Pretty tasty birria tacos. They aren't super spicy but flavorful. It's a simpler birria taco that I've tried. Good for someone who likes the basics in a taco. The consume wasn't very spicy either, went well with the tacos. The burrito was okay. I wasn't a fan of the texture of the cheese with the shell, but it wasn't bad. I liked how the churros had the perfect amount of sweetness. Good service overall. Great place if you're looking for mexican cuisine. Love the vibe overall.

I think the birria roll were too oily imo but the fried shrimp tacos were on point. However they do really good with quesabirria and perhaps the rolls could be made with eggroll wraps bot the ones use for spring rolls

I had the carne asada and a tamarind jaritos! Perfect. I tried the tamales and they were a little dry, but maybe it was an off day. I will definitely try again. The tacos were amazing. I would go back again and again.

Definitely would come back to get tacos. We ordered 8 tacos in total. The Al pastor was extremely flavorful and was the bet of all of them. Chicken was flavorful and juicy. Carnitas was the Least flavorful. Like 0 taste. Sauce is mandatory. Barbacoa was overcooked and a little hard to chew also . Not very flavorful Steak was good. Well seasoned even tho it was overcooked Chorizo has a slight kick and was crispy. Some of the best tacos I've had in the area. Minsaw the fajitas go by and while dramatic it smelled Amazing. Might venture outside of tacos next time. Space inside had a few tables and was cute over all and the food came out quickly. Give it a try if you are in the area! Happy tacoing!

My friend and I were in the area for a festival and decided to have lunch. A quick Google search and a 7 minute walk later, we arrived at the restaurant. The menu had plenty of great options and very reasonable prices. I ordered three beef biarria tacos and one tongue taco. I've tongue years ago, but this one was very tender and seasoned well. The two sauces were great additions, especially the green one. Before I left, I ordered some churros. The order came with 6 total and was filled with some cream or sauce. They were so hot and crunchy, I had already eaten four by the time I remembered to take a picture! This was a great restaurant with great staff, hopefully I get the chance to visit again.

La Patrona has been open for a few months and it has quickly become one of my favorite taco joints! Conveniently located for top tier lunches when in the office, I can't get enough! This is the Baltimore location of a longstanding HoCo fave. I've had the carne asada (steak), carnitas, al pastor, birria, and churros. Nothing has disappointed! Everyone is on the birria train but I've had the authentic goat birria on the streets of Puerto Vallarta and nothing compares. These are fine but I highly recommend the carne asada and carnitas. The seasoning on each is absolute perfection and the meat is tender and juicy (chef's kiss). Run don't walk!

Nice spot in Baltimore not far from the harbor. The tacos were good and price point was pretty solid. Think between the two of us we had about every taco.Food came out fresh and service was good.

This was my first time eating their food. I ordered the floutas meal. It came with yellow rice and beans (mostly liquid) and 6 floutas with lettuce, jalapeño cheese and sour cream. I suggest that they put more chicken in the floutas. It ate mostly shell. I also suggest that they add more acidity in this dish. The jalapeños were a fine choice but there needs to be more. I think a pico de gallo would have worked better because it would had the acidity and sweetness that is needed to balance the savory of the dish. Also there needed to be some sauce. A red or green sauce other than sour cream. The food was subpar. The floutas were crunchy for the most part but the chicken was consumed by mostly shell and the lettuce seemed slightly old and no freshness. The service was good. They were friendly and informative and it only took 5 mins for my order to be done. The ambiance was nice. Mexican music played in the back ground and there were 3 tables to sit and eat. I wouldn't order this item again unless they give more chicken, also more acidity and sweetness via pico de gallo and or some sauce and a fresher green.

I visited the place in the last day of May as I've started a diet, and decided on this place to have my 1-monthly meal-out. The place was empty when I dropped by(around 7pm). The costumer service was really friendly and welcoming. I had a hard time seeing the menu, same color as my photos indicate. I didn't see a brochure so I took my time to order. I got the Birria Tacos(qty 4); they were okay, I was not impressed and I wanted to be, honestly. I'm so used to big tortilla that I forgot about tortilla taquera. The consume was lacking flavor, less cheesy and meat was not so juicy. I did like them, I think that for those who don't like birria, these are great to start--I say this as someone that used to not like Birria because of the strong taste, lol. My next item in the menu was an Al Pastor Machete. I like it! The only thing I didn't was that it had 1-2 fat pieces which I hate in any kind of meat when I eat out cuz I want meat--you feel me. The highlights of my order were the agua Fresca; I had hibiscus and I was invited to try the Horchata which was just perfect!!!! Both aguas frescas got me, and THE SALSAS!!! Ohh how long I've long for taquerias to have THE RIGHT SALSA FOR TACOS!!!--Almost all places I've been to have salsas for Antojitos; empanadas, tostadas, sopes, etc... They really hit the nail with flavor however my only suggestion is to let it thicken more otherwise it's watery. In total I spent $35.25 I will be coming back to try more items in their menu before raising my rating. My next order will be Horchata & Tlayuda(I didn't see this until after). Couple things, restroom is for only costumers and I used it during my visit and they did not have toilet paper--lucky me, I carry wipes. Nevertheless, they keep their restroom very clean. Music level is well balanced with outside noice. I also liked that the staff that day was composed of more women than men which emphasizes their name.

Each taco is extremely fresh and I can tell that it was crafted meticulously in the kitchen. Be mindful that each taco is priced separately and you get a single taco ranging from $10.00 - 15.00. The guacamole is fresh and garnished with strawberries. Personally, I typically go for a spicier and more flavorful guac, but if you opt for a fresh and simple dish, then it certainly checks the box. The queso is thick, cheesy, and topped with peppers. I personally could appreciate a creamier queso, but I will say the dish looks and smells amazing. The oysters are rather small in size but they're extremely fresh and come topped with a jalapeño. My expectations for the drinks were a bit higher than what they delivered. Drinks tasted a bit watery and the flavor wasn't as potent (this says a lot for someone like myself who is pretty light weight). Service was fairly accommodating, however, keep in mind that they enforce a rule of having half of your party there prior to seating you. Also be mindful that their menu changes to dinner at 5:00PM, and seating at the outside bar may be closed depending on when you arrive. My favorite of all the dishes was the was the Al Pastor taco!
