If I could leave negative stars I would, I am hoping this review helps others with their future furniture purchases. I was shown this place by a friend and when we went to check out what they had the products were limited some good others a little out dated. The employees seemed nice at the time and helpful, which I'm sure they just wanted to make the sales. So during the time we went it was a 4th of July sale so some products they didn't have at the store but they had it online and told me they can get it delivered to the shop within a week. Sounds good right. We'll I put the order in for some bar stools and a bunk bed. Mind you I went to Ashley's Furniture 2 weeks after making this purchase and they had the same bunk bed for cheaper with a full return policy. Well before I get into the return policy I kept having to call about my order since 4 weeks have already gone by. They don't call you to update you on orders or anything you have to call them and stay on them. Not professional at all. Then when we we t to get the bunk bed no one there helps you load it. You basically have to do everything yourself while they stand and watch waiting for you to sign. But that was the least of my problems. The bar stools finally came in about 6 weeks later, these things were cheap as hell and missing some of the screws and brackets. I didn't open the boxes until I got home, well I called the place and told them I wanted to return them. The girl told me there's a no return policy, "ONCE YOU LEAVE THE STORE WITH THE ORDERS AND OPEN THE BOX YOU CANNOT RETURN IT!" Nowhere did it say anything about a NO RETURN POLICY. How is this even fair to people when the product was ordered online because they didn't have it available at the store. So if you purchase anything from here make sure to open the product at the store to make sure it is what you really want. I really don't see this family owned business lasting that long. Go shop at Ashley's Furniture, better quality, faster shipping and full return policy. read more

I would never purchase from here again. very unprofessional. I got a bed delivery my bed wasn't put together properly it broke. They did another delivery half ass did the job, they had to come back with 20mins of delivery to do what should've been done. Yet they still didn't ge tit right or screw in correctly: mind you the employees told me they have had problems with the delivery guys. I have called several times a day for a week straight to speak with management about my delivery my purchase of the bed that was not set up successfully To get help. they have not answered my calls, Called me back as they said they would. Today, the manager Alex who is very rude to be the manager as he said was disrespectful he did not want to hear me out he kept telling me get straight to the point you reported a scratch that wasn't told the day of your delivery which wasn't accurate he said he didn't want to hear a 20min story but in order to assiat me how could he not hear what's going on the full story. I followed there protocol sent two emails to there dispatch team never heard back. Cassandra took my call today was very rude and didn't even say she was transferring me to Alex. My bed remains broke still, this is not good customer service or follow up. Cassandra, Evelyn both said they would check in with me never happened. Cecilia as well I believe her name was. It's very disturbing that now they have revived a payment they don't want to help me fix or solve the issue. I have never felt so upset by a business as they call it. No one does follow up the only person who did was Rita other then they have no remorse, customer service or sense of helping anyone. if Alex is the manager and got the full story he would understand my frustration. all I want is either a new corrected bed or they can take it. very upsetting how this turned out. Cassandra to answer my call tell me this is a business we have tiger customers to attend to was not considerate. For no one to reach out to me to even say hey this is taking longer then needed. Alex keep saying I was rude and yelling and this is why he's the manager he doesn't deal with all of this, that felt so wrong as a customer. I am frustrated I've been calling since Monday 07/24 when the second delivery occurred. For him to assist it was from a scratch is by far off. How do you treat your customers like this. read more

All signs say open, but the store was closed 2 hours before. Waited half an hour to see if anyone showed up, but no. There was about 3 people who also tried to go in. I called the number to see if anyone would answer but a random person did saying they have no idea why they r using there phone number. Seems super sketchy. I bought 2 whole bedroom sets from here. Got the 5 year warranty on both. Well, my daughter's dresser drawer broke and her lights around the mirror don't work. Not only are they not going to fix it, they said it wasn't covered under warranty. I paid $200 for that warranty. You would think , AT THE LEAST ,they could send someone out to fix the drawer. When I called there was absolutely no solution that they could come up with the response was well you had 30 days from the time of purchase after that oh well you are on your own ! I absolutely love Good Deals Furniture. The customer service is beyond amazing. Lay-Lay was very sweet and helpful. She made sure I got exactly what my family and I needed for our new home. I felt like we were friends during the whole process. I had a small issue with my order and delivery. Emmanuel made sure to take care of it ASAP. You can't help issues that occur but you can help how you resolve them and how you take care of a customer leaving them with a smile. Mikal helped by filling up and making sure I stayed in the loop. Someone messaged me back via my inquiry that they were open 10-6pm. Online stated they were open as well. I drove an hour with my little girl during a shelter in place to find the store was closed today. Apparently Wednesday's they aren't open. I called and someone answered and explained this. He asked I come back and I said I wasn't driving back as it was an hour away and he then proceeded to hang up in my face. Thank you GEORGE. I won't be returning as your lack of customer care or service was inexcusable. I will be sure to spread the word. read more

