Overcharged and poor service. I went shopping to get a birthday gift and when I went to self checkout, one item rang up higher than it should be. There was a price discount on the item that was not honored on the system. I told the brunette at self check out and she asked am I sure? I told her there was a tag on the item properly placed. It should be lower. I told her it was a low $15. she said she would put 1599 but nothing lower. I told her it wasn't that much and she still refused to go lower. I had to then take a picture of the item by traveling all the way back to the back of the store to then go to guest services to get the right price because the self checkout girl refused to verify the price refused to honor the lower price and treated me poorly. Your store overcharges and provides poor service. I don't recommend going here. The burden approve should not fall on a customer to fix your price system. read more

Our good 'ol local Target is one of the better Targets around the bay. It clean, the employees are friendly and courteous, and Target as a brand is head above shoulders compared to Walmart. I do want to dock them after the completion of their remodel. I do miss their 'old' food court. Another Starbucks, really? Bring back your Archer Farms Mango shake, personal Pizza Hut pies, and popcorn. Our quick stop turns into a snack delight with the kids when their old food court was still there. Now that is no more. Went here today for the first time in awhile. Everything is locked in cabinets. Even toothpaste. Was ridiculous. Took incredibly long to wait on staff to open the cabinets. Stupid concept. I'd like to give more stars because the lady was nice but I'm disgusted at how you guys deliver customer service. I'm having trouble understanding why I'm being profiled for how I look. I came to the back to purchase wireless headphones (not a cheap purchase) and a headset and my interaction started off nice until I was treated like I was a criminal for wanting to make a purchase. I'm aware of the policy on not letting customers walk around with lock up items but there is no policy on preventing customers from inspecting the items they plan on purchasing. I ask for a price check on two headset's to compare price to utilities with no problem. Then when I ask yo compare the headphones everything flipped. I get closer to ensure security and ask to read the box to compare if it was worth getting the beats buds or pros. As I have the box half in my hand he tightened his grip and pulled it away from me. IS THIS HOW YOU TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES ON CUSTOMER SERVICE? I have never felt so out of place and mistreated in any establishment in my life, nor have I seen anything this disrespectful and disgraceful in my 6 years in customer service. BROCK needs to take a look at you guys policies and I hope something is done about what has taken place. As a paying customer I should be able to come in and feel comfortable. I tried calling the store for information. The phone rang forever and they hung up on me twice. Poor customer service is what I call that.

This Target has gone so for down hill I don't know if its savable. This was your 3rd strike from me. 3 weeks ago I went to the store to get a desk lamp. The first thing I notice is the filth right when you walk in the door. Garbage on the floor the cart full of debris and super sticky floor. I went to the lamp section picked a lamp and went to check out. Only 2 lanes open and one self check that had a line past the entrance. Strike 2 Went with my daughter 2 Saturdays ago. The homeless were standing in front side of the door aggressively pacing and walking into the street and back. We were looking for a few items. The store was just as dirty. I went to use the bathroom and it was disgusting. The garbage was overflowing, no toilet paper people had used paper towels. Sinks were gross. I wanted to take pictures to send you it was obvious no one had cleaned in there most of the day. Once again only a few lines open and the self checkout backed up down the isle. Today was the 3rd strike. I stopped in to get my cleaning supplies I parked and started to go towards the door. There were 5 people doing drugs right there in front of the building. There was an employee out front and older lady and myself had to go around the druggies. When we cut though the parking lot 2 of the people who were in that group started walking angerly towards people in the parking lot. The older lady advised the employee this was happening, he could see it happening also. He told her there is nothing they can do this is Antioch. I still went in and got my cleaning supplies But this will be the last time. Please get security that can do something. We don't want to put employee's at risk and your customer's in danger. I was just at the Brentwood target and it was crazy only two cashier's and one of the side of self check out open with lines all the way down the aisles with them having no back up cashier's available I waited in line for 20 minutes to check out the cashier said that target had cut the employee hours I do not understand why you would do that on a holiday weekend and if you close self check out wouldn't you make sure you are staffed with cashier's and back up cashier's so you can get your sales the way it was today was not a great way to run a business and usually when I shop here there is always a abundance of cashier's or back ups bring back your employees read more

I just had a great experience here. Still little to no formula I looked and the pouches are fairly scarce but, the customer service was awesome! I was waiting in line and Jasper walked up to me encouraging me to use self check out. I explained that I felt bad because I had so many pouches (I buy for 2 babies) that I didn't want to hold up the self check out line so he ensured me someone would help and sure enough this lady helped me scan them all while I bagged them, paid for them and left! It's almost impossible to find employees to open the locked cabinets. I understand that theft is high, but there's never enough employees around for help. There is a reason we don't shop at Walmart and one of those reasons is that they like to check your receipts on the way out. Personally I think it's tacky and almost disrespectful to those of us that work for their money. So how come after a $400 purchase, was I stopped at the door and asked to provide a receipt??? Is it because I'm off today and am in a hoodie instead of one of my suits I wear to the company I run? Perhaps it's because my wife and I are both Brown? I don't know but what I do know is singling people out that you don't have on camera stealing things is a risky line. Not only was I harassed by a homeless man asking if i had an iPhone, but in the same time frame he harassed a young target worker and an elderly couple where he proceeded to ask for money and offered to give them a "gift card" in exchange. My issue here was that at the time of him harassing this elderly couple, a target worker was on her phone and walked right passed the situation as I argued with the homeless man to leave the couple alone. No one asked him to leave nor even cared to intervene and he continues to ride his bike in the front entrance. read more

