SO disappointed in this place. We saw the high ratings and…read morewere excited to try it. We went on Labor Day. 1: our waitress was so incredibly RUDE. She had an attitude about everything, forgot drinks, and literally just set everything we got at the end of our table and made us pass it down. What the hell. 2: we specifically wanted somewhere with mimosas. They sat us outside in front of the business and then when we attempted to order mimosas, our waitress told us we could not have them outside. WHY DID NO ONE SAY ANYTHING? Why would you not make sure to mention this to guests before seating them? This alone makes me knock off 2 stars. 3: because we were outside, the sun was beating on us. We had kids with us, and there were sunshades about 1/3 down, so I went inside to ask if we could lower them a bit more. I was told they had to be the ones to do it, and someone would be out soon. They never came and did it so we just adjusted everyone best we could. 4: cherry on top? None of the food was worth the trouble. 10 people and none of us felt it was better than subpar AT BEST. One of our kid's meals was the cold turkey sandwich, and it came out as massive chunks of turkey (like straight off the bird) and stale bread. Nothing else. The pearl waffles taste like straight sugar. No other flavor.

I do enjoy the basic coffee that they serve here and love that they accommodate different dietary preferences. I often order the brick house omelet and it is a great thing to try if you like pastrami. They can accommodate large groups, are family/kid-friendly and have indoor and outdoor seating. I have an overall consistent and great experience when coming here.

You order at the register and then seat yourself, and there are plenty of seating options. The menu is extensive, and everything sounded delicious. They also sell cookies and pies, which we didn't get to try this time, but we'll definitely be back for them. We shared the ham breakfast burrito, and it was exactly what we were hoping for. Simple, flavorful, and satisfying. Overall, it's a relaxed, charming place to grab a bite. We'd definitely stop by again!

When we first sat down the blonde hostess (I couldn't see her name tag) set the menus down and I picked one up. She gave me the stink eye and pulled the menu out of my hands and slid it to someone else, giving me a child's menu instead, which I'm too old for. We had to ask her for another adult menu. The food was actually great, we split the og chicken. The Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes were amazing. 10/10. The flavor of the chicken was good but it was a little dry but not too bad. I don't know what the deal with this hostess was, I felt like she kept giving me the stink eye during my meal, and I don't know why she wasn't more polite about the menu thing. Ripping a menu out of someone's hands seems pretty rude.

What we got was a pleasant location, generous wine pours, and a delightful range of dining offerings. Add to the diverse menu, a great outdoor patio with space for dogs, tree coverage to stay cool, and lovely table spacing to keep you from feeling like you're eating with 100 of your closet friends. Oh, and by the way - they've got a doggie menu! So cool.

Located in the Placer Heights Plaza, next to Starbucks. Same plaza as Holiday Market and CVS Pharmacy. We were seated immediately as they were not busy. The menu was a bit different than online. Our server came to take our order. He didn't introduce himself and seemed like he didn't want to be there. We decided on the fried green tomatoes, fried chicken sandwich and catfish po' boy. When the po' boy came out, we thought it was burnt! We didn't know the catfish will be blackened by default. We thought it will be fried since it is a po' boy. The options can be blackened or fried based on the menu online. We were not given those options by our server. They brought out the food but didnt provide utensils until minutes later. Fried green tomatoes: It was good. Fried perfectly. The dressing that was tossed with the side salad was super salty. Catfish po' boy: Fish was tender but super salty as well. Fried chicken sandwich: Pretty good sandwich. Chicken was huge. The fries was so soggy, not crispy at all. Also very greasy. We were a bit disappointed as we drove out of our way to try this place. Nice ambiance though. I felt I was a bit underdressed lol

The place specialized in their really delicious, freshly squeezed orange juice. The restaurant has a distinct orange colored theme to it and seems like it's well loved in the area. The service here felt a little rushed and not always super helpful. I had some questions about the menu, but the server seemed a bit impatient like she had other things to do. I didn't appreciate this, but sometimes people have harder days than others. The food here was really good! I had the Arizona Enchilada Omelette, which had carnitas smothered with tomatillo sauce. The carnitas were really tender and super flavorful in that sauce. The Orange juice was so good and so refreshing. Perfect for the 107 degree day outside. I would come here just for that orange juice. I also want to mention how much I like that you can get a pancake here instead of toast. The pancake was. Like having dessert after the entree. So glad I stopped here for breakfast, but I do wish the service could've been nicer.
