store. read more

Yay! Another Target and the best part is that it is closer from my apartment so super yay! This is a smaller Target than others but it is packed with the essentials plus a good variety of grocery options. If you're into the Impossible Burger meat like I am right now they do carry that and Beyond Burger meat. They do have a CVS pharmacy in it. Staff has been friendly and helpful. They do have a security station at the entrance and plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the store. They have a small checkout area consisting of I think five self-checkouts and two staffed cashier registers that also serves as their customer service and order pick-up area. It may look small but the line moves quick because they make sure to have someone guiding customers to an available self-checkout. They do have a parking garage and they give you 45 min free parking if you make a purchase. When you get your receipt it gives you a separate free parking receipt to use. read more

Everything you need! This Target is small but it's packed full of so many things! There is a produce section, decor, and pharmacy. We found everything we were looking for and more! The staff was super kind in helping us find what we were looking for and the bathroom. The service they provide is very different from other stores. The sales people are willing to help customers and are patient to listen to the customers. The store is super clean and easy to navigate. The self checkout is one of the easiest experiences in the city.The checkout line went really quick and there was more helpful staff there. Cheap prices, accessible and great location, friendly staff, a lot of convenience stuff especially for tourist who want to buy foods and save more money. But,several times I find myself wasting time because they have advertised items as in store but when you get there, they were never sold there to begin with. I live relatively close to this target. It's great for minor things you need on the way home from work and maybe to browse a little. However, it is not a full store target, so there is a lot of decor, etc, missing. It's great for small trips getting lost with some Starbucks, though! read more

Excellent location! They have parking in garage on Webster and curbside order pickup. Decent size. Not a big target, but it's like a legit Walgreens plus a neighborhood grocery stop, plus kitchen wares and an extensive selection of baby supplies. Very excited to have this new Target! read more

By far the best Target! This is the nicest Target I've ever been in. Shelves are always stocked as well. staff seems very knowledgeable at this location. The design is very modern and everything is nice and clean. If I can't find something, Target team members are always super helpful. Love there grocery selection, it is well taken care of! The grocery section seems better than a lot of targets. The biggest selection I've ever seen. I am always treated well at Target, employees assist with a smile and courtesy. Racial profiling by security. Thursday evening, I ordered a lamp online and went to pick it up. I grabbed some other items. We got in line to pick up the lamp and to pay for the other stuff, and I realized I forgot to get a bottle of wine so my husband went to grab it. As I'm waiting for him to check out, I noticed the security guard at the stand intensely watching the monitors. I didn't think anything of it. Once my husband checked out, it dawned on me that security was watching only him. He watched us leave the store, and he left his post once we were out the door. There were other white customers shopping at this time which he clearly wasn't concern with them stealing. I know Lincoln park is racist but I didn't expect that from the neighborhood Target of all places. I'll just shop somewhere else going forward. read more

Target did not tell us that our parking validation was only good for 45 minutes. The irony is that we only spent more than 45 minutes at Target because their stupid parking validation system wouldn't read the ticket. So this Target has effectively rendered their own parking validation system completely useless. Unless you are just coming to buy one or two things, please do not park here.
