They open late during the weekdays! Quick service as I only ordered a taro milk tea with boba. Boba was on the softer side but the drink was good. It didn't taste too powdery. They had small bites options too but I didn't get a chance to try. If you're looking for something quick, come visit. They also have games to play but it looked like it's been used multiple times so not the cleanest.

My family was visiting for the first time. The Tapioca Express in my city closed down but luckily this location didn't disappoint. The dining area was nice and cozy with some board or card games for the kids. The gentleman that took our order was nice and friendly. We ordered mild popcorn chicken with barbecue sauce on the side, large mocha snow with regular boba, and a small ice tapioca. The drinks and snack were yummy.

Got 2 drinks and fries from too good to go! We were pleasantly surprised with our bag as we got a milk tea and this green drink which I think is wintermelon? The milk tea was delicious; it was perfectly sweet and the tea flavor was well balanced with the sweetness. The wintermelon drink was okay; I'm just not a fan of wintermelon so this wasn't my favorite. We also got fries as well and they tasted like Cajun fries and were flavorful as well. I would come back to try other drinks on the menu!

Went to this branch as it was one of the only ones open at the time (10:45 PM). The sign said they take pickup orders until 11:30 which I thought was great since most establishments close early. I got my go-to TapEx drink, which is the Snow Bubble. The snow bubble tastes great, seemed very fresh and is the same drink I always get. The drink selection was smaller, but it seems that the staple drinks are available here. The drinks were made quite quick too and the staff were very friendly. I would also like to note that this location is newer with digital displays and a more modern feel.

Another tap ex spot located close to home. I enjoy the fact that tap ex have both drinks and snacks that can be bought all at one sitting. want a quick snack while you pick up your boba, sure! Tapex to the rescue! I have been coming to these locations as a teen in high school til now. I feel that tap ex was prolly one of the first ones around town before all the boba pop ups started to come along. some of my all time fave to order here are the slushes and popcorn chicken. Other snacks are also good. I normally tend to stick to the slushes or milk teas from here. Service is quick and fast here with great taste!

I was able to try this place thanks to the Too Good to Go app, and it was pleasantly surprising! I got a fruit tea, milk tea, and spicy onion rings for less than $10 - the milk tea had just the right sugar level, making it go down easy without being overly sweet, and paired with the onion rings, truly hit the spot! The store was still relatively busy around closing hour, and it's located in south Fremont in a strip mall with not much else around (the parking lot can be a bit spooky at night, so be aware if you're alone). If it weren't for the location, I would be frequenting this place more often, as the flavors, service, and quality were all there.

They serve halal chicken!!!! Popcorn chicken, chicken wings and chicken wraps! This is a plus since I have friends that eat halal. The staff is what makes me coming back. 3 guys during closing and 1 was so sweet! Got a milk tea w boba which was soo good and fries that were well seasoned. They offer student discounts. Plenty of parking in the plaza. Store is nice and clean.

Decent price for the boba I got today, which was very good, only took a few moments to make, guy behind the counter was nice.. I plan to be back to try their other flavors.

Mango Sticky Rice Matcha - somehow they accurately captured mango sticky rice flavor?!? so good! 25% sweetness was just right for me since the mango adds sweetness. But I'd try whole milk, cuz I felt the matcha flavor was slightly masked by the oat, but this may alter the mango sticky rice taste. 2. Ube Coconut Coffee - coffee and ube flavors were strong and delicious! but no sweetness or ice adjustments available. 3. Pandan Coffee - coffee and pandan flavors both came through! I thought it was a good sweetness level, but I favor bitter in general. my friends thought it was a bit too bitter; again no sweetness or ice adjustments available. 4. Strawberry Matcha - matcha was good! But the strawberry did taste more artificial, adds a good amt of sweetness so would recommend getting less

Walking into the shop, the decor and ambiance was nice, but there was no greeting from the staff and no menu to look at while waiting in line. We only knew what was on the menu when it was our turn to order at the self service kiosk. After we order our drinks, we then waited for twenty minutes. We walked over to the counter and to ask where our order is and they only made one out of the two drinks. The thing I'm most frustrated at is when we finally got our drinks they didn't apologize. There were two orders ahead of us, but that is no excuse to wait that long for two drinks. If you're looking for good service or something quick to pick up, this is not the place for you.

The shawarma was packed with meat, which is refreshing compared to a lot of places that load up on rice or bread instead, such as a kabob shop and a few others. Here, you actually get what you pay for. Everything was flavorful, the sauces were on point, and the food arrived piping hot as I asked, although this kid who took my order made it complicating As someone Middle Eastern, I'm picky about shawarma, and this definitely hit the mark. The falafel and fries were solid too, and overall it felt like great value for the price. The only downside was the person who took my order his attitude could've been better. But honestly, the quality of the food made up for it. If you're looking for generous portions and real flavor, this spot is worth checking out.

I got the chicken Shawarma wrap and it was made perfectly well! I love the tzatziki sauce as well as the fresh cut veggies and the Light grill marks on the bread. Another employee came around 11:45am and was late. The two employees out front were chatting about transferring colleges and taking their time to make my drink. Very sad service despite tipping. A simple thanks or appreciate you waiting would have sufficed, as they clearly like to communicate with one another. The popcorn chicken was delicious but came with no basil or garlic. Not sure how this is a basil popcorn chicken as there was nothing. The drink was also not the best. The boba wasn't good at all but the drink itself was fine but together, definitely did not enjoy. Overall, I won't be back. I love their popcorn chicken usually and their diverse drink menu but this location lacks service and consistency. I don't recommend given there's plenty of other boba spots nearby.
