Target is the place to shop for the entire family. They got good customer service, friendly and professional staff members plus an excellent selection and variety of good and necessities. Very good deals throughout the store that helps customers greatly. Everything is organized, clean and neat for customers to fine easily. The newly groceries sections makes the store even better. read more

Biggest aggravation about this location is the outdated check out area which causes checking out to take twice as long.

We registered here for our baby this summer. I have always been a big target fan and have no complaints about the actual store. I do, however, have major issues with their registry. My first issue began with nothing being taken off the registry when it was purchased. I had to manually go in and take most items off as I received them at my showers. Sometimes I would get 2 of the same items at my shower and the registry sill said I had zero purchased and still needed those items. This happened with almost every purchase that wasn't online. I spoke with several people who said they made sure to have my list scanned at checkout and then they themselves noticed the items were still on. This wouldn't be a huge issue if I could just return them for store credit and buy what I need. I found out quickly this is not the case. They only let you retune $70 a year without a receipt and they put that $70 on a target gift card. Yes, $70 a YEAR!!!! So my husband and I both maxed our $70 per year each refund maximum put on a gift card and still had lots of items that were duplicates or items we didn't need to return. I asked the customer service guy what I do now because I cannot get any more store credit apparently and I have all this stuff. He told me that if they were really from the registry then they could scan my registry and see how much they were purchased for and put that on a gift card. I explained that the reason I have so much to return is because nothing came off my registry properly. So we were in a catch 22. Since I wasn't allowed to return stuff and get the refund on a gift card, the guy told me our only option was to exchange it for another item straight across. I was like, isn't that the same as putting it on a target gift card basically? Apparently you have to exchange it that day so it's not the same. So we go though the store with a cart of our stuff with no receipt, get stuff we do need and then go exchange it straight across for other stuff. Luckily this worked out because we still needed a lot, but if we didn't we would have had nothing we could have done with the extra items. You would have to hold into the items while they decrease in value with sales and what not until you had something to exchange it for. I think $70 a year store credit is an insane policy, especially when our friends and family and my husband and I have spent well over $1000 here by having our registry here. Watch out as you could be stuck with things you don't need and cannot return unless you want something else that exact same day. read more

Be warned, security will follow anyone in color. I was a customer regularly, but if I have to have at least 2 staff members on my tail every time I buy something, then the don't deserve my money. read more

I agree with many of the reviews here in that I too am a fan of Target in general, but I wholeheartedly agree that this particular Target is seriously lacking. Before moving near this location, I would go to my local Target weekly and leisurely shop and it was always a lovely experience. Now, with this Target, I feel like I need to get low and charge as quickly as I can through the store picking up whatever it is I need and then GET OUT. And, this Target makes that even more difficult by having two separate locations for many items so I can't even price compare and I need to run back and forth from one section to another (who did the layout for *this* place?!?!?!!) especially if I later find the item I was looking for in the second identical section and then go back to the first section to return the item that was close to what I was looking for (oh, and I'm not talking about bulk items being in another location, it's true for bathroom supplies, housewares, etc.). On a few different occasions I've dragged my husband along and when I couldn't find something he'd go hunt for an employee to help locate whatever we're looking for... finding an employee is almost just as difficult here. Unfortunately, I will keep going to this Target only because it's convenient... sigh. read more

Keeps displays out of items that are out of stock instead of pulling it. Won't sell the display either. Misleading.

Very disappointed in several Target experiences. The day all the cash registers stopped working they promised to hold our very full shopping cart until the next day. The cart was full from an hour's shop and we had already waited an hour in line. Worker wrote my name and HOLD UNTIL SUNDAY on paper and taped it to cart. They did this with other carts too. Sunday morning at opening I'm there for my cart. Customer Service girl has no idea what Im talking about. NOTHING was held from yesterday. EVERYTHING was reshelved by the night crew. NO explanation. They tried to offer me 10% off if I wanted to shop again. ONE MORE HOUR? No. I called complaint line, since the manager wasnt there and got $10 and a canned "sorry" from a woman in another state. Finally wrote this review after being jerked around again by two separate "instock at" lies from the website when store doesnt have the stock out one week after website says it is. Just cant trust them for anything special or out of the ordinary. Regular items/shopping ok. read more

Bad parking, bad customer service, just all around bad. I had to stop here on my way home for an emergency situation and a 5 minute stop turned into a 35 minute nightmare. read more

On a mid-day Saturday,I came in to buy contact lens solution. I picked up a bottle, when I was approached by a female employee who asked "What are you doing in here?" I said "buying contact lens solution". She said "well you can't , We are closed for inventory". It would have been NORMAL IF THE DOORS WERE LOCKED AND A SIGN WAS POSTED. She got bitchy on me and said "I'm going to have you escorted out". I explained that "no thank you , I'll find my way out" and headed for the door. She called on her walkie-talkie to bring one of the galooks from out of the woodwork to see me out. He followed me the last 25 feet. I'm sure she got some smug satisfaction out of pretending she thwarted a major crime . REALLY POORLY HANDLED, TARGET !! I won't be shopping here any time soon or EVER. Send your staff to CUSTOMER SERVICE SCHOOL . read more

