Timely, honest, polite and reasonable prices. 10 year old fridge Ice maker works much better after drain pipe cleaned, ice build up melted and freeon topped off. read more

This is our 2nd time using White Crow Repair. This time we had an ice maker that had stopped producing ice. They came quickly, diagnosed the problem, quoted me for the new parts on the spot, and returned within 4 business days to perform the fix. Great experience! Thank you. read more

Nice, came out extremely fast. Thorough looked at dishwasher (30 yrs old). Turned out it was a bad valve from wall. Plumbing issue.

White crow is my go to for all appliance issues. Thank you for your support and timeliness.

I've used white crow repair a number of times and have referred them to friends and family for two main reasons- 1. Knowledge/skill- Andrey can literally fix anything. 2. Honesty- Andrey will diagnose the issue, explain it, and then honestly tell you which is better. Repair existing appliance, or purchase new. read more

This is a scam service, beware. I called them earlier this year based on the reviews on Yelp for a broken washer and a stove burner that wouldn't light at a rental property. They first charged me for the washer but couldn't repair it so they refunded me via a check. Then they spent over an hour trying to repair the broken stove burner only to tell me that they didn't buy the right part. My tenant was left so frustrated and, in her own words, said the repairman "didn't seem to know what he was doing" that she asked for a different repair service. When I asked White Crow to call off the stove repair as well and refund me what they charged, their attitude changed completely. First, the lady straight up lied to me and said the company would send a second refund check which I never received. After weeks of not receiving anything, any of my further calls went straight to voicemail. In summary, they failed to repair two appliances, charged me for one of them regardless, lied to me that they would refund the second failed repair, and ultimately ghosted me. This is a scam business through and through. read more

My refrigerator stopped cooling on a Saturday morning and I called White Crow who was able to come that same day to evaluate the problem. The compressor had gone out and fortunately they were able to fix it on Monday because they had the part in stock. I am very pleased with their work and am happy to have my refrigerator working again. I highly recommend them. read more

After having very poor luck with another highly rated company I found and contacted White Crow. Andrey arrived right on time and did a fantastic job addressing the issues with my stove and fridge. Within a short amount of time he corrected both problems at a reasonable price. I found his work to precise and am quite impressed with his efficiency. I just found my new appliance repair vendor. Highly recommend! read more

Great customer service and punctual with same day service, too. My dryer was making a loud noise so Andray found the motor was going and not worth the cost to repair . Honest company to do business with for appliance repair. read more

Fast, efficient, service! I sent out a handful of Yelp solicitations when my freezer's compressor started making a lot of loud noises. This company responded within minutes, and was able to schedule a technician to come out the next day. The labor and materials for the repair was reasonable. Great job! read more

My 20 year old refrigerator broke down on a Saturday. I figured it was the compressor that failed and that repair wouldn't be done until the following week. Andrey came to my home Saturday evening and expertly diagnosed a burned out inverter board. He actually had a new one in his truck. (Carries one for all the major brands.) Total bill was $417! Couldn't be more pleased. read more

Our LG refrigerator had stopped working. All food in it had to be tossed. The compressor had died. White Crow appliance repair came to our rescue. White Crow set up the appointment quickly. Their Technical Engineer is very knowledgeable and told us things to keep the refrigerator running better. He completed the service that day. My refrigerator runs great! . Our neighbor, Steve, had used them too and that is why we had picked White Crow. We highly recommend their service!!! read more

Ice maker stopped making ice and fridge stopped cooling. I just want to tell you how happy we are with the repair by Andrey the other day. He was professional, competent and replaced the evaporator fan in good time. And now the fridge works as before and even the icemaker is making ice. Before calling White Crow, we had the "Whirlpool Authorized Repair" company charge us $125 for a trip charge and then quote three times the price of White Crow and 4 times as many parts. Glad we called for a 2nd opinion. read more

