Were do i begin i had a dryer that was turning on spinning but no heat , being a father of 3 young ones not being able to wash and dry is a scarry situation i yelped reached out with my inquiry received a response and quote under 30 mins , i called and luckily a tech was available right away , the tech "Carlos"was punctual respectfull , clear in speech and very professional he quickly diagnosed the problem and updated his quote witch in my opinion was very reasonable and affordable with "parts and labor" , now heres a big thing to consider i reached out to more than one company 5 to be exact the majority were charging me anywhere from 75-100 only to diagnose the issue! Had a problem with our fridge where the temp just didn't seem to be right, though the freezer was working fine. Contacted TS Appliances late on Sunday night (at 10pm) and spoke to Carlos. He considered the issue a rush-job and put us on the schedule for Monday between 11am-1pm. We could not believe that -- #1, someone even answered the call that late on a Sunday, and #2, that we were able to get on the schedule for the next day! On the phone, Carlos was really professional, and understanding of our concerns. Carlos showed up the next day, 10 min early! Before entering, he graciously offered to put booties on his shoes to protect our floors. While walking to the kitchen, he asked for a quick synopsis of the problem, and immediately started analyzing the fridge. Within 5 min, Carlos determined what the problem was -- turns out it was just food blocking the temperature sensor. However, he did not stop there -- he took the time to remove both temperature sensors, and checked them for functionality. Though both were still working, he noticed some wear on both sensors and chose to replace both sensors to prevent a future failure. Within 30 min, Carlos had replaced the temperature sensors, checked the remainder of the fridge for functionality, wrote up the invoice providing his contact information in case of any future issues, and was walking out the door. Price quote for diagnostic was great, the igniter went out on the stove in a rental of mine and he wanted $240 for it "how do you want to pay?". Flustered and shocked at the cost I told him I'd look around for a new stove "The diagnostic is $50 how do you want to pay?" LOL! Rude. I ended up paying because I was busy and didn't have time to call around. Later my tenants emailed me "Carlos was super hard to schedule with and was kinda like blah. We finally got him to come out that day and he took the stove apart and was like, I need X to fix it and I can't fix it until you pay. So we told him to go until you called. He seemed like not the greatest of maintenance people. I don't know if he is your main man, but if not, might want to use someone else in the future. And, he also seemed very pricey. I was in the shower when he came, so I couldn't ask him in greater detail about why things were so expensive. We couldn't believe the cost." read more

Was given an appointment window of 8-10 at 5 minutes to 10 I called and was told he'd written down the wrong time and told me the new window would be 10-12. Carlos arrived around 11:40 and quickly told me the problem with my stove was that I don't know how to use a glass cooktop. A guess a year and a half of issues are user error (I had a previous glass cooktop stove for over 10 years with no issues). What a waste of time and money. read more
