The beef fajita tacos were excellent. Because this place specializes in papusas, the flour tortilla was waaaay better than other tortillas. Incredibly fresh. The ladies in the truck were kneading dough while taking my order. Tacos were only $2 each with premium carne - adios Torchy's. Papusa was great. I've never had one before but it seemed very high quality to me. Quesadilla was not the best quesadilla I've had, but really solid. Comparable to a Taco Cabana except with higher quality, fresh ingredients. The only reason I'm giving four stars is because I think the sauce could be spicier!!! I still highly recommend this spot.