White Crow got a technician to us on a Saturday within an hour or two of me calling them. He diagnosed the blown compressor in our LG fridge quickly, had a replacement in the truck, and had replaced it within a few hours. Total cost was very reasonable for a replacement compressor and 2-3 hours of labor. He was very tidy and did not leave a mess. Highly recommend and would definitely call again if we had another appliance go out. read more

The service man was great!! Knowledgeable and hard working; determined we neded a new thermostat. Even returned w/o charge to point out the dryer ducting was a problem as well. Thsi is our second time using this company and we are extremely pleased! Mark & Gail read more

Great service came out the same day I called them. Needed to order a part and then it was installed pretty quick considering the holiday. The tech was on time and very professional. Getting it repaired saved money as new washers are expensive. The lady in the office was very responsive as well and called to schedule an appointment as soon as the part arrived. The tech kept me up to date on his ETA for both visits. Outstanding service. read more

I paid this company to inspect my stove, but when I asked them to provide the part number needed for the repair or a written explanation of the actual problem, they stopped responding completely. read more

The quick: Ali was great, prompt and figured out the cause and solution very quickly: operator error Unabridged I reached out to White Crow Repair on a whim on Sat morning of 4th of July weekend expecting to get a response/resolution Monday at the earliest. I called and left a vm and was contacted within minutes. They said they could send someone within a few hours, they also said the service fee was $90 but gets applied toward the repair if I elect to go with them. Very professional response I was not expecting at all, and sure your terms are agreeable and disclosed upfront. Ali showed up a few hours later right on schedule and got right to work. After ~10 min he figures out what was causing our dishwasher to not close all the way. It wasn't the door latch that I already paid $50 for a replacement for on Amazon and installed it and then yielded to the help of a professional when that did not solve the problem. The problem.... a utensil was loaded onto the top rack and was lodged between a rack support and the back of the dishwasher not allowing it to close completely... In the best interest of my own livelihood I will not disclose whether it was my wife or myself that loaded the dishwasher in such a chaotic haphazard fashion that would eventually lead us both to re-enacting Tommy Boy in the gas station scene when he's trying to get the door closed again. Would call White Crow again, thanks guys! read more

White Crow responded promptly to my request and came out the next day. My washer was not draining and Andrey determined it would cost more to repair than replace. I appreciated his frankness. I now have a new washer. read more

Our ten-year-old Samsung dryer stopped heating up in the middle of a marathon laundry session. Unfortunately our go-to repair guy has retired, so after taking a look at reviews on Yelp I reached out to White Crow Repair. Julia responded to my request immediately and scheduled an appointment for the next day. We received a text confirming the appointment window and then another when the technician, Andrey, was on his way. Andrey arrived on time and was extremely professional and efficient. He diagnosed the problem (failed heating element) and provided detailed pricing to repair it up front. In short order, the repair was complete and we were good to go. Highly recommend White Crow Repair for appliance service! read more

I contacted White Crow for my 8 year old LG electric dryer that suddenly would not turn on. I called late in the day and they were able to get a tech out the next day. Andrei came in, ran a few tests and was able to let us know our problem, which thankfully was a relatively simple fix. I would highly recommend White Crow for appliance repair! read more

The evaporator fan on my fridge crapped out...of course this was 48 hours before I was to leave on a two week trip. I called White Crow Repair and they had a tech come out that same day for diagnostics. Ali, my technician, quickly identified the problem and said he was going to get the part the next day and would come back to do the repair. As promised, Ali sourced the part and came back that day to install the new evaporator fan. Fridge is good as new and I'm able to go on my trip worry-free. White Crow was incredibly responsive (someone always answered the phone when I called), their pricing was reasonable, and they were very easy to deal with. Highly recommended! read more

Our washing machine was not draining all the water. I contacted White Crow Repair and Andre was able to come out the next day. He replaced the pump, however, there was still an issue with the water draining. He concluded that it was in fact an issue with the electrical board. He was able to order the electrical piece and replace it within a couple of days and only charged us for the electrical piece and not the pump. If we ever have another issue with a home appliance, we'll definitely be contacting White Crow again. read more