Worst experience ever. False promises made by Adam, the manager just to ensure the sale is made. Once the payment is done and the deal is signed, that's when we get to know his true color. Price of the ordered products were cheaper (off by ~250$) on their website and he would not honor their own online prices when I reached out to him. Product not delivered by the promised date and there is no commitment from the management (Adam who self proclaims himself to be the supreme authority of the entire workforce) about the new delivery date. Horrible experience when I try to follow up, where I am put on hold indefinitely with no response. I still don't have a delivery date for my order made on 1/21/2022. I am told they I may receive my product mid or late March if I am lucky and Adam the manager would not want to commit to a date just because he does not want to be held accountable. I wish I had read through the Yelp comments here before I walked into their store. read more

I initially gave them 1 star because they messed up my order and I was LIVID, but they made up for it. I wanted a black sectional. I WAS ABSOLUTELY adamant on black. Come to find out, they actually had no more of the black, so I was out of options. Adam is really personable, so people may take him for "unprofessional" but he knows how to do business. That's a professional..anyway, he spent some time trying to make me happy and he worked a deal with me that I couldn't decline. And I'm hard to please once I am unable to receive what I was excepting. If you just talk to him, he will actually try to help. Yes there's mixed reviews but give these people a chance. Buyer beware - All I can say is do your homework. All sales are final and no returns. I made the mistake of checking out a furniture store nearby me. It is the manufacturer of the couches I bought and they were $2000 less than what I paid. I called the store to see if there was anything they could do. All the sales person over the phone told me was there are many fakes out there that's why it's probably cheaper. read more

My mother purchased a couch and didn't receive the best service to say the least. The purchase was done on April 14th 2021 and the couch was a special order and had a delay. The material delay is not the issue but the couch was ordered incorrectly and when it finally came in August 2021 it was not what my mother expected. The handling on the recliner portion of the couch was wrong and when pointed out the salesman Emmanuel blamed my mother on the mistake but after she was able to provide proof of the agreement he offered a store credit of $100 or $299 towards a area rug. But he didn't mention the area rug option is ONLY for the stock displayed rugs (which are all used and dirty). This overall experience was not good and with multiple delays, no real customer service, and a lot of blaming from the associates. read more

I wish I could give them a negative star. Their customer service sucks. Adam their manager is the worst. He lied about how much a couch cost. He gave me the couch on the floor for $300 over what Ashley was selling for a brand NEW couch. Even on their website that exact furniture was only $1200. He swindles vulnerable people who do not know any better and pressures them into making the decision right then and there. The quility of the furniture is trash. It is suppose to be be Ashely furniture but it came with all marks and was torn and they didn't even fix it. This dealership is the worst. I recommend you buy from Wayfair and not from these people. If you work hard for your money and want to spend it on furniture that won't fall apart, do not buy furniture from here. I am so upset with this company. I tried to support a smaller, local store during the pandemic. I should have just gone to Ashely's, or Macy's or some other place. I am never in my living room so don't buy a lot of furniture. I stopped here after seeing some cute looking furniture online. I didn't really have a sense of what to pay for a good couch or dining set to be honest, but I did think their prices were a bit on the higher side for a place called "Good Deals". I bought a couch and dining set. They claimed their delivery van was stolen the day or two before the items were to be delivered. The items were finally delivered after a week or two, and a chair was missing. I had to wait weeks for the missing chair, which they finally delivered. I also had to keep contacting them about it. I sat on the bench twice since it was delivered, and it cracked the second time. When I type I sat on it twice, I mean twice, as again, I'm rarely in my living room. I contacted them on the 12th or so of January. No resolution yet. I'm filing a complaint and also going to look into my rights legally. I paid over $1000 for the dining set. There is no reason it should have cracked the 2nd time I sat on it. I'm not that damn big. I'm afraid to invite someone over and have them sit on the chairs. I don't know if those will crack as well. They're selling cute looking, cheap quality furniture. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

I have spoken with Adam multiple times and was told that their shipment has not arrived yet. He told me to call him back in May to check.
