After doing a little digging, I found out that Gavin's had taken its old tea shop here in a different form - fusing some of the gift shop with this old county-western bar called the Saloon. The menu is mostly typical pub food and that's ok. I had the turkey Ruben which was a little wet from the sauerkraut but otherwise what I expected. I took the steak fries with it which were a little over cooked. I don't care for the country music. It takes away from the mood here. Some modern Irish music would be nice - it doesn't have to be traditional. I'd like to give breakfast a try on another visit so that's what I'll do next when I have the chance.