I completed a service repair quote via Yelp for appliance repair on Saturday morning. I'd just returned home with hundreds of dollars worth of groceries to discover that my refrigerator and freezer were not working - the temperature was rising on both. Most of my freezer's items were melting, so I immediately started looking for repair options. Considering that it was the weekend, I was worried that most companies would be closed. However, after submitting the Yelp request, I received a response from White Crow Repair within minutes informing me of the next steps to book an appointment. I followed up with a call and we had someone scheduled to come out within the next hour. I even received a text from the technician letting me know that he was en route to my home. The technician got right to business and was able to locate my problem quickly. Thankfully, the issue was able to be solved the same day. He provided me with a quote and I agreed to move forward with the service. I now have a fully functioning refrigerator. I am so grateful for this company. They were very friendly, professional, and efficient. I'd absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you, White Crow Repair read more

Andrey, the technician was the first to reply for my urgent request to service my refrigerator. On a holiday weekend, he arrived on time, removed his shoes and wore a mask. He checked my refrigerator with his monitor and said everything is normal now. I had peace of mind that he checked it. Didn't want it to go out again. (All because I had left the doors open to clean it). Julia communicated with me the entire time to set up the appointment. She was great! Since Andrey was here for about 5 minutes, he didn't want to charge me. Bonus! This was a great experience. Thanks so much. read more

Very nice and accommodating. Called on a Friday, Andre checked the problem, called to find part involved, found it and advised they would call me when it was received. At 8am on Monday I received the call to repair. By 2pm Monday it was all repaired. The 1st time this happened a few years back it took 2 different repair companies sent by the warranty company to get started and I had to do the follow up several times before it was fixed. This came to several weeks time and inconvenience on our part. What a difference. My new appliance company is White Crow for repairs on all my appliances. Thank You. read more

I posted a request for refrigerator repair quotes, and White Crow was one of the first to reply immediately with availability window options. The repair person arrived on time. He was masked, very polite and honest. He looked at my refrigerator/freezer and advised me candidly, "I can fix this right now and it will cost $xx, you will maybe get "x" more months of life. I recommend you just replace it if you are able.", later the owner followed up with a call to reiterate what the repair person said, and made certain I understood and was comfortable with my decision. ....and this is why they are my new favorites. Sometimes the best repair person tells you not to bother with the repair. He could have made some money, and even warrantied the work for a bit; but he knew I was not going to get my money's worth. Thank you! Bookmarking for future repair needs... read more

Please be aware this company is not licensed with the Contractors State License Board. They are unable to perform work over $500.00 for labor and material. They provided me a quote in excess of $500.00. I looked them up on the C.S.L.B. website and this company does not exist. read more

It was very easy to make an appointment. My subzero refrigerator was leaking and not making ice. Andrey came in time and fixed it. The ice machine started working again very well. Unfortunately the leak came back within a week so I called back. Andrey came back the following day and found out what the issue was and fixed it right away. Their diagnostic fee was credited towards the repair so that is very helpful. I will definitely use their services again. read more

As an eighty year old, I have had many appliance's repaired over the years. White Crow is the best company I have ever called. They are on time, reasonably priced, superb knowledge of what their doing. They were also fast and within 40 minuted of arriving at my house, our stove was fixed, the kitchen back to normal, and we were smiling. This was the second time we have had White crow fix an appliance at our house. The first time they fixed our dryer and when our stove had a problem, we immediately knew who to call, White Crow. read more

Absolutely the BEST. We called at 12:15pm and they had someone here by 1pm on a Saturday. Tech was very nice and courteous. You could tell he was there to genuinely fix the problem, not there to find something to sell to you. He told us what was wrong and what could be coming if this fix didn't last. Completely worth the $89 service fee. Didn't need it, but that also would have gone towards any repairs. White Crow will be the first recommendation I give to anyone needing appliance repair. read more
