I arrived 10 minutes early, wrote name on list. And was seen by 1030am. 10:30am was my scheduled appt. i was seen in a private room. Verbally evaluated then asked to step up on padded table. The physical therapist evaluated my shoulder. After being evaluated, I was taught 4 different therapies. And was asked to do them as taught. Post exercises, written instructions were provided. My next visit appt will be next Monday. I had a positive experience.

Had an amazing experience here. I was having trouble finding shorts that fit and had cried when…read moremultiple pairs didn't fit they were a size 10. The sales associate Khloe was fantastic she found me a few pair of shorts that fit in a 12 and cheered me up. We ended up becoming friends as we found out we go to the same college. Everyone is so nice. I left feeling so much better about my body. I have really struggled lately as my formula has caused me to gain weight so it's doing it's job and that meant none of my shorts from last summer were going to fit this year. I also got to say that American Eagle or at least this location carries inclusive sizing and has the most understanding staff when it comes to chronic illness.

They took the…read moreold store changed the entrance so that there is only 1- before there was 2, and crammed an American Eagle plus Aerie together. I don't believe they took over another neighboring store - maybe they did - but regardless it feels cramped. It's open between the stores so you can walk in between them but I don't know if you're supposed to as there are two registers. It's very confusing. The aerie has significantly less merchandise and I didn't even see a sale section- their old location in the mall had a great sale section. We were greeted upon entering the store and everything was in top shape - everything folded neatly and presentation was spectacular - but that's because no one was in the store so it was easy to keep it clean. I came around Christmas when it was busy and it was so crowded which made it even more cramped. Their check out is in the back of the store and there is hardly any room so you had to weave in and out of displays to stay in line. The selection online is larger and cheaper - I hate to continue buying online but this store just doesn't do it for me. I honestly had such a better experience shopping in their temporary store on the bottom floor then any other previous American Eagle experience. It was clean, large, fully stocked. This floor plan is probably more practical in the long run for American Eagle but it's way too cramped. Economically I get it, but as I consumer - I don't like it!

I also picked up a pair of sunglasses for $9. The store had a good selection, with nice displays. It was neat and clean. The salesperson was helpful and friendly.

They suggested I order online. I could have done this from home, I went in to try on and avoid the return cycle. Also this store is extremely hot! The staff and customers were struggling with the heat. Apparently the mall knows this. It's been a problem before. They have a mobile ac unit but it really doesn't cool the whole store. The two employees and myself were standing next to it to get some relief. This store always has dressing room fans but they didn't help today, just blew around hot air, I would have shopped longer to try on items had it not been so hot. The mall is legitimately dying out. There were so few people shopping . Poor HVAC is not going to encourage more people to shop instore.

I walked in feeling very much like Captain Caveman and out of place. Seriously, I almost pointed at something and went "Unga Bunga, me want that" Luckily the sales associate Jay took pity on this poor unfortunate soul. She walked me through the shopping process while being helpful, polite, and hilarious. I really can't remember the last time I laughed that much. Praise her, raise her, bask in her glory!!!! Along with Jay, I don't want to forget about Sam. While not my sales associate she was right there helping and going above and beyond. So much so that she was able to advise me on the best place to get a tattoo (booked my trip up to New Hope tomorrow) If these ladies are the example of what Torrid associates are like, I will make it my business to shop there a lot more often in the future.
