This guy is absolutely awful, milking home warranty money while completely disregarding customers. He came to my house, said he needed to order a part and would call me, and then I never heard from him again. Never will he pick up the phone when you call him unless you are a Home Warranty company, which he likely whitelists and kisses up to. I tested this by calling him and then immediately calling my Home Warranty company which called him. I did this a few times because he never provided any status updates. Guess which calls he picked up? My fridge was leaking and destroying my hardwood floors for over a month waiting on this guy to replace a small part that I doubt he ever actually even ordered. Every week I called the Home Warranty company, and he would tell them that the part would arrive next week. This went on for over a month until I gave up and took the cashout option. Of course, he relentlessly pursued compensation from that too, taking about $200 from my payout as expenses to return a small part. read more

I just had a great experience with Bulldog Appliances! We called Fidelity, our home warranty company over the weekend to say our refrigerator wasn't running. Unfortunately, they couldn't find anyone who could come out on Monday. They referred our claim to Bulldog Appliances and Manuel arrived promptly this Tuesday morning. He diagnosed the issue (frost had frozen the sensor panel in the freezer) within two minutes! He ordered the part and said he'd be back on Thursday/within 48 hours. Again, today he arrived promptly, was friendly, worked efficiently, and was done within an hour! Awesome! I would be happy to work with Bulldog Appliances in the future! Thanks, Manuel! read more

I just purchased my new home and developed an issue with my microwave. I called my home warranty and they assigned them to complete the service. Manuel came the first time and said it wasn't his job to take out a part that needed to be taken out to get into the microwave. He came a second time to say that I was missing a part that it was not his job to get that part and he would send me the materials I needed. I never heard from him. I'm still waiting for a response. The home warranty company sent them. Total joke. He took my whole washer apart and told me my clothes were ripping because it was on a slant. Then he told the warranty company it was because of the dryer sheets I was using. ???? Another company came out and in 2 minutes found that the motor was trashed. Ended up needing a new washer. I am very happy with the service I received from Bulldog Appliances. Manuel was polite, arrived on time, clean and was very knowledgeable and well prepared to work on our dryer. Our gas Whirlpool dryer quit drying, we no longer had heat. Everything else was working fine. He diagnosed the problem, had the part in his van and had it up and drying in less than an hour. Reasonably priced and very good customer service. I will be calling Bulldog Appliances for any appliance needs I have in the future. My wife and I want to thank you very much Manuel. read more

I had Bulldog Applance come to my residence though my warranty and I don't recommend anyone to go to Bulldog Applance they gave me the runaround for five months and I waited and waited for my refrigerator to get fixed When he would come to my residence he would continue to give wrong diagnostic and I tried to be patient i then became very disgusted and when they said they were going to put a new ice bucket what they broke in my refrigerator they never did he was just milking my insurance as well as the co-pay so I deafly don't rate them any higher in fact I would rate them a 0 but I can't so instead I am going to give them a 1 read more

Worst Ever! My home warranty company sent them out to fix my dishwasher. They were slow, rude and refused to accommodate any schedule but theirs. It took them one month to fix a dishwasher. My dishwasher worked for two weeks then broke in the exact same way. Upon trying to work out when they could come out and fix the dishwasher again they were rude, totally inflexible, and a complete jerk. I would not recommend them. Worst experience EVER!! My oven door shattered and the company said it wasn't due to mechanical failure. NEWSFLASH!! They never turned it on!!!!! Can you believe this? How does anyone make that assumption without turning it on! Oh, what makes it better, I had to help them find the model number! Not very confident in their "skills" at this point. I have 2 babies at home that LOVE to be with their mommy in the kitchen. If I turn my oven on, it continues to shatter. So am I supposed to just leave it on and hope it doesn't shatter on my babies? Manuel is fantastic!!! He has been to our home numerous times for various different appliance issues! He is always on time, professional, and has fixed our issues perfectly and is exceptionally affordable! I have referred him to family and friends because I think he's fantastic! The absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. No communication whatsoever...its been over 20 days since the part was ordered and still nothing from Bulldog. I personally found the part online and can have it delivered in 3-5 days. Manny the owner says the part has been ordered, when asked when I can expect completion he responds "eventually"...really? What the hell does eventually mean? After going back and forth with Manny, keep in mind he is the owner of this fine establishment, he says just call your warranty company back and have someone else complete the work...now that's crap. We've been waiting almost a month and you've cashed our check. I've worked with many vendors over the years, some good some not so good, but I will say that Bulldog takes the cake - congratulations Bulldog appliances you have won the award for the worst customer service experience. I'm not a gambling man but I'd bet money they'll be out of business within the year. read more

I have had to use Bulldog Appliances for several of my appliances. My Oven, my Dryer and my Dishwasher. What I really like about Manuel is he always arrives on time and he explains what needs to be done and what it will cost to get things up and running. He is also excellent at what he does. When he diagnoses the problem and makes the repairs the appliances are fixed. The only time this was different was when my oven stopped working. It was old and had several failures and he let me know the cost of repairs, and it was not worth repairing. He saved me lots of money in repairs. I have not had to ask him to come back because his repair didn't work. I would recommend him to anyone that needs the job done right the first time. read more

I had bulldog appliances come to my house because my refrigerator went out overnight and we had to throw out lots of food. They showed up on time and evaluated the problem in 5 minutes the fan was not working and after taking things apart and putting back together again it was working he said to run overnight and call him the next day to let him know if it was still working, anyway to make a long story shorter he came back over today 8/31 and put in a new fan and everybody is happy it was a great choice to get the appliance insurance since we have only been here a month.... thank you Bulldog. Manuel came out the day after we called and checked up on a few of our appliances. Our AC was not working so he quickly looked at it and got the part as soon as he could get it. He was sure to come by early the day he received the part and fixed it in no time at all! He knows exactly what he's doing and even gave us some great advice on hooking up our freezer and about where to get a good, used washer for cheap! Had refrigerator drain hole icing up. Every competent refrigerator repair person knows GE has this problem and easy fix is to wrap a thick copper wire around heater tube and run about 3" down the hole. They didn't know this and said it only needed a good cleaning. Froze up again so I fixed it myself, canceled my home warrant contract since they tend to use mom and pop repair people that sometimes aren't trained completely. I'll fix stuff on my own again from now on. read more