My usual go-to for anything and everything is Target, but this one happens to have very rude and unhelpful employees in comparison to other Targets. As I was paying for my items, I put my card into the new chip paying system they have and was waiting for the screen to change. My cashier then proceeds to angrily say, "Any day now miss." I brushed off the comment and typed in my PIN number. As I pushed enter I realized I had put the pin for my other card and politely asked if I could put it in again or reset the screen somehow. The man then started spouting off very rude remarks at me such as, "Well if you weren't so god damn impatient this wouldn't have happened." And, "You pushed the wrong button you're so ignorant...(said under his breath)." May I also include he rolled his eyes at me at least 5 times and threw all of my stuff into a bag. I should've asked for the manager right then and there, but I was so in shock at this angry man who had almost made cry. His name tag had, "new employee" written across it but I didn't catch the name. All I know is that he is not staying their long with that attitude. Target will be receiving a call from me tomorrow morning relating the incident. read more

I went into shop for baby shower gifts. But ended up leaving not happy with a misleading advertisement of product. Didn't feel like the sale clerks really cared that it mislead the customer. And didn't do much but say sorry and had a action of 'It is the way it is' not how can I make this customer satisfied. Wouldn't recommend my friends and family to shop here for baby gifts read more

Not sure why there are two competing big-box stores in this shopping mall, but I vote for Target. You can't go wrong with Target.

I went to Starbucks at Target in Factoria Mall to order a Vanilla Frappuccino with coffee in it. The person with curly hair looked at me with contempt after I told her what I wanted to order (which made me feel like she thought I didn't know what I was doing there). She didn't ask my name (we all know that when we go to Starbucks to order something, they normally ask our names and write them down on the cups), so I didn't know how she was going to tell me when my drink was done. After a while, I went to check to see if my drink was there. I saw a drink there, but I was not sure it was mine, so I asked her if that was my drink. She said yes. The drink didn't look like Vanilla Frappuccino with coffee, because it looked all white, so I asked her if she put coffee in it, she said she didn't . She rolled her eyes at me and said she could blend in. After she's done, she pushed my drink to me very rudely. I was not happy about her service, so I called the Starbucks customer service line to complain about it. I was told the employees at Target Starbucks are not Starbucks employees, they are from Target. I went to talk to a manager at Target about it and asked him if I could write a complaint. He told me that I didn't need to write down anything to complain, all I needed to do is talk to him and then he would talk to that person about it. I asked him how I would know if he talked to that person or not, he said " You just have to take my word for it." I don't know what to say at this point. All I know is I'll think twice before I shop at this store again, as this experience will always be remembered. read more

Worst target experience. The store is an absolute disaster, nothing organized and filthy. Horrible customer service.

I love shopping at other Target stores, but this one could use a little more love (or better management). There is always a wait to check out, and they are often out of the item that I can in for (as in, there is a giant empty space on the shelf). Finally, they never seem to have my size (XS to M) in the clothing department even when the racks are full. The location is so convenient. I wish they'd manage this one more like other Target stores! read more

Average for Target stores. I hate Target because they've destroyed the economy like Wall-Mart. I've tried to shop here a few times with friends but couldn't stomach being in there. I left after a few minutes. It didn't help the customer service is horrendous. Each time I passed an employee; they ran away and hid each time I came near. Good luck even finding an employee for questions. The customers fighting for parking are even worse. read more

I have been satisfied with my shopping at Target, Factoria, for 11 yrs now. However, I have a huge gripe that has just started to happen over the recent several mos.: on 4 separate occasions I have been at Target and the clerks are talking amongst themselves in Spanish , not English. I resent this since they could be speaking about me . How would I know ? This has happened at the checkout, and other times when the clerks are restocking shelves. Once, two clerks were carrying on a conversation in Spanish across the isle from each other. It seems to happen when they are not busy and not supervised. I wanted to ask a question , but didn't , because I didn't want it to interrupt the conversation , so I just left and didn't get what I needed. I find this offensive, rude, and Very Unprofessional. It has made me not want to return . I really hope this can be fixed. Three stars for Target and -1 star for the rude clerks. read more

This Target location was always a little grungy for the area (being Bellevue and all) but I could always find what I was looking for. It wasn't until recently I went in and bought a set of plates that I became completely dissatisfied with the customer service. So I am being rung up and my total comes to a much larger total than I expected, but it was busy and I had places to be so I didn't bother looking at the receipt until a few days later. I then realized the girl rang me up $20 more for the $59.99 set of plates I bought. I went in not even a week later and talk with customer service. They said there was no way of proving the price of the plates was $59.99 the day I bought them. I even showed them the internet price (which was the EXACT same price) but the guy then proceeded to tell me that they don't match Target online (which he lied-they do, unless noted otherwise that it is only an 'online price'). Target is really changing it's look, with the new grocery section and overall remodeling they've done, but because of their screw up, I ended up paying $79.99 for a set of plates that I know is only worth $59.99 and the fact that they didn't try to make the customer (me) happy in any way really pissed me off. I am no longer shopping at this Target anymore and I suggest you keep an eye on your receipt for this mistake could happen to you. read more
