I live on South Street in Philadelphia, and I visit this target about once every 2 weeks. There is something about this location that is just so much easier to digest than the south philly location that makes me come back again and again. They recently did a remodel that expanded their food section, and I swear the place is bigger (feeling at least). This Target has the planogram of a few of my favorite Targets. I enjoy when a store uses a similar or same planogram at their stores, it leaves a customer feeling at ease no matter which one you are in. This store is set up differently than the south philly target, and I think that is part of what I like about it. This target is definitely worth the 15 minute drive from philly, that's how much more I enjoy it to its s. philly counterpart. read more

This Target used to be my primary location until I moved to Philly. It was my go-to convenience store for almost everything that I needed. Unfortunately, the Target that's closer to home in Philly is always out of stock of the things I need. It's unorganized and cluttered. My family still lives in Cherry Hill, so I try to stop by every chance I get when I come down to visit. Just recently, I stopped by with my little sister to pick up some toiletry items. I came across so many snacks that were not available at the Target near home back in Philly. Specifically, I was overly excited about the Enlightened Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream Bars that I couldn't even find at the Target back at home or even some of the supermarkets. Yesterday I visited the Target in Cherry Hill, NJ. First I will start by saying I love Target! But my visit yesterday was exceptionally good. A Team Rep. whose name was Keynan (I think) was extremely helpful. I was looking for a ladder bookshelf that I saw online earlier in the day. Keynan approached me and asked me if I needed help. I told him what I was looking for and he was more then willing to assist me in finding what I was looking for. Once we realized that the item I found was an online only item I was disappointed but I continued shopping. Keynan found me walking around the store and told me that he found an item similar to the item I was looking for and showed me the new item. I told him I liked the item and I would be purchasing the item. He also looked up the price of the item for me. He told me that I could continue shopping and he would get a cart and take the item to guest services. I gave him my cart to take the item to guest services. He came back from taking my item to guest service and brought me a new cart. Once I got done shopping I went to guest services .. There was a coupon for online for the item. The customer service rep allowed me to buy the item for pickup so that I could use the coupon. Later the security guard helped me get the item in my car. It was a good experience. read more

This store is horrible any time I come to do drive up it never fails that they forget things and leave stuff out! I recommend going to the mount laurel location if your wanting your order to be handled correctly read more

Not only is this a lovely large and well-stocked location, but it has a Starbucks with great staff, that I can pull up to the door on a weekday morning, leave my flashers on as I run in and grab a coffee before I head off to work for the day...love it! Of course, on regular trips here, I love to spend probably an hour minimum stocking up on everything in their wide, well-lit and well-stocked aisles. Damn you, Target, I can never leave without spending $100 or more! (it used to be $50, now it tends to be more...since I usually hit up the clothing or accessories!) read more

Normally buy my cat food here. Even though Petsmart is right across the parking lot, Target's prices are usually lower. (Plus I can shop for snacks!) This review is specifically to thank the Target employee who went above and beyond the average level of customer service. I had left my keys at the customer service desk by accident - having my spare on my person, it never even dawned on me when leaving that I didn't have my "real" set. When I got home that night- I realized. Thankfully I also carry spare apartment keys in my car. However - I assumed I left them at Wegmans. A few weeks passed by and being busy with work and other tasks, I hadn't called Wegmans back to check on the keys. I ended up being in Cherry Hill and on a whim, stopped at the Target. Patrice, the Target employee, immediately recognized me and said "hey, did you by any chance leave your keys last time you were in!?" I was ECSTATIC! Although I have spares for my car and house, another spare Would have cost me upwards of $200 and some keys I don't have copies for are on that main set! She told me that she kept them up front in the drawer so they wouldn't get Tossed into the land of no return "lost & found" area. She said she figured I would be back eventually and she wanted to make sure that these didn't get misplaced in the back room. I've worked in customer service settings and it's hard sometimes to keep a smile On when dealing with an array of different customers, with different attitudes, problems and demands. Patrice is always very friendly, the few times I have been at this Target- she is typically working the customer service desk. I am really so thankful for her taking special care of my lost keys so they didn't become lost for good! I hope Target realizes what an exemplary employee they have here! Thanks again to Patrice! I love Target but I absolutely hate this location. It's so disorganized, always cluttered-looking and the employees that I dealt with me here are just not customer service oriented at all especially the front customer service desk. There were several customers besides me waiting for the photo area to open and like expected, they were half hour late and provided no assistance whatsoever to the older lady next to me, even though she asked for help. This Target has the rudest pharmacist I've ever met! A machine can count pills and so can a high school graduate. A pharmacist is educated in order to offer services above pill dispensing (which include advice) to their patients. She should be there to answer your questions but instead she is condescending and belittling as if you are wasting her valuable time by existing. The store is so-so but the pharmacist is so awful that I now refuse to shop here! read more

I had been looking everywhere for my daughter Christmas Gift. It was sold out online and in most Target stores (target exclusive toy). Last night I called the Target in Cherry Hill and Sheena was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to help me and she actually found the last toy in store. i had THE BEST big-box-store experience in the cherry hill target today. the younger of the two women (floor managers? minding the lines at the registers?) was incredibly helpful in pointing me in the right direction of the seasonal department, as well as going above and beyond the retail call of duty when i asked her where i could buy a specific Wii game ... she offered to go get it and meet me back at the registers so that i could covertly buy it with our daughter present. WOW! amazing customer service! thank you young lady with the brown hair and big smile - you rocked at your job today and i am grateful. the cashier was also a big charmer with only kindness happening behind the register! nicely done, target cherry hill! read more