I am so frustrated with this location. They seem to have a real problem with their drive up. I don't know if they're extremely short staffed or what the issue is this but this isn't the first time that I've placed an order and had it take FOREVER. This time I'm at 6 hours and it's still "processing". I love this target even more. Today there was an issue and the manager was more than helpful. We went in around 12:40 on 12/15 and he exceeded my expectations when the issue happened. It's a busy time as we're getting closer to Christmas and he was so generous. Unfortunately I can't remember his name but he fast to fix the issue amongst the holiday chaos. Would give 0 stars if I could. Danielle according to her she is the store manager which I highly doubt, she has the worst customer service and had to wait for pickup order for an hour. She decided to walk inside without attempting to do any type of service recovery. There was a loose dog at the entrance so I couldn't even enter the store. At this point I have sent a letter to corporate services and target ceo Brian Cornell. This type of poor behavior is unacceptable. The only reason this is a 3 is because the Pharmacy staff is friendly and because it's convenient for me to get to. This store is always out of stock on items. Clothing is over crowded, but items people usually go for are many times empty. Food is often spoiled. Look at the bagged salads and the lettuce is either turning the orange color or dark green and slimy. They're overpriced on food items and selection isn't great. The store is dirty and staff are either not friendly or they're being over the top can I help you in the way that makes you feel like you're bothering them by being there (clothing area especially). Now they've gotten rid of the "Cafe" to make it a full sized Starbucks. There's one right across the parking lot. No more grabbing something quick at non-Starbucks prices. read more

I love target!! It's my favorite go to store for all your needs. This store however seems to be going down hill. They just remodeled their store and moved everything around. They took away a ton of products and they never seem to have anything in stock. Most of the time their refrigerated food and fruits are close to empty. The one good side is the customer service is great and they always do their best to help you find something. read more

I purchased a video game for my daughter birthday and asked the salesman about the return policy. He said I could return it opened within 14 days and unopened within 30 days. When my daughter opened it she realized this was not the right version of The legend of Zelda and took it back 2 days later for exchange. Then she was told they don't accept it since it was opened!!! It is a very poor customer service and the sales's person misled us . Since we were given the wrong information they should have accepted it and exchanged the game . My daughter and I are very disappointed about this purchase and will not consider buying games or other things from Target store. read more

I usually at target 4 times a week and today I was at self check out and my mom had asked me to buy her a toaster oven. I was scanning my items first and my once I was done I was going to make a different transaction for my moms toasters oven. Placed an order online for an item. The app did not give the option to buy the additional extended warranty. When I got to the customer service desk I asked if I could still purchase it. The associate said yes. While the associate was very friendly they did not inform me that even after doing a return and repurchasing the item with the included extended warranty that agreement between Target and CC companies like visa and Mastercard is that they will place a hold on those funds not 3 days but 7 days. So I called the store and a different associate informed that it was 3 days... I call corporate customer service and they now tell me I was misinformed and that it's 7 days so I won't get my money until 3/21/22. This definitely makes me think twice on weather I want to purchase at target online or in store. read more

Just a normal target nothing special. Theres a lot of pickpockets that seem to come here because if you walk through different isles of the stores you'll see open packages, i.e toys, electronics, food. Just makes it less appealing to come here as a customer, rather go somewhere like San Ramon, even if its further out of the way cause their store is very clean and neat compared to the one out here read more

I was having a really thought day and was very tight on funds. My target app auto sent my drive up purchase to a store I was near when we were driving. I came to this store expecting my package to be here and it wasn't. I was already distraught from a situation earlier that day. I have been going to this Target for a long time, but tonight the manager named Kimberlee was not helpful at all. The line for online pick up was long, the returns and exchanges was a faster line by the way. Anyway, I was picking up an online order that I placed, the quantity of the item that I ordered was a 30 ct pretzel sticks, they gave me 4 ct, and I had asked why are they are giving me a lesser count, Kimberlee said that they can't honor what I had ordered online. Target here is humonguos. the layout isn't the same as all targets so didn't wander to check out many section. just checked out the med section to look for a cold/cough capsule fill costco carries. sadly, the generic meds offerings here are meager. still grabbed an eye solution (8.99) pros:. -friendly, smiling cashiers, (never at walmart) short lines. -reasonable prices for some items. -in house food franchise -lots of parking -clean, wide isles. -clearly marked sections. items easy to find. cons: -looking for cheap meds ala costco for colds. target didn't have. read more
