My fellow diner, stated that we wouldn't wait much longer since it was already close to half an hour just for chicken wings, and the waitress rudely said, " Well it's outta my control, I put the order in as soon as I got it". And then she abruptly left us at our table. At this point, we were pretty ticked off. We've dined here before so this was a shock because our experiences have been good but this was the VERY last time we're spending our hard earned money here. After 30 mins, passed we finally got our wings. Our waitress said nothing to us. Just plopped our wings down and left us again. How professional. Then came our pizza. Finally, a personal pizza took roughly 45 mins? The waitress never once came to our table to check on us and ask if everything was alright or if the food was good. Never. She only came back to give us our check and boxes to go and only THEN did she state any type of apology. But for us it was TOO late. From the get go, we should have been apologized to and even given our wings at no cost. Or we should have a least been offered something in its place in the meantime. You just don't treat customers, who are spending their hard earned money, to support a local business, we often do, like that. You just don't. We will certainly NOT be dining here anymore, and will certainly not be recommending this establishment to any of our family or friends, or fellow employees. This establishment probably doesn't care, but we do. It's just not right.