Great location, great staff, and the usual Target layout. What's not so great: the parking lot. Or more so, the people who park in it. Even well-placed stop signs and the such don't stop people from parking lot antics such as not letting pedestrians cross, leaving shopping carts everywhere, and speeding. So if you have a hankering to get some groceries, a pillow, a DVD of that movie you liked two months ago, a toy for your nephew, and a pair of sneakers - all in one convenient place - Target is the place to go.... just be careful of the crazies in the lot! read more

Coming here at night is always fun. Employees are pretty cool, things are pretty clean, even before they started cleaning the store at night. The only think I don't like is the occasional overpowering smell of detergent. Otherwise, it's a pretty cool place to shop. read more

Typical target. I went in looking for shoes. Men's shoe section is one aisle out of eight. They didn't really have anything I liked. The fitting rooms are amazing. Nice big mirror, clean, good lighting, and there's a back mirror angled such that you can see your back in the other mirror as you look in the large front mirror. Target, you have lost a customer in me. Recently, I was shopping for agift for a family down on its luck. They came recommended through the Salvation Army with their Christmas wishes. I tried to purchase a Lego toy with afew other goodies. Wanted to use a coupon, $10 off when you spend $50. I spent $80 on three items. When I reviewed my receipt I realized I was overcharged for one of the items. When I returned it they also deducted a portion of the coupon, even though my other purchases still qualified for the full discount. The indifference to the error exhibited by both the cashier and store manager was unbelievable. I returned everything. I will do my shopping elsewhere. Never again will I use target. Talk about a lack of Christmas Spirit. read more

This is literally the worst Target I have ever been to. Do yourself a favor and never come here. Really random layout, really rude cashiers, trashy loud customers, everything was just the worst. There was no one working the floor to help find items, and the cashier who rang me up had no idea what she was talking about and was so rude. I was disgusted walking out of here. I've never had any complaints about Target. I like it much more than WalMart (especially in this area). The store here is nice, you can find what you're looking for. I never shop here for one reason - getting in and out. I can't even imagine trying to get out of there during the holiday season. There is an entrance from Chapel Ave. but for some reason they won't let you use it. So I go to the Target (and the Pet Smart) in Mt. Laurel. I hate being trapped in a shopping center. read more

This is the only target location I go to, I don't even live in Jersey anymore and hate having to go to other stores. They've made improvements, they now have beauty enjoyed to help you find what you need and sometimes things you didn't know you "needed." My only gripe with their beauty department is that they do not cater to women with dark skin. There are some lines that have great colors( nyx) but overall if you have dark skin you won't have much to choose from. Another improvement is how many cashier's they have up front, I used to hate those long lines. Clothing wise, if your a tiny lady or plus size, you have to find out when new shipments are getting stocked otherwise you will have a very rough time getting a style you love in your size and in the color your like. I'm a small in some of their brand and a medium in others and have yet to be able to go in and find everything I want in the color, style, and size I need. Overall you can get great bargains, there's always some sort of sale. read more

I like this target first because it had a massive parking lot. Second I like it because the store itself was very large and had many amenities too it. The staff was friendly as well which is always a plus. Now for the negatives the store seemed very disorganized it was hard to find what I was looking for and even harder to find the exit after I went around the store a bit. It was kind of a cluster f**k I also tried to buy school supplies here and they were out of literally everything. I am aware school just started and people buy stuff like crazy but I also feel as they should have had more stuff on hand considering it's been a few days since school started and the walls and shelves were all picked dry. Another problem I had with this store is that there were no workers besides the cashiers. I just had to ask a question or two about what I was looking for or where stuff would be there wasn't anyone around finally I what I could and got out before I got lost again. All and all this store could use a few improvements but, it wasn't the worst store I have ever been in and especially not the worst target. read more

I was shopping yesterday (10/23/17) and purchased some items which were bagged, but were not loaded into my cart and were left at the register. It was not until I arrived home and realized some items were missing. So I called the store and the guest service rep said she processed the items as paid for, but since they were left the store attendant said they were fair game and they put them back on the floor to be sold again. That is a pretty shady business practice and sounds like a lawsuit on the horizon. I spoke to two separate people and they both said the same thing. I asked if they could go back and get them off the floor and hold them for me until I could pick them up. They said that they could not because they were already paid for and they do not have room to hold the items. I would have to go in, and get them off the floor myself and bring them to customer service to prove I paid for them. My concern is that the items I already purchased would be purchased by someone else and would no longer be available for me. I asked them, what if I called and asked if an item is in stock and wanted to buy it, would they hold the item then, she said yes. I am surprised and was appalled that that they would hold UNPAID items for guests, but would not hold items that were PAID for and left by a customer by accident or the fault of the checker who did not load the bags into a guest's cart. Why wouldn't they treat it as a lost and found item? Because they can make money off it, thats why! So so so very WRONG! read more

The customer service with check out is not the best. I was just there and Dan the manager was trying to teach me a lesson about calling the credit card number while the cashier immediately said the manager wasn't going to give me 5% off. It's not my fault target didn't send me the chip card Reina.. All I was asking was if I could use my card without chop and kept saying No.. Very aggravating.. Not a fan of this target at all- no kind service.. People don't want to work there. Why work? read more
